Vegas trip! Heading to Vegas to see my son. No time to make breakfast, decided to get some Wendy's breakfast. We were greeted very friendly by the girl at the window. Her name was Cielo (probably spelled wrong) and she's definitely the type of person they want greeting customers at the window. Warm and friendly. What we ordered: Chicken, bacon, breakfast croissant Sausage, egg croissant combo with orange juice Breakfast on a bun with bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese Pretty darn good breakfast. Gets you a two dollar croissant purchase so that's the bonus. Saves you $2.69. Still with the discount, it was $15 for three sandwiches, orange juice and potatoes. If you like spicy sausage, definitely try that sausage egg. It's peppered. As you eat it, it gets hotter and hotter lol. Definitely a sign of black pepper. Overall, very pleasant experience. Will definitely come back.

This particular Wendy's location was a rough experience. Our server was seemingly a bit new and took some time getting our order and wasn't sure about the specials or the military discount for my grandfather, on top of that, she didn't give us our receipt. However, I was very disappointed to realize that, even though I requested to have my meal upgraded to a large, they only upgraded my fries, not my drink, and gave me a bit of grief when I asked about it. Not happy about that. My chicken sandwich was decent, not all that great, but not bad either. I think I got a bad piece of lettuce too as it tasted quite off. The fries were at least good, well cooked and crispy! Overall I was disappointed by this Wendy's location. I've been to many Wendy's locations before and this is the first time I've had such a rough experience at one before. I definitely won't be returning to this one. I'll stick to the one by my college whenever I'm in this part of town.

Today, this place earns itself five stars from me. The drive-through was quick, efficient, and they gave us some terrific ice cream right away. The dude at the window could've used a little more finesse, but he got me my frosty when I wanted it. They are serving orange-flavored ice cream right now, and that made my day.

Nasty place, cured me of eating here. Hair in my breakfast, these place need to go back to wearing hair nets.

Sold me expired frosty keychains and didn't do anything about it! They don't work. I wish they worked.

I was very happy with my visit to Wendy's in the N. Valley's, Reno. I received coupons in the mail that prompted my visit. Being a vegetarian, I rarely ever dine out at fast food establishments. I chose to use a coupon to buy one croissant sandwich and to receive one free. When I ordered the lady behind the counter was so friendly and I mentioned I was a vegetarian and she said, "all our sandwiches are made fresh per order." I love that she made me feel valued and not judging. The dining area was very clean and well lit up with some high comfortable seats facing the street. I'm giving this a three-star review only because this is a fast food restaurant, not fine dining and the food tasted blasé.

Fries on the left are a medium, on the right is my large fries for my meal.

This store gets every order incorrect, every time. They sacrifice accuracy for speed abd they're not even that fast.

Don't waste your time going here. Workers are rude and your order is more than likely going to be wrong. It's not worth the headache ‍

Before you go in, there is signs that says expect a 20 minute wait or more for a burger. If that is an issue for you, this isn't the spot for you. I've gone here a few times. The most recent time with my parents and aunt. I was a bit skeptical taking them to a dive bar for a burger since I wasn't sure how they would react to it. I didn't know until after the meal that they had a whole back section that would have been a lot better of an experience for them. They have a lot of tables and room back there whereas the front is either a bar, one table, or more a a lounge set up. There is also a outdoor area, but it had been a bit windy and sprinkling throughout the day so that isn't an option. I've done the Frenchified burger and the chile burger. Both times i opted for the fries over the chips and feel like I need to try the chips. Burger comes with two patties, a great bun, than the rest is up to you on which you choose. The fries are what I would consider shoe string fries, but maybe slightly thicker. I'm usually not a fan of shoestring fries, but I polished them off easily both times. My parents and aunt are harder to please. They like ingredients that speak for themselves and don't like too much sauces. All 3 of them really enjoyed it and I'm sure they will all be back. They have been looking for a good burger in Reno and I think this was it for them.

My review is based solely on an ongoing parking issue and not on the quality of the products or…read moreservice. The owner of Ruby Shake Shop routinely parks his Audi in the limited public street parking spaces along South Virginia Street directly in front of Raising Cane's, Ike's Love & Sandwiches, and the surrounding businesses. Anyone familiar with this area knows parking can already be difficult, especially during peak hours when people are trying to grab lunch, pick up an order, or make a quick stop. What makes this particularly frustrating is that these spaces appear to be occupied for extended periods of time, often throughout the day, by someone who owns and operates a nearby business. Public street parking in a busy commercial corridor is a shared resource intended to serve customers and visitors, not to function as a personal parking space for a single business owner. This review is not a reflection of the products or service at Ruby Shake Shop. It is simply feedback regarding what appears to be an extremely inconsiderate use of limited public parking in an area where parking availability already impacts customers and neighboring businesses.

We found parking right away. We noticed the large banner outside touting best burgers. Was craving fish and chips, buttttt decided to go with a burger. Ricardo was our server.. we were greeted as we were stepping through the door. Told to take a seat anywhere. Ricardo recommended "any" burger with a smile. I asked whether I should order onion rings or fries, he said order the Texas Toothpicks.. Combo of beer battered onions and jalapeños. Ok let's do this. Richard's must have checked in on us 5-7 times during our meal, great service! Actually we had an entire conversation about his service, friendly, efficient, quick, chatty, and gets the order right! Order Bloody Mary served with banana pepper, green olive and lime.. no salted rim, which is fine, missing salty component for me BECAUSE I LIKE SALT... Drink was GOOD. Bloody Mary and Corona brought icy cold within two minutes. Jalapeno burger and fries son loved his burger! Son felt his burger had appropriate amount of salt and great char crusting. Garlic butter burger and Texas Toothpicks which is beer battered onions and jalapeños. In my opinion this burger starts with the bread.. Delicious soft bun that actually fits the patty. The patty had a nice sear on it, it was under seasoned and almost well done. The burger was lacking salt component to complement the garlic. Had the burger been seasoned, and had I have ordered it medium rare, (my mistake) it would have been really good. The burger did come without condiments which I appreciate because I can put my own in appropriate amounts to my liking. I added a pinch of salt, no complaining and we were good to go! I didn't even eat 1/4 of my food! The burgers and portions were HUGE!! The Texas Toothpicks were really good, a good fry was achieved on them. They held up to being dipped in ranch. 1/2 order hot wings and fries The wings were ordered breaded and hot. They had a good crisp, and were fried appropriately! Good amount of salt. The fries were served super crispy, piping hot and perfectly salted. The order came with carrots and celery without having to ask. Ranch.. Ranch is a serious condiment in our household with food like this. It was good. An appropriate amount was served with wings, and of course for us fries and ranch go hand in hand. The restaurant was clean, all staff was friendly and great service!!!

While they still had their Holiday drink specials menu, the server did confirm they have 2 for 1 mimosas and $6 bloody marys. The special was a Prime Rib breakfast burrito which both of the people I came in with ordered while I ordered the breakfast BLT. The Prime Rib burrito was so tender and juicy with a fried egg in the middle, definitely a special item for sure. The Onion Rings were tempura style fresh made in house...no frozen bag crap here. For my husband they were a hair on the doughy side but they weren't greasy at all which a totally appreciate.
