We got home, and there isn't even bacon on the baconator fries. My sandwich was also very fleshy and a tad undercooked, and the employees were pretty dry and rude. This location has downgraded tremendously. I sensed a slight attitude from the worker, nothing major but still. The drive thru took FOREVER! It seemed as though there was only one worker in the entire restaurant! I was wondering if they had to run by the dairy farm in Fulton to get the cow for the cheese. I didn't get enough fries because I felt I literally ate 10 fries and they weren't even fresh and they were cold. The burger I had only had ketchup and mustard but none of the extra fixings. Worst drive through customer service ever. Drive through attendant was not paying attention, asked us and repeated the order twice. Long pauses without saying please hold on and then was having a conversation with a co worker. When we pulled up, there were multiple employees at the window. But we didn't get service for a few minutes. When we finally paid, we waited another 5 min before the attendant came back and asked us if he gave us anything...really?! Most of us do not look up Wendy's before we visit because we expect the same quality at all locations we have had over the years but something has gone terribly wrong. I visited this location and after placing my order noticed that 1 of the 3 people working during peak time had his back to me for several seconds. I noticed his blue underwear because his pants were below his hips and the blue underwear were displayed. I wondered why would he dress in this manner at work. He put his cell phone down that he was texting on and turned around...he had no gloves. He proceeded to handle food such as the french fry basket and the items that were handed to him. I could not eat the food I ordered and wasted my money. There was a female perhaps the manager who had on gloves who knew that he did not have any gloves on but said nothing. There was also a person at the drive-thru window. These were the only people working during peak time. No one was in the eating area. I did not get the message not to eat here but this was my last time. They also got the order wrong. Report on yelp but take it to the next step and report to the CEO because Wendy's used to be known for good things but all of that has gone out the window. We can no longer rely on a good reputation. Took 30 minutes in the drive thru line for two sandwiches, which were halfway frozen. No apologies or care from the workers.

Ok, I love Wendy's, but if there is another one is driving distance, go there. Local to this Wendy's, I go there pretty often, and 4 out of 5 times, they mess up. Issues over time: Forgotten food, Undercooked meat, parked from drive thru, then forgotten about, and most recently, someone in the kitchen started to argue with me about the food I ordered. I had to take it out of the bag, open it and show them to prove them wrong. It's a Shame. This place needs new management. read more

This Wendy's location is a complete joke and it get worse and worse each time I go. if you go anytime after 8pm chances are you will get terrible service if any at all. The wait times are ridiculous and the worst I ever had to sit through was about 25-30 minutes. Another time the drive through was overwhelmed by 4-5 cars in line so they told us that "they couldn't take any more orders and we should go somewhere else". The most recent time I went to the drive through at about 11pm I ordered 2 items one of which was not ready so the woman (who was actually very pleasant btw) let us know that it would be a 6min wait and they would bring it out to us so i ordered some fries and added it to the transaction. I was charged for the extra fries and when I received my food it was hastily handed to me and it didnt have my fries, sauces or a receipt, the item I had to wait for was piping hot but the other items were lukewarm at best. She ran back in before I could even check it and it really want even worth the drive around so I just left. To make things worse while in the wait I can hear the kitchen staff goofing off through the window. I've never complained about foodservice because I work it too and I know its terribly understaffed and underpaid especially late night service....but this particular location is a absolute nightmare and I think their night shift management needs a serious review. I will say that their staff is almost always pleasant and helpful but that only goes so far if it takes 20+ minutes to get your food when it's not even busy and theres a 9/10 chance it's going to be wrong anyways. read more

Stupidly I have given this particular Wendy's 3 chances but it seems the food never gets better. Had the double today and it was so dry couldn't even eat it. Walked in to the store. There was a long, single line. I waited on it for twenty minutes. There were two registers. Each time they called the next guest, someone from the single line would go up to one of the two registers. As soon as I was at the front of the line, a rude woman who was behind me walked up and stood directly next to me. When the cashier called for the next guest, she walked right past me. I informed her that I was in front of her, and she acted like I had just insulted her, and said I was clearly in the other line. I said there was only one line. At that point the cashier angrily told me there were two lines, not one, in a tone that clearly implied I was being a jerk. Never again. read more

Avoid drive through if you can. Not sure who trains the workers here but they are not the nicest people. Got my order wrong, looked like they did not wanted to take my order when arrived at the window. The person at the drive through was named Quinten. When I approached the window it seemed like he did not like working there and was forced to take orders. Told him no lettuce on my wraps and both of my wraps had lettuce in it. I asked for 2 siracha sauce and it seemed like it was too much for him to get, but at least gave me one sauce. That too was smashed it looked like. This is probably one of the worst Wendy's in the area. Tonight I had to back up and pull forward again just to get them to greet me. The guy at the window gave me my food and said oh wait did I give you your drink. I said no. He proceeded to hand me a cup with soda dripping down the side. I pull off and when I try the fries they are cold, like they had been sitting for a while. Then I open my burger and find pickles when I specifically asked for no pickle and it was on the receipt.
