Food is trash service is even worse. The female manager has no customer service skills what so ever. The other manager JASON will make sure your food is fresh and order is accurate. Always say you want your food freshly made. On a slow day they make so many burgers and just leave them sitting on the grill to dry out with old cheese ol just nasty. Health department need to check them out immediately people could get sick . They shouldn't even get one star. Customer service was terrible no accountability!

The radio commercials for the Meal of Misfortune worked on me and got me thinking Halloween so for $11.48 I had my order placed at the drive through. The Meal of Misfortune comes with custom packaging, with writings on the bag and containers, and a "Spoon of Gloom". The meal includes the "Rest in 10-Piece" nuggets (regular or spicy), "Cursed and Crispy Fries," and a "Raven's Blood Frosty" (chocolate or vanilla with dark cherry swirl). The fries were some of the best I've had in recent memory, crispy crunchy outside soft inside. Seemed to be a larger size. The nuggets were excellent, better quality. Only one dipping sauce was provided though I heard you get two. It was very unique; grape jelly in color with an underlying red, and is sticky with a spicy kick. There are 4 different types. The Frosty was the highlight and those whose life on this Earth depends on having a frosty when the need arises will not be disappointed. I never had one taste this good ever before, anywhere. Dave Thomas, founder, wanted a dessert that was a mixture of a thick milkshake and fluffy, creamy soft-serve ice cream. The consistency and texture are the key differences between a traditional milkshake and a Frosty. And the ingredients are very good, I checked before ordering. Very good window service.

There is this clown by the name of Andy, I am trying to ask him if I could order an item on the menu but I just want to put a condiment on the side. He is telling me I have to order it online or through the table machine when you walk in. As I am waiting 10 minutes go by I ask him what is taking so long. He then telling me it takes 5 minutes toake and then I ask for my food that I ordered before hand and he refused to give it toe. This moron don't not know customer service and this needs to be addressed in an orderly manner.

The lady who gave me the rude customer service

I came there on sunday. Ordered a 8 dollar biggy bag. I asked if I could get mayo on the burger and the lady said they can't do that and refused to put mayo on my burger. I told her I'm an allergic to ketchup. She gave me the nastiest attuide I ever seen a threw my bag at me. Caught it on video and everything. Shift leader named Carmen. She needs to be fired. I've never received customer service like that at fast food place ever. Especially if I don't want ketchup on my burger. Something needs to be done about her.

going to be rating this location by sections : 1. Service : The service was absolutely horrendous.. while ordering i asked for EXTRA ranch dressing on the side .. I get asked at the window "want any sauces with that?" I said "yes please , ranch" ... I kid you not I check my 2 bags .. NO RANCH IN EITHER BAGS .. this genuinely made me feel so sick and disappointed and disturbed.. my therapist will be hearing about this. 2. Food : The food was pretty good in general.. the sandwich was a good temperature it was really hot for it being a fast food, fries decent .. 7/10 .. drink sprite 10/10 .. my FORGOTTEN sauce 8/10. 3. Parking lot : It's pretty nice , wish it was slightly more decorated.. what carries it is the fire station and the view of a basketball hoop and knowing that all the fire men are throwing their sauce out in a circle all at once at the same time. 4. General rating : 6/10 generous rating btw .. forgotten sauce brung it down, after having sauce it brought it up.. parking lot also brought it down .. firemen carried.

I've been here 3-4 times. The quality of the food is always fine, but lately the speed of service and the quality of service is poor. I feel like the staff is distracted and I had to repeat my order a few times even when they weren't that busy. You have to ask for utensils or straws. (I'm guessing people are stealing them? Unsure why.) I noticed they gave out multiple frosties with the lids barely on/leaking. Didn't have lettuce on my sandwich that normally comes with it. I love Wendy's and this is the only one in this area, so it's kind of a trade off of getting what you want to eat but dealing with poor service. I also wouldn't recommend eating there alone - it isn't the safest (as a woman). I usually just grab my food and go. There is a bathroom though and big parking lot.

The slowest Wendy's ever, even if you're picking up a mobile order - which they refuse to put out for you to grab

I was craving a burrito, had never been to this place, and had it delivered…read more The burrito was SOOOO good AND it was massive. Every ingredient in there was perfect. I was worried I was going to get something small for the price but you get a huge portion for what you pay for. This is the kind of burrito where youre saving some for lunch for the next day. They'd been open maybe an hour and there was one other person there picking up an order. First time here. The guy at the counter was very friendly, asked if I knew what I wanted, and I told him no and asked what's popular. He recommended three tacos so I went with that. He never asked about tortillas so they came out on corn. I'm not the biggest fan of corn tortillas, but after I sat down, I looked at the soda cup, and saw "handmade corn AND flour tortillas." Would've gone flour if I'd known that was even an option. My bad for not asking, but also a great opportunity to let a new customer know it's an option. Food came out fast. Three tacos, chips, a couple sides of salsa. All the meat was cold. Not fridge cold, but noticeably below room temperature. I'm sitting five feet from the kitchen in a place that opened 30 minutes ago. How is that even possible? The non-beef tacos were seasoned well, both of them, that part was fine. The beef was where it fell apart. Every single bite had pieces I literally couldn't chew through, and I kept pulling chunks out of my mouth. After my second bite I just stopped going back for more. For over $4 a taco, that quality is atrocious. Very fast if you need something quick to eat. First and last time for me.

The work was tedious, the people often annoying, but the learning real. And I would duck out to grab a burrito at TPF at lunch because the walk there and back was almost meditative. TPF speaks to an earlier version of Santa Monica, before Silicon Beach happened. When Dogtown was still in transition, the commercial and industrial spaces still plentiful, and the creativity flowed. I usually get a chicken burrito. It's great. The space hasn't changed. And is never crowded. But you see people popping in, and you can tell that maybe they were having a slow day at home, and that a little homestyle Mexican comfort food is part of their ritual. Their salsas are incredible and I've never tasted similar ones elsewhere. If you're looking for a simple, satisfying, no-frills Mexican experience, this is it.
