Stopped by to grab a burger I love 5 minutes down the street, I got home and my food was cold, I tried to call and line doesn't work.

Alright.. I'm actually not one to ever write on Yelp but the drive thru window girl was rude as heck. I ordered 3 chicken nugget meals. I asked for "some ranch" as a side.. she handed me 1. So I asked her again.. "oh! Im so sorry, may I have a few more ranch because I have 3 chicken nugget meals." And she gave me a monotone look and handed me only 1 ranch. And then i said "oh haha can i please have 1 more cuz i have 3 chicken nugget meals" and she rolled her eyes and only stuck her arm out the window with the rest of her body covered behind the wall to me probably talking crap to her other coworkers... ‍ The manager or the lead for that shift said "oh sorry do you need some bbq?" And i was like .. "no i was asking for ranch and your co worker looks very annoyed that i had to ask her..." and she gave a me a stunned look and i drove away.. This is the first time I had a bad experience/service here! Like dude if you hate your job so much.. go back to school??? Or if you cant.. try to find the joy in the trials??? It'll make your life better if you just try to come to work with a good attitude. And if your work environment isn't safe or making you hate your life... maybe leave?? Yesterday I drove to Wendy's to pick up dinner for my wife and I. I walked in Wendy's at about 5PM. I was the only customer there which I thought was kind of odd. I ordered 1 Large Fries, 1 large chili beans, 1 taco salad and a chicken bacon cheese sandwich. After receiving the order I walked out to my car and checked the order. I noticed large fries were missing. I walked back in and told them I was shorted the fries. He immediately apologized and got me the fries. I then drove home to eat only to find out the taco salad was missing the chili beans which was one of the main ingredients. Taco salad without the chili beans is not taco salad. Also, the chicken bacon cheese sandwich received was a Junior bacon cheese burger. This was a really a bad experience. You would think being the only customer inside they couldn't screw of the order as bad as that. read more

The service here is great, but the guy taking orders needs to trim his overgrown nose hairs. Sorry, but come on, man! Aren't nose trimmers like $10? It would go a long way. Other than that, I've never had a problem here, besides the manners of other customers. Food is what you'd expect and have never had an issue with the quality. Worst experience I have ever had at a Wendy's. I ordered a KIDS MEAL with nuggets and fries for my 2 year old niece. I check the food before I give it to her and the nuggets are so raw the skin is falling off of them. I go back through and hand them back and tell them that I would like my young niece to have COOKED chicken... They put the nuggets I give back to them back into the fryer and give us the ones they gave us the first time..... So they put food already handed to a customer back into the fryers and handed them back to me. I knew because the nuggets they gave back were also skinless from me having them prior. We called the manager on shift and explained that that is just gross and a health code violation, none of the employees or manager seemed to care. Horrible every time I've come here. The last time I came here was months ago and I refrained from coming back because at that time I placed a mobile order for carry out, still had to wait in an atrociously long line for 10 minutes, only for them to START my order once I made it up to the cashier to tell them I was picking up a mobile order. My mobile order was scheduled for 12PM and I didn't get it until about 12:30. Fast forward to today, I figured I'd give it another try because it's really close to my work and I was craving chili. I ordered at 11:35AM and scheduled my order to be picked up at 11:55AM. I ordered a Southwest salad and a small chili. Went I walked in this time to pick up, they now have a station where they put your food for mobile orders to you can grab and go. BUT, there was nothing there, so again, I had to wait in line and once I got to the cashier they started my order. This was at 12:08PM. It was at that time they also told me they didn't have chili and that I'd have to get something else. Not only did they not have my order ready by the proposed time, they had no chili, and when I ordered my salad online I added some things on it that weren't added when I took my salad out at my office to start eating. Mind you, the bacon on the salad was not edible at all. It was like eating stale beef jerky. No matter how much I chewed it it would not break down and I had to spit every piece out. Overall a highly disappointing experience yet again. I'm now committed to never coming here again. read more

OK as a longtime supporter of Wendy's locations and I have a three strike policy win a Location messes up big time this time the food and service was awful. there was a car before me in the drive-through they ordered. They sat at the first window after ordering, and I was still deciding on what I wanted to order the drive-through Lady on the headset was being a little pushy on me, ordering noticing that the car ahead of me still has not moved forward from the first window, so I finally order the number seven combo large Coke with fries along with the chicken wrap, and a 10 piece nugget. so the car ahead of me pulls forward gets the drinks pays and pulls to the mobile order area. I pull up to the window I pay didn't get my drink. They asked me to move to the mobile order area car out of me. We waited for 10 minutes they get their order. I waited another five more minutes get my order but didn't get my drink and didn't get the receipt and then I look in the bag. My order is messed up they give me a chicken sandwich instead of the chicken wrap. The person comes back with my drink and the receipt and tell him there's a problem with my order I ordered a chicken wrap not a chicken sandwich , I then proceed to check everything else fries looks like they were tossed back into the fryer. Nuggets were tasting funny and the burger looks like a sloppy mess and the patties were old patties. If they're going to have people wait for their orders for at least 15 minutes the order should be fresh , I know how long it takes to cook the patties and those patties been sitting on the grill for quite some time then the nuggets were sitting for at least 10 minutes where they lose their freshness and turn into cardboard after 30 minutes and then the chicken wrap was thrown sloppily together. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to retrain everyone with the recipe of quality is the recipe I will most definitely not be coming back to this location ever , even if all the Wendy's in the 50 mile radius was closed and that was the only one open I would drive to LA instead of this one read more

I was helped by a young thin girl with brown hair tonight around 9:30pm who was working at the drive through window. Never in my life have I come across such amazing customer service. She was helpful, friendly, and spoke very pleasant. She even put her hand under mine (with out touching me) to make sure I didn't drop my change. I was so impressed with her customer service, at a day and age when when people don't care about being helpful! This is my new favorite place in Plam Desert. read more

I just ordered a salad and it was the worst money spent.it was already turning black so the customer can't see the center of it. We had difficulty placing the order due to the cashier not listening. We got up to the counter and gave the cashier $40.57 for a $23.57 bill. We received $11 + a lot of coins. Took the manager to give us the correct change back. Got our order home and got 2 of the cheaper grilled chicken sandwiches when we ordered 2 Asiago Chicken Ranch sandwiches. We paid for the expensive sandwiches it got a piece of chicken with bread and lettuce. Go to any other Wendy's but this location!! read more

I went to this Wendy's location last night at 9 when I got off of work I was so tired and all I wanted was to get something fast and warm to eat. I drove up to the drive through and ordered a chili with cheese , 10 piece spicy nuggets with fries, went up to the second window to pay. (I must add that I live literally across the street from this place). I got home opened up the chili and it was disgusting it was full of yellow cold fat I put my finger in the chili to see if warm and its was so cold almost as if it had been sitting in iced water. Like I mentioned I was hungry and had just got off work so I put the chili aside to eat the nuggets and OMG those were awful too so dry and cold the fries were cold almost if they had been fed topped or something . All in all I was really upset that I couldn't eat anything that I paid for . So got into my car and went to subway instead. This is a great fast food restaurant..the manager and all the staff is always friendly eager to help customers. I am in a group that meets there every week and the restaurant is always ready for us and clean. The food is fresh. The baked potatoes are perfect and put Wendy's chili on it and it's delicious. False advertising! If you google or even yelp Wendy's, it states at this address it is open until 12midnight. However if you call or show up they state they close at 11pm. Why would you have yourself listed at a certain time if you don't even care to stay open until then. It's upsetting since people drive to you and waste not only time but gas. Awesome Wendy's, conveniently located on Monterey right off the 10 freeway with lots of other stores including Costco and Walmart. Very clean and relatively new. Good service to boot! Lobby is open late. read more

Been here a few times and always leave happy! The drive thru can get packed during lunch hours here, but the food makes it worth it. Located off Country Club by the Washington intersection. Plenty of businesses around to attract customers. It's always clean and ready to go. Parking is a little tight and maneuvering through the drive thru can be difficult during peak hours! I'll continue to improve their rating every couple of times too read more
