I got to try this place thru door dash. I tried the fries first and I was surprised that they were still crispy. The dipping sauce was yummy too. Then I tried my sandwich the steak classic. I did not have high hopes based on what it looked like. It looked in bad shape, but I was surprised that the bread was very fresh and soft. And the meat and cheese were really good. Super tasty! You can smell the food and seasoning as soon as you walk in. The place is nice and clean with lots of seating. There also a patio with tables. The burgers are huge! My boyfriend didn't expect it to be so large so he ordered the double burger and couldn't finish it. I got the pepper steak without jalapeños. The food all tastes very fresh and the meat was all well seasoned. The pepperoncinis were very spicy (I was expecting a more vinegary pepperoncicni) but I did get the spicy sandwich so it wasn't bad just unexpected. The fries were also crispy. I've been to Philly and i have tried a bunch of different cheese steak shops, and I must say, they're pretty close to what I had over in Philly. The fries: crunchy, tasty, not too salty, and adds a lot to the sandwich. I like their fry sauce too because its good on the sandwich as well! Ordered a chicken cheesesteak as well as a steak cheesesteak over this past weekend, this was our 2nd time trying this place. My partner took about 2-3 bites of his cheesesteak before saying it tasted off and didn't want anymore. It tasted fine to me and I ate half of my sandwich. I had forgotten how much I love the fries at Bruchi's! Perfectly crisp, lightly salted, and you can still taste the potato-ness. Ordered the supreme and added grilled jalapenos to it, the burn is so satisfying! Hubby got a meat lover's and kidlet is currently scarfing down a kid's cheeseburger and fries. I just had the most excellent experience at this location! I was greeted by Danny as soon as I walked in. When I walked up to the register, I asked about their French Dip which sounded super good. He asked if I had ever had it with grilled onions and bacon? I had not, so, he asked if I would like to try! Consider me convinced! He then asked if I like jalapeños (which I do), so, we added those on as well! A customized French dip! Love it! I appreciate Danny's genuine friendliness and ideas on how to make an already delicious sandwich even better. The food came out hot and fresh with a smile and it was everything I thought it would be and more! I ended up taking half back to my office because I wasn't super hungry (this sandwich only comes in the 11in size). The restaurant was clean and well stocked. Bruchi's makes a good cheesesteak for a good price! I'm a big eater so I got the 12 inch supreme with fries and felt full at the end. The meat, cheese, onions, and peppers all complemented each other well to create cheesy goodness. The bread was actually really good too. It had a good flavor and soft texture but held the sandwich together well. This was all for $13, the price of a subway sandwich these days but much better. Normally I'm not a big fan of crinkle cut fries because they remind me of the soggy frozen ones from the grocery store. Yet these were nice and crisp and a good vehicle for the tasty house fry sauce. I put some of the sauce on my sandwich too because why not. The large fries are definitely enough for two people. The vibe is casual and staff were really friendly. So how was it, and what did we order? 1)7" Pastrami sandwich (hot)-$9.95, decent size sandwich and my follow patron wanted to see how this sandwich was without all the condiments (cheese/lettuce/tomato/onions/oregano/ and olive oil). She just ordered it with pastrami and lettuce. The french bread was soft and fresh. there was adequate slices of pastrami- but really salty 2) bruchi burger - $8.95, nice looking burger. bun was fresh and soft and my fellow patron thought it was a very good burger even without the cheese, sauce, and tomatoes. he wanted to return soon. 3) 12" Supreme Cheesesteak - $13.95- decent sandwich. soft and fresh french bread and had adequate slices chopped beef. but couldn't taste any peppers or mushrooms. It was also very cheesy. No need to add extra cheese. It was a good sandwich. it had a nice beef flavor and was juicy. 4) large order of fried-$5.95, the fried were excellent! not greasy or oily and not heavily doused in salt- very very good fries Would i return. yes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. But i was taken back with a charge of $1.16 which they called an "Inflation off-set at 3%. what is this? The regular size was a good portion. The sandwich was okay. The overall taste seems a little different than I expected, as if the grill was not fully cleared of leavings of steak meat or other sandwich meat cooking. Instead of fries, I got a side Caesar salad. It was fresh and the best part of the meal. Drank Raspberry Tea which was also refreshin Inside there is a lot amount of seating, even with current distancing. Outside also has a good number of tables. He went out of his way for this older couple who couldn't move around as easily, making sure they got their takeout boxes without any extra hassle. And get this - when a lady came in with three little dogs needing water, he was super nice about saying no dogs inside, but still totally helped her out with water for her and the poor pups who were panting like crazy. He even offered them a seat outside in shade to rest for a bit. You could just tell he's a genuinely good dude. That's how you treat people! My large classic cheesesteak was a revelation, and my partner raved about their similar one with mushrooms. We opted for one combo meal and just the sandwich for me, and let me tell you, neither disappointed! The bread was perfectly cooked and the meat was simply done to perfection. These aren't skimpy sandwiches either; the portions were so generous we had leftovers for the next day, and even then, the soft bread held up beautifully. I appreciate a classic cheesesteak without a ton of extra fuss, and Bruchi's nailed it. A big shout-out to the cook too! He was hilarious and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our food. All I can really say is that they have some AMAZING food. I have ordered quite a bit here over the years at both locations and not once was I disappointed. I love Bruchi's so much! A couple of my favorites are the fries, chicken sandwiches and the walnut salad. You cannot go wrong with their food! My husband swears it is the best cheesesteak he has ever had. The staff are amazing. I love that you constantly see them hustle and work hard no matter what time of day. The staff and the owner are constantly checking in on customers making sure they are satisfied. If that doesn't scream a 5 star review, I don't know what does. Bruchi's is excellent food! I loved it! The service is amazing; the people were very nice towards us. The ambiance was somewhat loud. There was loud country music where I sat, and I couldn't hear my friends when conversing. I know music usually accompanies restaurants, but it was definitely too loud. When I got my sandwich, it tasted great... until I found a hair in my sandwich. Thankfully, the employees were extremely nice and comped me another sandwich, and cookies to go along!
