I stopped by to grab a bite before heading to a sporting event at Acrisure and found an incredible deal on patty melts! I got the Shroom'' and Swiss, OMG, it was delectable. I highly recommend grabbing it, it's filling and the mushrooms were great. This BK has a play area for kiddos, a sizable dining room, and a huge flat screen TV. I walked in and they had Little Rascals on. It was super laidback and I didn't come across any loud people or families (Sunday Afternoon). BK also has a cool touchscreen soda fountain equipped with fizzy favorites and aguas frescas for my Mexican bros out there. Horrible service ladies there are so into their chisme they don't pay attention to customers, my children were waiting to get an ice cream cone for quite a bit then another customer was waiting to place his order and didn't even get acknowledged until he asked if he could place his order. When I walked into this place, my immediate thought was "This place is going down hill!" The feeling I got was sad, "Unkept, dirty, and poor management!" My chicken sandwich was not the chicken sandwich I had ate years ago. This sandwich was blah and not to mention the bread was falling apart because it was old. Stop for food at 8:40PM on a Sunday. We're pulling a trailer so husband goes to walk in and order and dining room door is locked. He knocks because sign says they dining room closes at 9PM. No one answers. He goes around and sees a girl in uniform on her phone. He knocks and she says he had to go thru the drive thru. It was so good and so big! Anyways, today was the second time I had Burger King and I ordered a Whooper. It looked a lot thicker than usual and I noticed that the patty had a weird shape. Indoor play area came in the clutch for the 3 little ones on our road trip to AZ. It was so clean that my wife insisted I put our ten month old down to crawl around. If you knew my wife, you'd know that floor is damn clean. Advice for management/ownership. Advertise the indoor play area with big billboards on the freeway and make sure it is searchable on Yelp/online. Put the AC on blast and you're going to get a lot more families like mine...in the summer at least. 3 stars because the place is a bit dated and the service was right at/slightly below expectations. read more

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. I took my 82 year old father there because he remembered that he used to like their burgers and hadn't had one in years. We got there at 3:30 on a Thursday afternoon. There were two or three customers eating and no one in line. The lobby looked run down and dingy. We placed our order and went to find a booth. Our order came up quickly, and I picked it up and took it back to the table. I ordered a whopper Jr. and a small order of french fries. My father ordered a regular whopper with a medium order of french fries. Both of our burgers had very little dressing on them. I ended up putting ketchup on mine but my father said his was too, dry so he took it to the counter. He told the girl behind the counter that it needed more dressing. She took it from him to the kitchen. Meanwhile, my father, who is disabled and walks with a cane, stood there waiting. He finally got tired of waiting and came to sit at the booth with me. Keep in mind that there have been no new customers for anyone to serve. We sat there waiting for at least five minutes, picking at the now cold and mushy French fries. No one called us to come get the burger, and certainly no one thought enough about the meaning of "good customer service" to bring the burger to our table. Finally, my father said, "Let's get out of here". Before we left, he walked to the counter, and his burger still wasn't there. The girl who took our order, (and who took the burger from my father) came over to the counter. My father said, "You can keep that burger because I don't want it." She said, "Do you want it to go?" and he said no, that he was tired of waiting. There was no apology. I think she may have rolled her eyes at him. If that's the quality of service they provide during slow periods, I hate to think of how it is when they're busy, if they ever are busy. If I could give a zero I would. I went in and ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets. I asked the young kid working if I could get the chicken made fresh which I was told no problem. 2 minutes later my food was done and to my surprise, it was cold and old. No stars. My family and I have been coming here quite often over the last year with some friends because of the play area, and the service has progressively gotten worse but today takes the cake. While ordering we used 2 coupons and my husband then asked if we could us a third or if 2 was the max before the person taking our order could answer the girl next to him Viviana according to name tag snapped no only 2. We have 5 people in our family yet each time we ordered one thing the order taker would start giving us a total instead of letting us finish the order. horrible We were in a hurry and planned to dine at the dash. We went through the Drive thru and got on the road. They gave us cold stale hamburgers. We could not eat them. Good location. Nice playground for the kids. Playground is clean and open fairly late, compared to McDonalds. We stopped in here after a trip to Joshua Tree and it was a good place to grub and cool off. They keep the AC running good so it's nice. They also show cable movie channels in the main eating area (who doesn't love to munch and watch movies!). The food was okay but as we went in around 8pm, it seemed like the fried food was cooked in oil that hadn't been changed in a while.
