Ordered a meal through door dash last night. I wanted a bowl of their chili so bad last night, but the driver called and told me that they ran out of chilli.... How do you run out of chilli.. when you get low on something you break out another bag of pre cooked chilli and warm it up. I was so pissed , that manager needs to be retrained . I was in the food service as a kid and my manager told me if we start getting low on an item, you let me know and I'll get it.. customers are our number one priority . What the hell happened to this Wendy's location , I've been coming to this location for years and it has always been great service and friendly staff , lately they have gotten my order wrong every single time like come on ! Drive through, 10:15PM. Person taking the order spoke faster than the human brain can understand. She wasn't even listening to us. Our order was not correct when arriving home . . and what we did get, was cold. I have eaten there before. It was fine in previous experiences, I believe the kids handing the after hours drive through were immature and should have had supervision. I'm writing this review based on overall experience from past until now. I must say if there were other options I would take it but this place is horrid. One time I ordered nuggets and then one of the Nuggets was sort of blacker than the others like it was burnt. After close inspection it was a Damm cockroach that fell in frier and I never felt more disgusted. Then after that time I gave it another chance last month but now service has gotten slightly worse. They are slower and my order of chicken nuggets took around 10 minute to complete while they chat in Spanish and laughing. Dunno what to say but to give up. read more

Recooked fries, cold nuggets, COLD food and horrible service seems to be an "in" thing for this locations nowadays. I asked for no salt on fries and they recooked it so it's all oily. If you know your food then you'll know exactly what I'm talking about recooked fries. Nuggets was cold, like not even warm but cold! Wendy's I used to come to this location a lot before I started Yelping! Since then barely now because I barely do fast food! They recently have re modeled and it looks nice both outside and inside. All I gotta say its all about the value menu, 5 chicken nuggets spicy or regular for 99c, sea salt fries for 99c, frosty for 99c and many more. When I went here ordered for four people, one of everything, and the total was less then 20 bucks, and it was pretty filling! Wendy's is always in my eyes a good bet when it comes to fast food! The perfect Wendy's. I've been going here since high school during lunch and they always make the food right and fast. Even if it's busy during lunch or dinner, they always get through the line and I never had to wait for my food for a long period of time. This is the closest Wendy''s to my house and almost every single time they mess up my order in some way. Either items are wrong or missing. But Yesterday was the last I wanted to order something to go since the drive thru was 6 cars long, but the dining room closed 10mins earlier than posted. Okay I go to drive thru and it was super sluggish. Took about 15mins to finally get through. I ordered a small chili and some nuggets. I go home open my chili and to my disgust, I find a piece of aluminum foil crumbled up inside. It didn't look like a wrapper so I have no idea what it was for. Had the WORST drive thru experience here today. I'm not one to expect tip top service, especially not at a fast food drive thru, but it was unbelievable how terrible we were treated. The girl taking my order was very rude and not trained at all in customer service. She kept getting my order wrong and when I corrected my order, she got mad. She did the same thing to the car in front of us when I heard them ordering. Once we pulled up to the window and payed she practically THREW the bag of food at my dad who was the one on the drivers side. I could not believe my eyes when she did that. I come here frequently and have to say Mary is great with customer service I asked for extra crackers and without any hesitation or attitude, she gave me more and asked if that was enough. I always ask for extra crackers for my chili and offer to pay extra (which I have in the past.) My favorite game store is just down the street (Brookhurst Hobbies) so many times I've stopped in to grab some unhealthy gaming grub and sugary soda. For whatever reason they just can't seem to get it right. They screw up my order about 1 out of every 5 times and they never give anything extra like ketchup or bbq sauce. I always have to ask them before I drive or walk away, they just don't seem to care much anymore. Matter of fact I always have to check my order before I drive or walk away because I just don't trust them. Consistently the worse Wendy's I've been. Today I had the coldest fry's live ever had in a fast food establishment. My husband just walked across the street to get our dinner. It was the absolutely worst food I've eaten in my life. I've eaten fast food for many years (I'm 59 years old) and the only reason I ate a portion is because I'm diabetic and I needed some food. The burgers were stone-cold (never encountered that before) as were the french fries. He said the "cooks" were gabbing in the kitchen and didn't even look like they were interested in what was going on in there. It makes me really mad that we pay good money for what we think will be good food and this is what they give??? I am going to contact Corporate...this place needs to be closed down. Went to this location yesterday evening and sat in the car for about ten minutes before someone finally acknowledged us through the drive-thru intercom. After a couple of minutes of sitting there, not even a "Sorry, be right with you", nothing. Anyway, finally we are able to place our order. There are two cars ahead of us, and we didn't move for about another eight to ten minutes. Get to the window, girl slides my card, says it's declined. My hubby and I are so confused. Tell her to hold our order while we pull aside to call my bank. Bank tells me everything is fine, card is fine, to tell them to run it again - should have worked the first time. My husband jumps off of the car, goes into the restaurant to have them re-run the card. Goes through this time, and there we are, waiting about another 20 minutes for our food to come out. There was nothing "FAST" about this fast food establishment. Took our food home, and my kids did nothing but complain about how terrible the fries tasted.
