I went to this place today because it hasn't been open for long. My coworkers and I used online ordering which was easy. The service was slow. I used up all of my 30 minutes of lunch in the drive thru line. We ordered 2 double big bacon classic meals, one single big bacon classic meal, and a chicken sandwich. They almost forgot one of our burgers that we caught. Then when we go to work we noticed they were all singles and maybe even the junior size. Do not order here

This is review of Wendy's Breakfast Very Budget, very edible not too greasy,to my surprise. Be fore warned This Wendy's will STOP serving Breakfast @ 10 ! you have been informed now. Their sausage sandwich is equal or maybe superior to Jr's there were differences but the Jr's near me does well, & almost all the crew are mostly hard working women. Their breakfast potatoes are in essence Steak / wedge fries.. nice change from finger size hash brown bs .The ultimate cheapest decent Bfast is Wendy's 2 cheese / egg biscuit (2) For $3.00 !!!!

The marketing photo. The IRL burger looks nothing like this.

When I arrived, the drive thru was super busy! Estimated eight or so cars in the drive thru lane. Quicker to park and pick up my mobile order placed using the app. This location is on a small lot so parking and maneuvering was tight with the overflow of cars at the drive thru lane. I walked inside and it was a bit busy there as well. I asked that my mobile order be prepared for counter pick up instead of drive thru. The cashier was able to confirm my order on her screen. Daniella provided super customer service. She was kind to each customer that came up to pick up their food. Right off the bat, I was thirsty. I started sipping the iced tea with lemon. I assumed that the iced tea was unsweetened. But it was sweetened and I'm assuming this was dispensed using the freestyle machine. C'mon Wendy's people, don't assume I want the sweetened lemon flavored tea from the machine. Plus, they topped the cup full of ice. I don't like ice, there was now way to specify less ice on the app. Next, the triple big bacon classic. Wow, Wendy's marketing, you fluffed up that picture! My burger looks nothing like the picture. It was not very tall. There wasn't very much produce. One flat lettuce leaf! Very minimal on the fresh produce ingredients. Look at the pics.

The drive thru should be shut down till they get a professional occupying that position! The very disrespectful employee kept on trying to make me upgrade my order which I was already had made up my mind and didn't want to over due on junk food ! Every time she kept on trying was what got her upset I got to the window and her entire face was covered by the window as if she was hiding from me I was literally talking to the wall when I asked her for extra napkins !She had me wait for what seemed 5 minutes ;which to me is ridiculous.Never once did she face me ! To end this absolute terrible childish drive thru shinnannigans I asked her twice to make sure it had onions order was wrong and then the soda was Diet Coke which I did not ask for! Well I gave them a second chance it did not happen !Another wendys a huge maybe cuz the next Wendy's is way to far .Im one of those that hardly does drive thru 's

I haven't been to a Wendy's in decades, I don't think there are many locations around LA and none in NELA, I happened to be in the area and hit the Drive-Thru. So, I ordered a "Crispy Chicken Sandwich" which I believe was off the "Value Menu" and a drink, the food was good, I'd say above average 3.5-Stars..... I'm not sure they gave me the correct sandwich? According to the menu the $2.49 Sandwich doesn't come with Bacon and Cheese! Crispy Chicken Sandwich?? ($2.49) https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/wendys-los-angeles-14?select=sLBRtpipgZjHRVVtFb3zuA Crispy Chicken patty, Bacon, Lettuce, Cheese, Mayo on a Bun https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/wendys-los-angeles-14?select=f1E70j-LgWHOTo0x-qWSRw the Sandwich was tasty and the price is a value for what ingredients it has. Correct Sandwich given? I'm not sure, it looks more like the "Crispy Chicken BLT" $2.99 without the Tomato?

I finally caved and made a…read morepilgrimage to Tommy's Burgers, the legendary spot famous for those incredible chili burgers everyone's always buzzing about. And wow, I totally get why it's such a big deal now. My mind is officially blown! I'll be honest, when I saw the menu, I did a slight double-take at the prices, but trust me, every single penny is worth it. This isn't just fast food; it's an experience in itself. These aren't just ordinary burgers; they're *the* iconic chili burgers, and they absolutely live up to their reputation. As soon as I bit into mine, it was pure bliss. The rich, savory chili, the perfectly cooked patty, and all the fixings just melted together in a glorious, wonderfully messy symphony of flavors. It was exactly as amazing as everyone described, and I'm officially obsessed. I think I've found my new favorite indulgence! So, I had a thought - if you, Art, or Beverley ever find yourselves in the vicinity, you absolutely, positively *have* to stop by and treat yourselves. It's truly a unique culinary adventure, and I have a feeling you'd all be singing its praises too.

The overall Yelp rating reflects the customer experience--not the food ( i.e., what customers…read moreexperience while waiting, before ordering and receiving foods ) Part I: Production of Service Employees earn 3 Stars ***** The customer experience is awful--not awesome. I avoid this location, for sure, on celebratory occasions and may drive-by if the vibe is off--hence a little. Although, this iconic location is nestled in the middle of a busy street intersection, homelessness, and the hostility of the neighborhood--You could easily experience a great experience (the food) or a bad visit (the food and experience). This Los Angeles institution has built a reputation for serving the public--not the community or neighborhood. A successful business model in malnourished neighborhoods is a crucifix. However, I don't think Original Tommy's should carry the cross alone. But, I would be curious to know how they benefited the community and not their bottom line. By celebrating 80 years and to charge .80 cents for a chili burger is Good--but ".80 cents" every eighty years--not so much. This location's only production is to manufacture and produce hamburgers. The irony is that customers need to communicate beforehand. The employees are not trained properly in how to communicate with patrons or retain their knowledge of products and use of terminal operations of cash and credit card systems efficiently will make less than stellar occasions, for the following reasons: - wait longer than necessary to order and receive - processing food orders without customers request - you will receive someone else's order by mistake - after waiting in line (your turn to order) and the credit card systems is down "but you have no cash" -constantly watching out for moving vehicles "driving in or backing out" - the uncertainty of conflict and confusion that arise in long lines - offering promotional opportunities with failed knowledge and understanding of the PROMOTION! - the inconsistency of staff asking customers "for their telephone" to credit their purchases with "points to earn" or when customers supply their food requests and tele- information the employees appear clueless and customer are repeating their orders "over and over" and reconfirming their order "over and over" again. -depend upon your visits your hamburger may have been prepared (the patty pre-cooked) not on the grill. So your hamburger experience may be "super hot" on busy days and nights but "Luke warm" on other days and nights. - the uncertainty of the "other" section where customers can place orders are "open or closed" I haven't figured it out yet--neither have they. The reason why most ppl will order at the original location because the emphasis of production is placed on the landmark location--not the side bar to handle crowd overflow, etc... Original Tommy's Burgers has mastered the art of food not public relations--for example, read Yelp Reviews. Part II: Customer Satisfaction Foods earn 3 - 4.5 Stars ***** The food is enjoyable and can easily bring a smile to your face. No one enjoys going from "smiling to frowning" for any reason (before, during or after). I hope that personnel do better to improve customer experience before customer satisfaction--hence "customer" is before customer service. I recommend this location. Buyer BeWare.

There were additional people from habit there for the festivities and everybody was very friendly and the service was great from ordering to keeping the place clean as people kept on coming through. When I got there, there was a bit of a line as expected, but the line moved pretty efficiently. When it was my turn to order, I got the double char, fries, and of course, the blue wave shake. I thought everything was delicious. I like their burgers because it's a little thicker and it has that grill char flavor to it. There were other giveaways and festivities going on, but I couldn't stay too long. I had a lot of fun and it got me excited to kick off the new baseball season. And above all else, it was a great meal. I remember getting burgers from the original location when I was on a road trip with a few high school friends checking out the school for the first time as well. So eating at this chain always gives me a little bit of nostalgia. Overall, great option to eat when you're in the area or before or after Dodger games.
