However anytime I'm trying to utilize the drive-through, the intercom is SO BROKEN that it's barely audible and their staff can never hear me either. I end up having to literally scream at the intercom only a foot away and repeat the order several times, even then, the recipient STILL can't understand and ends up messing up my order. The service for the most part is terrible. Very rarely do I get someone that is pleasant. Orders are inconsistent and I almost always have to walk back in to get something fixed or pick up what is missing. It's just this location. Orders are never read back, receipts are always handed crumpled up because they just assume I don't want it, and I am sent away before I get a chance to ask for a sauce. They need better workers who understand that this is a customer service job. First of all I loved Wendy's before this absolutely terrible experience. First I wish I could remember her name but the cashier around 5'5-5'6 Hispanic lady with a thick accent has consistently been terrible, not this time but a couple weeks ago I went in with my girlfriend and she tried to order a salad I forget which one, when she tried to order it she asked the cashier what was in it and instead of answering she just pointed to the salad in the refrigerator... when we got our food my biggie bag was missing the nuggets. What wasn't expected was when I was eating it the taste was a little funny, I went to bed that night feeling a little gross but when I woke up I had terrible food poisoning. I threw up for 5 hours and had major diarrhea at the same time, I couldn't keep water down for more than 30 seconds without throwing it up, this whole thing had seriously jacked up my week as I had a presentation yesterday that I missed. Everything was done correctly on specifically custom orders. The server at window included flatware napkins etc without being asked twice. You won't get a receipt unless you ask- Window Server doesn't say 1 word, no smile, but does her job well! I guess not all Wendy's are good. The one in Woodland Hills is excellent, I went there for years, never a problem. We recently moved to TO, and while most of the restaurants are way better than the valley. Not this Wendy's, they don't offer straws with drinks, they don't offer condiments with food, if you don't ask, forget it. But even if you do ask, you might not get it. This last order, and it will be my last at this Wendy's. The forgot straws, ketchup, ranch dressing. The burgers were overcooked, like dead. My wife's Wrap had just a blob of ranch at one end. Wow... the recent remodel has made this the nicest Wendy's I've ever been to. The grounds are well maintained and pleasant to look at. There's some excellent shaded parking on the South-West side. The staff is friendly and the food is good! The inside looks just great. All the updated seating, tables, and the bar area looking out the window is excellent. Also love the Coke machine that allows you to flavor mix any drink they have available. Check this place out if you haven't been since the remodel! The order is always right. Everyone I talk to is delightful and polite. Just don't ever go there if you on a lunch break or in any kind of hurry. You will sit in the drivethru at the speaker for no less than 3 minutes, today I sat for almost 10 mins behind someone who had been waiting to place her order. I left the drive through and went inside to maybe see if I could get my mobile order. There were people working but not one of them were even acknowledging that there were four people in line at the counter and cars lined out the parking lot. I canceled and left. I will never return to this location. I was able to leave, get food two exits away, can back to head back to my office and sure enough, the same cars were waiting in the drive thru. No one had moved. Ridiculous. Who do they have running this location???? Lost a regular customer and they're off of our company's pick up list for our employee choice fridays. We try to support local businesses, and foster good connections with surrounding businesses... but this was the final straw. We want nothing to do with this location, and you'd be wise to find an alternative as well. If they can't be bothered to care about their customers time and patronage, then they deserve to fail. Came here (Sunday evening) for a curbside order. Waited about fifteen minutes, no one came out. Walked into the store, only to see that the dining area is empty (drive thru line is also short). I ask for my order, it was ready behind the counter out of sight this entire time. It was not even busy...they really couldn't bring it out like they're supposed to? I'm a Wendy's fan. I really like their spicy chicken sandwich. Their burgers are good and I like any of their burgers with bacon - mmmmmmm. I've been stopping in this location for years (wow, I think 15 years now). I went to school in Santa Barbara. Now I live in Los Angeles. This location is pretty much halfway in between those two cities. It's a nice stop for me to break up that 90 minute drive. I never miss it since it's located off the Wendy Drive exit :) I've been through the drive through many, many times. Don't remember ever having a problem. Same for inside the restaurant. They have Dr pepper and coke zero and new frosty in a waffle cone The refill drinks is not self serve the staff comes around and is almost like waited service. My visit yesterday was a little slow - my chicken sandwich was made with lightening speed as I would expect from Wendy's, but for some reason the french fries took forever so I waited about 5 minutes to get my order. Food was good, service staff was very friendly and polite. They apologized a couple of times for the delay on the fries to me and the other patrons. What I like about Wendy's and experienced on my most recent visit is that staff members are not only frequently cleaning the front dining area, but they go around to the tables and ask people if they need drink refills and then if they do, they go get the refill for you. This is a very nice extra touch that other fast food places don't do. It makes me feel more valued here. read more

I decided to park and go inside to speak to Ramon personally and he pushed me aside to evidently take care of some personal business on his cell phone. Absolutely the worst and I'm in the worst customer service that anyone could provide. I think what was most infuriating is how casual he just brushed me off.
