I will NEVER come here again. Service is usually very slow, and they never get your order correct. Today was especially slow, taking a full HALF HOUR just to get the wrong order. Fast food is supposed to be fast, not take a half hour. The fact that this took half an hour for the WRONG ORDER is absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a frosty, a plain hamburger, and a large fry. What I got was a hamburger with everything on it, cold and soggy fries, and a drink that wouldn't have been bad if the drink machine actually had drinks in stock. There were many others waiting, all frustrated as they waited longer than me for the wrong order. I waited another 20 minutes to get my order corrected. The lady was very nice about it, but didn't refund my order even though I asked for it. All in all the workers were clueless. They claim to be hiring, but I know people who applied just to be ignored. I went to the bathroom, and was horrified. Feces appeared to be smeared all across the wall and floor. I would've alerted the staff, but the man cleaning was busy stacking trash in a pile on one of the tables. Disgusting. Ridiculous. I'll be bringing my money to McDonald's now. 1/5 (0/5 if possible)

This location is cash money solid. I have always been able to find a clean table and the staff here is always friendly. I enjoy having frostys here. Birds love to bomb the glass roof dining area facing Michigan Avenue. The big draw here is the wonderful CocaCola Freestyle soda dispenser. You can have any combination of soda imaginable! The sad-sack nearby MacDonald's has a weak sauce regular bar-type soda dispenser! No comparison. One of the reasons for spending my hard-earned money here. Living large!

Service was awful. Handed me an overfilled drink that spilled on me and in my car. No straws and missing a sandwich.

Got here at 10 the workers were outside and they rudely told me they weren't open! It would have been fine to wait if they weren't rude.

First, happy hour is awesome: 4-5pm + last hour (so 8-9pm Sun-Wed and 9-10pm Thursday thru Saturday). It's half off: draft beers, sangria, starters, house cocktails and wines. Also, I stand by the opinion that DropTop is the BEST Detroit style pizza right now. However, their burgers are also FIRE - that olive burger? YUM! I also am happy to share that the little details from opening - like cold frosty glasses, cold plates for salad, from scratch dressings/sauces, etc. is still on-going which truly makes a difference to the overall experience. Service is always super friendly, helpful.

The burgers are easily the standout!! juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The shakes are AMAZING, and the pizza is different and big size, making it great for sharing. The fries are another win: crispy, well‑seasoned, and addictive. The environment is nice and cozy, which adds to the charm, though I do wish they had more tables. That said, they've optimized the experience by offering a separate pickup door, which makes takeout incredibly smooth and efficient... a smart move for a small business. What really elevates DropTop is the staff. They're super friendly, genuinely welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Their recommendations were spot on, and you can tell they care about the food and the customers. Overall, I'd absolutely come back. The burgers were my favorite, but honestly, everything I tried was solid.

They have a solid variety of drinks and beers. I ordered a mojito, at first sip it tasted like water, but after stirring it up it turned out to be really well balanced and refreshing. For food, I had the lemon pepper wings and my husband had the buffalo wings. Both were perfectly cooked: crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and the sauces were spot on. Definitely some of the better wings we've had in a while. We'll definitely be going back! I've got my eye on the steak fries for next time.

Waitress seemed annoyed that we weren't ordering food right away. So, we put in an appetizer order while we waited. The Quesorizo was okay, but the portion was tiny. We put in our order before our sixth arrived as they told us what they wanted. The food started arriving fairly quickly which was good. But the waitress put in an order for a regular chicken tenders meal for one of my daughters instead of the one from the kid's menu. I ordered the "El Gordo" Burrito with beef. It was a lackluster item filled with regular ground beef that was not seasoned. I didn't finish it. My wife and oldest daughter got the buffalo chicken mac and cheese - which they normally love - but they said it was not very good today. And to top it all off, our waitress disappeared for about 10 minutes forcing us to go up to the bar to get drinks/refills and request a new set of silverware because my son dropped his on the ground. I do not plan on going here again.

Unfortunately, my orders were wrong a surprising amount of the time. Sometimes it was something bigger, like no pesto on a pesto chicken sandwich, and sometimes it was smaller, like fries instead of tots. I was often patient and understanding about it because I liked the place and the people who worked there. A couple of months ago, after another issue with my food, a bartender dismissed my concerns and told me he had "never seen a more consistent kitchen." He also implied that I had said the kitchen "couldn't make anything good," which I never said. The food is good when it comes out correctly. My issue was not the quality of the food. My issue was the repeated mistakes and the way I was spoken to when I brought them up. What made it especially frustrating is that this bartender had not been present for any of the past issues, yet spoke to me as if my experience was invalid. I did not appreciate being treated like the problem when I had been a loyal, kind, and generous customer for a long time, even if he personally wasn't aware of that history. I'm genuinely sad to no longer be welcome at a place I used to enjoy so much, especially because I liked many of the other staff members. But I am thankful that I don't have to spend my money somewhere that handles customer concerns this way. Because of this experience, I probably will not be visiting this restaurant or the other restaurants associated with this group. My money is earned through my energy, and I'd rather spend it somewhere that values my business and treats customers with basic human decency.

We ordered 3 large cheesesteaks, 2 fries, and cheesesteak rolls, plus paid extra for add ons like cherry peppers on the side. Not only did they forget the extras entirely, but the "large" sandwiches were a joke. They used bigger buns and apparently decided that counted as a larger sandwich, because there was definitely not more meat. In fact, the meat barely covered HALF the bread. We literally have to cook extra meat at home just to turn these into actual cheesesteaks. And the cheesesteak rolls? The menu photo shows four halves. What showed up was ONE roll cut in half. That's it. The curly fries were the only thing remotely worth the money. Charging extra for every tiny add on while simultaneously skimping on the actual food (and the addons) is wild. If you're going to charge premium prices, at least put enough meat on the sandwich to justify calling it a cheesesteak.

On the way to Ann Arbor, my wife and I only had time for a couple of tacos. She always has to have guacamole with her chips and orders a side. When delivered to the table, it appeared to be almost a pint of the food. And it was excellent. It's a terrific value for the price. I must admit that I could have been more impressed with the hard-shell ground beef taco (the meat was badly overcooked) or the lamb barbacoa (a bit tough). However, I HIGHLY recommend the taco de Pescado. I have had plenty of fish tacos in CA, but this ranks right up there with the best. It was moist and flaky. That will be on my "go-to" order when I go back. And I am going to have to try the rellenos many have mentioned. That dis is another favorite of mine. I will return!

We started with the complimentary chips & salsa (solid salsa btw!). The $8.50 taco lunch combo was fantastic. Lunch combos are served between 11am - 3pm daily. It came with 2 tacos + rice and beans. The tacos were NOT street taco-size. And just to level set - NONNADAT flour tortilla with shredded saw dust, it's corn tortillas with onion & cilantro here only y'all! I had the following tacos: *Pollo -- TBH a little dry, but the flavor was good. Probably would not get chicken again. *Carnitas - I was expecting pieces of carnitas but they cut theirs into cubes. I didn't mind because it was flavorful and tender. I also like how they include some fatty pieces for that flaavvor. Yum. Would get again. Their other meat options are Asada, Al Pastor, Carnitas, Campechano, Chorizo, Pollo, Carne Molida. I'll definitely have to try the campechano some time! Also, the salsa they serve with the tacos is NO joke - one was orange & one was green. I couldn't tell which was mild and which was hot because they were both pretty spicy, ha. But they were both great complements on the tacos. It sounds like there used to be a market once, but it's no more! A patron walked in to ask and then walked straight out when the gal said there was no longer a market! It looks like they've converted it to more seating, but it's currently blocked off. Glad to have found my go-to taco spot in Saline!
