Wendy's offers a variety of inexpensive meals. The food is good. A favorite of mine is baked potato and chili. Put the chili inside the baked potato and eat it for dinner. Indeed, they used to have a cheese and broccoli baked potato that I miss. I absolutely adore their fresh salads. My family loves the Frosties. It is so nice to have someone on the other side of the speaker sounds friendly and happy to take your order. Sometimes you can almost hear a smile in someone's voice. I came here just to grab a bunch of nuggets for a class party as well as a burger for myself for the end of the college semester! The inside of the building was pretty clean and well tidy! It was all polished and swept and it looked great! The price for the food was amazingly low and the quality you get is quite good too! So I've never been to Wendy's for breakfast and it's kind of weird LOL as you can see in my picture there tater tots or potatoes or whatever or just actually steak fries which is kind of odd and I got a maple sausage croissant and I haven't bit it yet but I mean I really don't think you could screw up that much on one of those. The guy at the counter was pretty friendly mumbled a little bit which was kind of difficult to understand I kept having to say huh anyway service was fast and they have one of those darn soda machines that has over a hundred choices and for people like me that is not a good thing because I will stand there and look and choose and look some more and change my mind and then go back to the original and it just like drives me bonkers so anyway that's when he seems pretty good. Okay I changed my mind on that because this is not a croissant first off I'm not too sure what it is and it was stuck to the wrapper so I lost a lot of it trying to take the wrapper off. Okay this is absolutely disgusting it's not even sausage it's a piece of greasy chicken I'm about to go back in there and see if I can get something else or my money back because this is disgusting. Anyone who knows me knows that I make reviews and tips based on service alone nothing more nothing less. This Wendy's location has horrible customer service. They talk to everyone with slang and have no respect. I think certain attitudes and language should not be used in a drive-through. I am usually super laid-back but this was ridiculous. Then when I actually get to the drive up window, the girl pretty much throws the food at me and almost spilled my drink all over my car. As far as the more common fast food burger joints go (Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King...that variety), Wendy's is my teen son and my favorite. They have a big variety: amazing salads, baked potatoes, evidently one of the best bacon cheeseburgers....lol, tasty fries, frosties, good quality ice tea, the best BBQ sauce of these types of restaurants along with tasty chicken nuggets, etc, etc. This location is basically tied for us with the one in the North Valley (we have only gone through their drive through as well). My favorite right now is the Berry Burst Chicken Salad, but I always appreciate the option of a baked potato. My son is crazy for the Double Baconator!!! I haven't been inside for quite awhile, but it was nice back then. We do go through the drive through quite often, especially with it being in such a convenient location when on my basic errand days. read more

My girlfriend and I were the only ones in the drive thru. My girlfriend ordered 2 sausage, egg and Swiss breakfast sandwich. Then she said a big potato. The girl, Valentia said we don't have baked potatoes. I speak up and said you know the hashbrowns. She said we dont have hashbrowns we have seasoned potatoes. I say yes that. She says please pull forward. My girlfriend in the driver seat says wait I have not ordered. She orders the bacon biscuit meal and asks for a coffee with 7 creamers. She says okay pull to the second window. I am the passenger and since I am paying ask her to read it back to us. She reads our order it's perfect. We drive 3 miles away and I open the bag and we have 2 sausage biscuits, no egg, no cheese. My girlfriend had to ask twice for that creamer. I call the Wendys and it goes to voicemail. I call again and some teen kid answers. I say is this Wendys. He says yeah. Not yes, but yeah. I say can I talk to the manager. He says yeah that's me. I have my Land Line speaker on. Went through drive through to order, the staff answered the speaker laughing as if they were to busy to take an order, the fries were cold soggy and tasted like they were sitting out for awhile not fresh at all, no straws in the bag, no sauce. Atmosphere - You can tell you are stepping into one of their older locations right away. The plus side it is kept in really good shape. Food Appetizer - none order. Main Course - I went with the suggestive sign. I had the Spicy Guacamole Chicken Club. I love what they been doing with my favorite sandwich, the Spicy Chicken. This one is my favorite so far; just wish it had more guacamole on it. The bacon was great, very crispy; I like it that way on the sandwich so you do not have to fight it when you are taking a bite. My daughter had a vanilla frosty, it was good, but I will stick with chocolate. Dessert - none for me. Service - Was prompt and fast. Future - I am hooked on that Spicy Guac, I will be back to Wendy's for that. I also want to try those chili cheese fries. read more

I think this is the one in a shopping center with Winco right? If so my review is for the right Wendy's! I have been here a few times during all different hours and have been pleased each time for dine in and drive through. The service was fast, accurate, my food tasted great, and the store is extremely clean inside. They also have one of those awesome soda machines that Five Guys has where you have a ton of choices and can add syrup to your drink. I just recently started eating red meat after 13 years of not eating it and even though I rarely touch red meat, when I do it typically is due to getting a hamburger from Wendy's. They truly have the best fast food burgers I have ever had. TIP- They are like Panda Express, Del Taco, Jamba Juice, and Baja Fresh where if you take a quick survey you get a buck or 2 of your next order, or some free side. The one here got me $2 off a hamburger just by taking a survey which took me less than 5 minutes which I took at work lol. read more

We normally order the #6 (spicy chicken sandwich). Well, tonight we didn't want drinks, so my husband says, "can I have 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, and a small fry". Normally this Wendy's has decent service but today the chef in the back apparently didn't feel like preparing my sandwich properly. I ordered a home style sandwich that normally comes with a plain patty and instead he just put a spicy patty on there because he didn't have any regular home style patties ready. Visited this restaurant on Sunday evening March 8th 2020 at about 7:30 in the evening. Wanted to wash my hands before I ordered and had my meal. Imagine my surprise / disappointment to find there were no paper products available at all in the men's or the women's restroom. So I washed my hands and then went out to the condiment selection and grabbed a handful of napkins so that I could dry my hands as there are no air dryers in this store. After ordering my meal I mentioned to the gal that took my order at the register the absence of paper products in the restrooms, silly me I figured that would be the end of it and when I finished my dinner there would be a way for me to dry my hands when I use the restroom. Over an hour later I visited the restroom to find no change to the cleanliness or a supply of paper products to the restroom. I went back to the counter, and ask to speak to the manager. While the manager accepted my complaint, a male co-worker behind her got very angry at me and told me to take a hike, that they didn't need my complaint. I called their corporate office on Monday morning, waited over 15 minutes on hold to speak to a representative named Carrie, she took my complaint and promised me a return call from either the regional manager or the store manager. That was four days ago I've heard nothing from them at all. Given the current situation with a pandemic in effect over the Corvid 19 Coronavirus I would have expected an immediate follow-up to my concerns. Nothing so far, still waiting. In the meantime I will no longer patronize this chain of restaurants given their lack of concern over a somewhat important customer complaint. read more

Went to the pick-up window tonight and ordered a few sandwiches. Why is it that no one (except for Taco John's, it seems), even bothers to greet you with a smile at the drive thru window anymore?
