Pretty ok smash burger Tried this place out just because I walked by and was curious. The inside renovation is nice, looks hip and modern. Tables were kept clean. Lots of seating room The staff are pretty friendly, gives you utensils if you ask them. The wait to the cash register was kind of a long wait but it worked out ok. Stopped by Smashburger and unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations. My food came out soggy and cold, which was a letdown after spending $15. I asked politely to have my fries redone, but was met with attitude and told I was "late" and should "come on time" next time. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expected. The whole interaction felt unwelcoming and really put me off. While I've had better experiences in the past, this visit makes me hesitant to return--probably won't unless it's the only option around. read more

The manager acted like her life depended on a burger being remade for an allergy accommodation. I put in the note of the order no bacon because i have an allergy! She refused to make another one I've had better and more expensive restaurants be more accommodating. But because i ordered through Grubhub it was a problem but y'all are still getting the money for it! Shared parking lot. There was a loiterer sitting on the curb loudly talking to herself, not too far away from the storefront. Clean interior with plenty of seating. No line if you arrive before the lunch hour on a weekday. Only one employee was manning the front counter and bringing out food to diners, so there was a slight wait before my order could be taken. However, the food came out quickly. Drinks are self-serve. The staff don't wear masks, but there is a hand sanitizer dispenser in the corner, along the wall where customers line up. I would recommend dining in rather than ordering to go. The crispy chicken sandwich was great! It came out hot, and the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sweet potato fries were okay but not the best seasoning I've had. Every table has a ketchup and mustard bottle. I didn't like their ranch, but you can ask the staff if you want some. Smashburger has instantly became one of my favorite burger restaurants. The food is always fresh & flavorful. I'm a huge fan of the smash fries and Bacon Smash Burger. Put that in-front of me and I will inhale it down lol. The bacon is always crispy and never rubbery, the hamburger meat is of quality. Only small complaint is sometimes it's a little greasy but that doesn't stop me from ravaging it. The customer service is friendly and the last time we were there they came around three minutes after bringing us our food to check if everything was good, which I greatly appreciated. read more

I have eaten at Smashburger and I have enjoyed the food. The burger is tasty and not undercooked or overcooked. This time I went for a black bean protein and not meat. I really enjoyed the black bean burger. My favorite item from the restaurant is the smash tots. The tots are very yummy, they are seasoned well, and I get them every visit. The service was good, the wait was not long. The staff is kind and the wait to receive the food was not long at all. The restaurant was clean, plenty of space, and you are able to get certain things on your table, condiments and napkins. I recommend if you are looking for a tasty burger at night. One downside is the price, they are pretty pricey and you can get a full meal for the price at other restaurants. So be prepared to pay a little more than you would for a cheaper burger place. read more

Did an online order and went to pick up. Was told when I went in they were bagging it up. 10 minutes or so went by and still not given my order. I was in direct line of sight of the person how was putting the orders together, the same person who said they were in process of bagging my order. During all this I was watching people come and go with their online order but I remained patient. Another 5 minutes or so goes by and a guy walked in with the same name as me. He was given a large back and he started to walk away. He then turned back as he looked at the receipt and knew it wasn't his order. I then went up to the counter and asked if that was my order, showing the order on my phone as I did when I first got there. He looked at the bag and then gave it to me. I then said that I've watch that bag sit in the counter for 15 minutes and he looked at me and said "all right " and walked away. I couldn't believe how rude he was! I asked for his name and he said "none of your business ". Truly shocked, I took a picture of the person so I could identify them when calling management. From the truffle mushroom to the spicy jalapeño the burgers are good and the choices to make a gourmet burger are awesome. You can go regular or make it a Big size. If you like artisian Buns or not they got 5 choices, classic egg, multigrain, spicy chipotle, lettuce(bun free) & Udi's gluten free. You can choose your style of burger sandwich with beef single or Big, chicken fried or grilled and bean. They do have full salads too. The smashed tots with the rosemary and garlic have been great. Small and simple menu. Customization is allowed on their burgers. I tried the Classic Smash Burger and found it to be okay at most. Well done burger with light servings of onions, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, and ketchup/mustard. Vegetables tasted fairly fresh. However, the buns were cold. I wish it was warm and toasted to make it more enjoyable to eat. Their fries are well seasoned with rosemary but some weren't very crispy and seemed undercooked. Shakes are great! The Strawberry Shake has a smooth consistency and isn't too sweet. Goes well with their food. Service was quick and very friendly. Venue itself is clean and a great place to eat at. This place needs some improvements. I had lunch here yesterday, August 27. I've been to the one in Roseville and that establishment is top-notch. I ordered the Colorado Single Burger burger and it was very good. I went back to the register to order the brussel sprouts because I had skipped breakfast and I was still hungry. The worker turned me away because the previous order was a big order. That is what she told me. She went to kitchen to help dress the previous orders. I'm confused as there were two chefs in the back. Are they not qualified enough to dress the food? She looked like the manager on duty as she wore a different uniform than the chefs in the back. It took over 5 minutes before she returned to the register. I never went back to order my brussel sprouts and it looked like she lost two sets of customers as they left because no one was at the register to take their order. The worst part is that the A/C wasn't running in the restaurant. So the dining area was somewhat warm for us. It is no wonder why most customers I saw just ordered to go instead of dining there. Food was great! The customer service could be improved. There is only 2 cooks in the back and only 1 person for the front register and assisting orders in the back.
