When you get to the drive-thru, you tell them the name for your mobile app order, and then they start making your order. I placed an online order to be picked up in the Drive-Thru what I got to the drive-thru I decided to order something extra I get to the window to pay and I tell the girl I'm here to pick up an online order as well well she told me because I didn't tell the girl at the speaker that I'm picking up an online order I have to go all the way back around back into the drive-thru line to get my online order. This Wendy's in order to go back around you have to turn right out onto the street make a u-turn then make another U-turn out the light to get back into the parking lot to get back into the drive-thru line. This place is absolutely terrible! Long lines, slow service, and to top it off their machines don't work. Select menu items as well. I was really disappointed that the tropical green tea was removed, it was the best drink ever offered by wendy's. The new breakfast sandwiches are delicious. Consistent Wendy's food. The drive thru and parking lot are a little wonky and the dining room is tiny. The burgers seem to be hit or miss; I think I really have to be in the mood for a hamburger from here. I prefer the chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets. A small bowl a chili (minus one finger) is $1.49 and is a warm filling treat when you are short on cash. The ever popular Frosty is a stand by of mine. Take it from me and dip those golden, crispy, greasy, salty fries in a classic chocolate flavored Frosty. For a fast food joint I feel like they might be $0.50 - $1.00 more per "value meal" than say Carl's of McDonald's less than a block away. read more

Out of all of the Wendy location I went to I think that this one is the my most favorite location because it is really clean and nice there. It is very spacious over there so I really to eat out at this location with my family every Tuesday but because of this pandemic it is not possible for my family and I to continue this tradition. Nevertheless we still continue to have take out at Wendy's because we just really love the place. I really like the place because the customer service here is really good. The staffs are really nice, they always ask me if I need help with my orders and they even give me recommendations. The things is the place can be hectic and busy with long wait sometime during the weekend night. It is typical for every fast food place but the customers can be quite rude sometime with their demands and complains against the staff even if the staffs was trying their best.
