Although bad reviews, I decided the good ones outweigh the bad and took a chance. The food was amazing, the burgers were cooked well and the buns were not soggy just a little soft from the heat steaming from the juicy burgers. The chicken sandwiches were ridiculously big and crispy to perfection, no joke. They were better than the burgers in my opinion. 2 pleasant employees worked the overnight and went above and beyond with service. No attitude or rushing us either. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu, I'm only leaving a review because I didn't see a recent one that it seems like they made a lot of changes for the better!!

Regardless, that's not a conversation you have in front of customers and it was clear the drama distracted both of them from doing their job properly. The lettuce was brown and my daughter's chicken bites were mostly breading. It was a total disappointment but not nearly as bad as a manager/supervisor giving a man who seemed to be disabled an impromptu performance review and threatening to hire a replacement for everyone to see. My wife sent a complaint over to corporate but I can't envision a scenario where we'd return to this location.
