The customer service at this Wendy's has always been horrible. I go back every so often when I don't have enough money to eat elsewhere and the customer service is still horrible. I was waiting in line at the drive through (at least ten cars deep). A tweeker on a skateboard weaves through a bunch of the cars in line and goes straight to the speaker. Cutting in front of everyone waiting and orders. THEY SERVED HIM AS IF HE WAITED IN LINE. When I finally got to the front of the line I was told my card was "declined". I knew this had to be an error but in the name of expedience, I provided another card. I immediately called my card issuer. They told me the card was not properly run i.e. not all the numbers were read. The card has worked multiple times before and since. This tells me that the cashier (who lets people cut in line) also doesn't know how to properly run credit cards through her POS system. read more

I was visiting from out of town and had a few misses on quality of food at some other restaurants, so I decided to stop by Wendy's and I was not disappointed. The man working the register was very friendly and accommodating and the establishment itself looks brand sparkling new. There weren't too many people working to keep up with the stable line of customers coming in but the food came out and the quality was everything I hoped it would be. My husband and I were running errands, and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. Even though this Wendy's location is still fairly new and beautifully renovated, it is located in an awful part of town. There were several rough individuals outside of this location in the parking lot asking for money, and some of them were in and out of the restaurant for use of the bathroom. It didn't feel the safest. If you have a hankering for Wendy's, I would suggest hitting the drive through instead of dining in. read more

Wendy's has always been one of my favorite fast food places to eat. This location is no exception. I actually hesitate giving it 5 stars because it is fast food but it deserves it. The place is always clean inside and out. The service is great and the food is OMG. The burgers are always juicy. I have yet to ever have a dry hamburger here. The chicken is moist; home style asiago anyone? The fries are good and who doesn't love the frostys? This location also has the custom blend soda machines to get the drink YOU want. read more

If I could I give a half rating I would. We went through the drive thru almost a month ago and ordered a biggie bag and got the burger plain. I mentioned multiple times my wife is allergic to mustard. My wife bit into the burger and I was there shoving crushed benydrill into her mouth and rushing her to the er. On further inspection of the burger, away from my wife, the mustard was hiding under the bacon where it obviously wasn't supposed to be put. We contacted Wendy's corporate office multiple times and they have just been d***ing us around. My wife almost died in front of my three children. My 4yo daughter was left emotionally scared and now is so sensitive to any form of death, even in nature, that she has a meltdown each time. read more

This place has the slowest drive though I have ever been to. EVER. and it's not just a once in a blue moon they're a little back up thing. This is a every single time I go there plan to wait 25 minutes in the drive through with your car in park thing. It's a little ridiculous. Also, do these people get a commission for every less sauce they provide? I will get a 6 piece chicken tender and am lucky to get 2 sauces. Unlike some Wendy's place look old and boring, this place is new and beautifully remodeled, it has a a wall fireplace and nice chairs and gorgeous interior design. It also has flat HDTV and modern chic design elements, it's almost like a coffee shop, where you can relax and bring laptop with you on the sofa to study and read while eating. Not mentioning their Jr. cheeseburger and Jr. French Fries is really a good deal with the taste and portion and cost that will make you smile. Also their soft drink machine comes with touch screen and you can choose from hundred different flavors. The service is also fast and friendly. I have not been here once and experienced this stupid place getting my order right. They either forget part of the order, forget to leave off/add on something, or forget the order size. Then the employees will proceed to argue with you about their error and refuse to fix the problem. No kidding, I've point blank had them screw up my order then absolutely refuse to fix it--even if it entailed me having an order that would've given them more money on the bill in the long run. I sat in the drive thru for about ten minutes trying to explain that no, I didn't want to replace my combo's soda with a frostie, I wanted both. Eventually I just had to give up and leave because they simply would not give me my soda. The interior is nice looking with a warm layout and a television set to football/baseball/whatever sport is in season, but the food is your average below quality fast food burgers. Not exactly McDonald's shit tier burgers, but not much higher either. NEVER ask them for extra mayo. They'll throw about an ice cream scoop worth of the shit on your sandwich.
