I've eaten at this location quite a few times as it's nearby where I work. My order has always been accurate. The staff can be a little slow to take your order when they are helping out in the kitchen, but it's never been more than a 2 or 3 minute wait. The food comes out quick and hot. This review relates to Wendys 4S Ranch only. Our family for many years has been going through the drivethru for a quick bite and then head to a game or meet up. Last evening (6/18) i again went throu the drive through. The voice over the intercom said "what do you want"? I thought that was a rather b unfriendly greeting after long day at work. So i pull up to the window and a very young, bearded boy (Marco) hands me a hamburger in a bag. Nothing much else. I pulled over to eat in my car which i usually do on then due to the mess, i reach into the paper bag to pull out napkins and....Marco had not put napkins in the bag. I pulled back through to ask to speak to the Manager on Duty. Marco just said, yea thats me. To Wendys: i am not suggesting you need to place a nuclear physicist with a personality manning the window but if you dont make some serious changes, placing these children in charge is going to kill your business. I'm not a huge fan of Wendy's anymore since they have raised their prices so much and changed a lot of items. Anyway I had to go get me a Krabby Patty of course, anyone that loves SpongeBob would, it's just a thing that everyone has always been waiting for and the time is finally here. With that said I wasn't too happy after I ate it, I knew it wouldn't be anything special after reading the ingredients, it is the same as SpongeBob shows how to make it but I thought they would put a little more effort into finding out the Krabby Patty secret formula but they didn't, the sauce was just Big Mac sauce with a regular burger. The pickles were great though, I'm happy I tried it but I won't be getting it again. I asked for some sauce on the side and they said it cost and the fries were very gross, burnt and old so I had to ask for new ones. read more

Wendy's is meant to have potatoes with the SKIN on it, but here it's peeled off :) Their Spicy Chicken isn't too spicy, which is a good thing, and if you want it REALLY spicy, just get the Ghost Pepper Ranch Burger. The service was horrendous I got off work and me and my girlfriend went over to grab frostys real quick and the young male working the cashier on June 26th at 10:00 pm was talking so rude. As we were ordering we're trying to clarify if he had the order and he just kept repeating already have that what else and was just very blunt and rude. As we were at the window he handed my girlfriend the frosty and we were finding a place to put the frostys in the car and he was just flailing our card and telling us "mam your card" as if we weren't a aware basically just very impatient and rude we have never been big fans of Wendy's we'd only go for frostys but even then this just leaves a terrible taste in our mouths about how the place is ran. read more

Stopped by to pick up a quick late lunch/snack with my kids from drive thru before heading down town for later dinner. They asked if we wanted the biggie bag and seemed like good deal so we ordered with a few frostys. The chicken nuggets that come in that bag were awful. My kids were saying how bad they were and that's pretty rare for the kids to say anything bad about chicken nuggets from drive thru. I asked for one and and had to spit it out. It was awful and tasted rotten. Fry's were cold as if they been sitting out for some time. Overall just a bad location or day. Clearly staff don't care about the food quality and manager should be aware of what they serving there customers. Don't recommend this location based off our experience 1/13/24 around 3pm. read more

Wendys for the most part are pretty scarce in California from my experience so it's nice to know there's one nearby my home. I don't know why but the square beef patties always peeked my interest. They were at least in my books out of the mainstream fast food places were always advertising fresh beef never frozen so I always felt the quality of their beef patties are better than the others. Obviously you can't compare to local burger spots but I still occasionally will hit up the mainstream fast food places. I usually like the Double Cheese and Spicy chicken. I tried the fish burger once but it was pretty meh. McD has the best fish burgers. Burger King used to have a good one but trying one recently it just doesn't taste the same as the past. They changed the fries recipe/cooking method over time and recent visits seem to taste much better. Little heavy on the salt though. Might ask them for unsalted fries if possible. read more

I am only comparing this Wendy's versus what they used to be, not other Wendy's or other businesses in general. They've done better and I wish they could again. I suspect the issue is more corporate than local management. I order on the app and give it about 25 minutes before leaving the house. It should be done by now, right? As I arrive I go to the Wendy's app and press there "I'm here now" button. ( It asks "Are you sure?" Yes, I'm sure. I'm here. ) I park outside and wait for 5 minutes in their mobile order pickup spot. After 5 minutes, you start to wonder if your food is coming. There's only one person inside and they're already having lunch. Sure, there's 4 cars in the drive-through but I ordered 30 minutes ago. I go inside and find out they know my mobile order was submitted but they haven't started working on it yet. I'm told they don't start working on it until I press the "I'm here now" button. ....well what the heck did I place an advance order for? Every other fast food business has it ready to go when you arrive. That's sort of the whole point of ordering in advance. Why would I want to order in advance, then wait in the parking lot for 5 minutes, then come inside and hear they'll start on my order now; now that I've come inside and inquired about it. Also, this is not the first time this has happened. In the past I just wasn't that mad about it, but now I see a pattern. I don't trust Wendy's corporate to figure out communications between the app and the retailer. I've paid for this food in advance so I don't expect to hear any excuses about them doing this because of having customers who run out on them. I've paid in advance. Whether or not I pick it up or you throw it out, I paid for it. It needs to be ready within a reasonable amount of time, certain less than if I drove there and initiated my order at the time I arrive. Worst food and service I have ever had, Was there 10 yrs ago or so. NEVER AGAIN!. Tried it this time for the potato and sour cream. a few other items. asked for extra sauce for $1. Well, got home, no sauce at all, no sour cream, just some odd butter sauce, no sour cream, Sandwich nothing like photo and not as described. The total order was a bust. Just another fast food joint. The boyfriend and I stopped by just for their frosty and fries. But the boyfriend was hungry so he ordered the 4 for $4 which is a pretty good deal. It consists of a burger or chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. Then we added the frosty and for under $6, it fed both of us. Sure it's a little messy at this location but I have seen them sweep and wipe down tables from time to time. They could possibly not clean up as often since they are pretty busy with the drive thru customers almost all the time. In any case, the staff is pretty friendly and there are great deals on the menu. Like I stated, just another fast food joint. Nothing too great about it other than its great deals on the menu. I love Wendy's but you now need to ask for things to be fresh. When I order a chicken sandwich I ask for a fresh one to be dropped and am willing to wait. When I get a burger I don't but that results in some being dry and some being fresh. I worked for Wendy's when I was young and we never severed dry meat and always called out "Drop a chicken" when one was ordered and the fry cook paid attention to the customers coming in to anticipate orders. This worked well. Dry burgers where used to make the chili. They do accommodate me so they still get 4 stars. read more

Drive thru always sucks when you fail to check what's in the bag before you drive off. I don't think one should *necessarily* have to if the people working there do their due diligence and just check what's in the dang bag before they hand it to ya. And when did Wendy's get so expensive. An order of two 6 piece nuggets and 2 junior frosties cost about $7. So they forgot the two ranch dressings I requested when I placed the order via the intercom at the drive thru (see pic). Their drive thru menu is hard to decipher as it's just hard to find a la carte items priced. And gosh the size of the junior frosty is ridiculous. It looks like a paper cup you'd use to sample water somewhere (see pic). Sis said this is their standard size for the junior size but not sure how that makes it normal or any better. It was just my first time buying one for the nephews so maybe that's why I was taken aback. I couldn't find the receipt so can't remember if they even handed me one. So yeah, make sure to check your purchase if you're in drive thru. I still think Wendy's (in general) has the best chicken nuggets around though - read more

The food was already bad enough here. We've lived in 4S ranch for 8 years and have only eaten before this incident once. My kids won't eat the food here. What kid won't eat cheeseburgers and fries?? That's how gross it is. But today, gave it another shot and the gross food was accompanied by equally gross service. The Hispanic, older gentleman who I assume is the manager was as rude as they come and clearly didn't want our business. I left without ordering any food and won't be returning again. He spoke about us in Spanish and it didn't occur to him that I could be fluent. If you support xenophobia than this is the place for you! The Wendy's Chocolate frosty shake is still awesome in my book! It's so creamy and thick. I tried the caramel one and think it's too sugary sweet after about 5 bites. I shared with my son, so between the two of us, we enjoyed it just fine, but I couldn't finish it myself. read more

The dining room closes at 10p on a weekend night and my friend and I decided to grab a quick bite. I was in the mood for a chocolate frosty and fries. My frosty was fine, but my fries were reallllly salty!!! Hold the salt next time??? The staff that took our order was really nice and patient. The other employee that I encountered was not personable. While I was finishing my fries that were obviously on the tray, the employee came up and asked if she could take it away. I was still eating my fries lady, geez!!! She kept insisting on taking the tray, too!!!
