Customer service is absolutely disgraceful. Employees refusing to take orders and forcing people to order themselves on the kiosk. Lady has her phone on speaker at the register (not doing anything) while who ever she is on the phone with is dropping N word and cuss words. Food was great and the service was excellent. The ambiance was totally destroyed by the GM named Matt who was cursing loudly in front of my little boy. He was talking about punching employees in the face because they called in, discussing taking pay from people for having to move up the road and needed to transfer to another store doing the same job, and lastly he was so loud and angry he caused my son to have an anxiety issue as he has Autism and Downs. Seriously guys like this are the worst example of employees and may God bless the poor employees under this guy. read more

Ok, I understand this is Wendy's- but on this Sunday evening they put together the Best single with cheese that both my wife and I have Ever had from a rapid food place! I took that first bite and looked at my wife, sitting in the car and we Both were incredibly impressed-warm, moist juicy burger, cool lettuce n great cool tomato-bravo guys, really exceptional job! This just was not my night to eat out. We had just finished eating at a Mexican restaurant where bad food, slow service, 50 min wait times between ordering and getting the food was the norm tonight So I am still hungry and I see a Wendy's where I figure there is no way they can mess up a Frosty. Boy was I wrong. You CAN mess up a Frosty. How do you do it? It takes "The Perfect" storm. First you start by having the restaurant at drive up status only. Then you have the line move as slow as molasses. This is after they have already filled up the Frosty cup. The coup de gras though was the car in front of me. They special ordered the Spicy Avocado Chicken salad but without any avocado. And instead of the regular chicken he wanted the spicy chicken nuggets instead. Who does that? I always wondered. Now I know. So I got a melted Frosty. Yippee! read more

We figured we'd go to Wendy's because we were looking for a quick lunch. When we got to the drive-in the speaker wasn't working so you had to order from the window.there were four cars in front of us so we decided to go into the restaurant to order. When we got into the restaurant we were told by one staff member that he wasn't able to help us and that there was someone else who would be coming to their front register to take her order. We waited in about 5 minutes and no one came to us so we left. when we left there were six cars at the drive-in and the employee that we spoke to was just standing there inside doing nothing. read more

If "doing just enough" had a face, it would be the girl at the drive thru window. She was so annoyed with the person ahead of me, because they asked where the completed order was. For me, she threw my bag with my salad and rushed away. She gave me no straw for my drink and, didn't realize, the wrong dressing for my southwest salad. Along with all of this lackluster work ethic, we all waited an exorbitant amount of time, at nearly 3pm. There are MUCH BETTER Wendy's and I'll go to them, instead of pure convience!! read more

Drive through empty, parking lot has one car. You'd think they would welcome the business during these times. I asked if I could use two coupons. They said no so I left and went to one of their competitors who accepts multiple coupons. Lost an 8 person order. Won't waste my time going here anymore. read more

Sat in the drive through line for 20 min. Nobody said anything. Drove to the window and someone had the headset on on there phone. Don't waste your time. Unmotivated lazy workers, which is why they make $12 an hour. read more

Never been to a Wendy's where I was told my frosty keychain could only be honored if I ordered online. The keychain doesn't have a code, it's just a thing to show the front and then they comp the junior frosty. But no, I'm apparently supposed to order online to use my frosty keychain, never have I heard this before. read more

This is the 2nd time that I have driven off because the lady at the drive through 1. Rushed me and then yelled at me. 2. I should be allowed to ask about my order without getting judged and talked down to. Oh man... I remember "back in the day", my "go to" "to go" order was always the Number 6: Spicy Chicken sandwich, fries, and a Dr. Pepper (or Coke, depending on what I was Jonesin for). It was always fresh, not so salted fries, and had an attempt to burn your mouth with spices in the chicken. Fast forward to over a decade later, another city and state, and I'm popping into this chain to see if the grub is the same. Prices went up about 3 bucks, the fries have a little more salt, and they have this fancy cola fountain inside now! The chicken sandwich is almost like I remember it... except it's not so hot (spicy) anymore. A good attempt as been made though! Always has been super busy when I've stopped in, no matter the time of day. Will I be back in? I don't know, honestly. Been trying to limit the fast food retreats... but perhaps! read more

Went here at 10:39 to get lunch. We asked the cashier what time they serve lunch, as the breakfast menu was still displayed at the drive thru. She said 10:30 but they weren't ready yet and were still only serving breakfast. We asked what time they would be ready and she responded with a very snotty attitude saying they were on breakfast still. . Needless to say we left and went to a different place to eat. read more

This is my favorite fast food restaurant because their staff works fast & as a team. Never have to wait long at any time even if they're busy. Seniors are treated great with free drinks coffee or sodas. You can buy the yearly frosty tag then get a free frosty sampler. My favorite worker is Macdalla as she is fast either taking orders or clearing the tables or loading the soda machines or supplies. Can't beat their prices for salads or sandwiches. read more

Normally I would not write a review on a fast food restaurant but the Holy Virgin Wendy compelled me to do so after eating here. So when I walked in I first noticed a lot of people eating that day, however all of the workers were on the sides just talking and not really working, pretty much everything was being run by the manager. I asked for two chicken sandwiches and a medium fry. I asked for BBQ and Honey Mustard and he only gave me one of each. When I requested two more of each he said to me "Are you like afraid to tell us this at the beginning of the order." I wasn't really sure what to say so I just brushed him off and took my order and left, don't really care what some worker at Wendy's thinks, let alone some manager at Wendy's. On the way home I ate some of the frys and could not believe how horrible they were, like they actually made burger king frys taste better. I was so shocked, how can anyone not know how to make frys, I am probably going to take the exit off 75 next time to the one over by cape coral because this Wendy's is just so bad, and no its not like I am expecting 5 star food of fast restaurant. read more
