I like Wendy's, the burgers taste natural and the fries are good. I also like the potato with sour cream and cheese.

I feel like you can't really go wrong with Wendy's! Always fast and tasty, and really quick service! It gets the job done, and they really do have the best nuggets! I was in the area and in need of a quick bite. I got the chili with cheese, onions, and sour cream, as well as an order of nuggets. The nuggets were semi-fresh, but the chili was perfect! I can't speak on the ambiance of the place because I placed a drive thru order, but from what I saw, it was a clean Wendy's! There's even gated outdoor seating, which I'd never seen at a Wendy's before. It was clearly a more "bougie" Wendy's. I'd definitely come back! The prices have been going up though, so some of the combo meals cost a couple dollars more than I remembered. The 4 for 4 is now $6 and $7. read more

Wendy's is still my ish. No you can't get in the parking lot under normal circumstances, you'll have to drive around. Yes the bathrooms locked for customers. No they didn't restock it still. If you don't know seat covers double as toilet paper by now I dunno what to tell ya. But every time I come here I spend like five dollars. Today I got a dollar drink so I could use their parking lot to shop for scrubs next door. When I arrived, the drive thru was super busy! Estimated eight or so cars in the drive thru lane. Quicker to park and pick up my mobile order placed using the app. This location is on a small lot so parking and maneuvering was tight with the overflow of cars at the drive thru lane. I walked inside and it was a bit busy there as well. I asked that my mobile order be prepared for counter pick up instead of drive thru. The cashier was able to confirm my order on her screen. Daniella provided super customer service. She was kind to each customer that came up to pick up their food. Right off the bat, I was thirsty. I started sipping the iced tea with lemon. I assumed that the iced tea was unsweetened. But it was sweetened and I'm assuming this was dispensed using the freestyle machine. C'mon Wendy's people, don't assume I want the sweetened lemon flavored tea from the machine. Plus, they topped the cup full of ice. I don't like ice, there was now way to specify less ice on the app. Next, the triple big bacon classic. Wow, Wendy's marketing, you fluffed up that picture! My burger looks nothing like the picture. Considering the number of hospitals and care facilities within walking distance of this location, I'm glad Wendy's (and the other fast food chains, honestly) exists in the neighborhood as a reasonably priced option for food. Wendy's has always been a nostalgic choice for me, so my usual #3 meal (10 piece chicken nuggets with medium sized fries and a medium drink) is absolutely comfort food. I placed a mobile order on 5/23 at 9:51 PM. I arrived at 10 PM, the cashier told me it wasn't ready yet. So i waited. 15 mins passed and I asked again. This time he said "sorry bro i dont have your order". UMM OK? I showed him my receipt, my order number and my payment. He said "sorry i dont see it here or in the system i cant help you". Then he called the manager who could barely speak english, telling me "sorry we dont have it". She told me to cancel the order. Whoever owns this franchise of Wendy's should be ashamed of themselves. It is dirty, understaffed, uncared for, and the food is bad. This is a small Wendy's on Vermont Ave. in a not so great area, but that is no excuse for unsanitary conditions and bad food. When you get to the parking lot, you will notice it is dirty. The area is just not taken care of. That should have been my first red flag to run. There is a security person at the door. I was not sure why until I noticed him throwing someone out who was being loud. I think the person was mentally ill. So, okay, I get it. Moving on. We attempted to order and it took at least 4 tries for the person to get it right. Luckily you can see your order on the screen so I was able to keep telling him again and again that it was wrong. Now, he was very nice and was trying so I have no complaint here, clearly the staff is not trained. That is not their fault. While waiting we head for the bathroom. It was disgusting. Paper on the floor, a cracked sink, it was just horrible. See the photos I posted. Again, this Wendy's is clearly understaffed, so I don't blame the staff, I blame the owner, who clearly thinks he can get away with such conditions. So I've reached out to some Yelpers and one meet me for a fast lunch. Of all places, we met at Wendy's. Was close, fast, and she was wanting a burger. I gave in and goodness, I liked it. I won't go often, but it was fresh, had real lettuce and onion, not chopped, and the fries were yummy. I could have eaten more, so watch out. The staff was good, but one Latina girl was amazing. So kind and sweet. We ate there, but if you use the drive-thru, be prepared, it has a scary exit, since your view of oncoming traffic has a bus stop billboard sign right where you need to see most. I was inside this Wendy's to get some grub since I was hungry ash. I ordered a 8 dollar biggie bag combo for my self and the baconator fries for my sister. It took a few minutes but I received my food, but l didn't receive drink. Not only that, but my fries and nuggets weren't in the bag as well. So I only had my burger and the baconator fries. I told them, "Hey I didn't receive my strawberry lemonade, and also i don't have fries or nuggets in my biggie bag" and they responded "The fries are there and the nuggets, but you didn't order a drink". What the heck, what do you even mean by "you didn't order a drink", it is literally a combo meal that consists of a burger, fries, nuggets, and a drink, and Wendy's forgot 3 of them. I told them "Can I just receive my fries, nuggets, and drink, because it's part of the combo." Then they said "But you didn't order a combo, you asked for a double bacon burger and baconator fries, no combo" I didn't want to cause I commotion so i just ordered the nuggets, fries, and drink, but I had to pay MORE than the literal combo itself. Back in the day when my kids were very young, we use to go to Wendy's quite a bit because they loved the kids meal especially the tiny frosty that came with it. Fast forward many years later, now we only go to Wendy's if we have a coupon and if we are in the mood for drive thru fast food. Wendy's doesn't often have coupons, but when they do, we definitely use them. My latest favorite is their spicy chicken sandwich which is actually a little spicy! I LOVE a GOOD spicy chicken sandwich and this one definitely is in my top 5. My eldest happened to be with me at the time so she got the spicy chicken combo and substituted the soda for a frosty.
