Just stopped by to get some food. It's 3:30 pm on a Wednesday. Not rush hour and they weren't busy at all. We ordered two baked potatoes, a salad, and a double cheeseburger combo and a drink on the side and an extra order of fries. The dude at the window (Sandy?) forgot our straws, he was super stingy with salt, I felt like we were trying to take his firstborn, the extra order of fries didn't make it into our bags either and the extra cherry on top were two black curly hairs on one of my baked potatoes. I've been to this location 3 times now and I'm going to start with the fact that the food is good I am mostly disappointed with the service I was provided, My first time I had only ordered a single burger while the store was empty and it took them 15 mins since the time I paid to give me my food, now personally I've worked in fast food and I even know that's ridiculous, my second time going just some minor rudeness over the intercom on the drive-through but besides that pretty fine, my most recent time going (20 mins ago) I had some issues with the manager now I didn't cause problems or ask for his name but I will say he underperformed pretty hard. My girlfriend and I had some changes to our order cause we were a little indecisive but it wasn't anything ridiculous. The original order was large fry and a small shake but I decided to change it into a chicken 10 PC combo still with a large fry and the shake size changed to a large and I added another 10 PC combo for myself same size fry and for the large drink a sprite, when he asked if it looked correct on the screen I saw he had the original items on the menu we ordered so we asked him to take them off, by this point the manager was getting audibly upset and it was making my girlfriend uncomfortable when he was speaking with aggression. After we asked him to take off the small shake he said "we already made the shake", so at this point, I am being told that I will have to pay for the original small shake which we didn't want and we're still at the ordering area outside, it wasn't like we were at the pay window. I was kinda annoyed but I decided not to make a scene, we pull up to the pay window and it seemed pretty normal except he said they don't have apple pay, which is odd cause I've paid with apple pay before, after having to pay we were handed the food just to find that instead of a sprite they just gave me large water, It honestly annoys me cause I let this man charge me extra for something I didn't even want and he still messed up my order after being rude, I really hope that whoever was the manager that helped me considers his job choice cause it doesn't seem he's cut out for it. read more

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Food is great but customer service is very bad. Must repeat simple orders multiple times only to still receive an incorrect order. Slowest fast food restaurant i have ever been to. Staff acts rushed and frustrated and it shows to the customer. I find it very odd that you never receive a receipt which makes it more difficult to prove your case. They practically shove the food out the window to you in a very uprupt and rude manner. We went to this Wendy's today and ordered two combos. We indicated we wanted two friaries. The lady charged the order and gave two cups for fountain drinks. I indicated the frosty was supposed to be our drinks. She responded by indicating she thought I wanted the combos with the friaries. We opted to give the drinks to a lady standing in line. I told the cashier I was giving them to another person as she charged me for what I did not order. From a customer service standpoint, I would have expected her to remedy the issue. This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Every time I come through here my order is incorrect, or I deal with an argument over my drink order with the cashier, or I have to park and run inside to correct drive through mistakes. First complaint is when I order a regular lemonade and always get charged more for their fancy lemonade. Dude I just wanted my Minute Maid. Second complaint is when I have to repeat my order 3 times in the drive through, to find my order is still incorrect. Third complaint would be when I try to order a creme soda(freestyle machine is why I go here regularly) and they try to give me some overly sweet cherry vanilla cream soda....no just regular creme soda. To then have an argument with the cashier who tells me after I show a picture of the freestyle creme soda logo, he tells me no that's root beer(yet it's called creme soda in the image I showed him) too difficult...so I say screw it--just a coke(the original drink got dumped and coke poured into the same cup!! Now my drink is really messed up. Or even the time I try to order a Dr. Pepper and get a root beer and sprite concoction that tastes awful. Fourth complaint, no onions only cheese in my chili...confirmed this 3x at the speaker. Did I get cheese?! Nope but you bet your sweet a$$ I got onions in there! I'm leaving another review because I come here with my family at least 5 times a week we love the food it's always great especially when Joseph Gomez is there he is it assistant manager and when he is there his friendly greets you gives you food crash and hot how it should be tasty and make sure the entire visit is as good as it could possibly be he goes above and beyond he deserves some major major read recognition for this he should be the store manager so I'm giving another 5 starry view because of how much we are happy with the service and the food in the quality from this restaurant especially under Joseph Gomez so please give him some recognition thank you read more

I am really not sure if its just the drive through mic but i practically have to shout my order then they still get it wrong on the screen and when i correct them politely I get sassed. They forgot to give me my card back or a receipt this recent visit but have always forgotten to give me all of my order there is always something missing or completely wrong like pub fries when i specifically said baconator, there shouldn't have been a mix up cus the names are different and it was correct on the screen. Now i know the simple solution is to not go there anymore and to go to a different location. But this is the closest one to my job so. I just hope they get their ducks lined up so people can have a better experience ordering and receiving their food. read more

Used to eat at this Wendy's almost all the time over the last 15+ years, but they recently upped the prices of nearly everything by an extra dollar or more and when you are feeding 2-6 people that jacks the price up quite a bit, so I will unfortunately, have to pass on them or eat there only once in a while until their prices come back down, if they ever do. Even most of their dollar menu has been turned into a under 2 dollars menu. The employees seem a bit, bored, disinterested, most likely overworked. And they added a bunch of annoying TVs playing stupid commercials and terrible auto-tuned music all the time and making it hard to talk with friends or Co-workers while on lunch or hanging out. I miss their "Hits of the 60s 70s 80s" music they used to play before they added the annoying TVs. But if you are doing drive-thru and takeout then it shouldn't be a problem. Other than that, you can't beat Wendy's for fast food quality, the meat tastes great, the bacon tastes great (well bacon always tastes great), the buns are sweet and soft, the fries are wonderful when they aren't soggy... Comon people like crisp fries not soggy ones! Cook your fries longer! No one likes limp squishy fries! Wendy's has some of the highest quality food of any of the major national fast food chains, hands down! I'm a huge fan of their food, just not a fan of their recent price increase. read more

Tonight my friend and I went to this establishment. We got there just before they closed. It was the most awful experience I have ever had at ANY fast food establishment. The guy was short and kept trying to hurry our orders. When we finally got our food EVERYTHING was wrong except for the drinks. And when we told them they informed us that the grill was already off and there was nothing they could do about it. Tonight, I ordered a chicken BLT with no lettuce. Nothing crazy. When I got all the way home, I realized that it only had mayo and tomato on it. Nothing else. It was also supposed to have cheese, avocado, and bacon on it. Nope! Not even close. This location likes to see how fast they can serve the customers, but it doesn't make a bit of a difference if the orders aren't accurately being made. This isn't the first time. Just went through the drive thru and had a simple order, #9 Medium size with Dr. Pepper, total was $7.82. When I got to the window I had to tell them 4 times that I didn't want sauce and when I went to pay I handed the man a $20 bill. He then gives me the incorrect change ($2.18), practically throws the food at me and shuts the window, no receipt either. I parked and went inside for the correct change. They ask for a receipt and what I ordered, then said they have to recount the drawer. I say OK and wait for 10 minutes. I've been here about 10 times, and every single time I get exactly what I ordered. The food is always hot, everything is fresh, etc. No, it's not a five star restaurant, it's fast food. But in my opinion, the branch owner / manager care about their reputation and as a result, provide quality food consistently. If you look at some of the other reviews, the 1 or 2 star ratings are from people who had some random bad thing happen. Things that are rare and don't merit such a bad review. Like the missing beef patty or the speeding ticket thing. Those were random events... If you visit a restaurant multiple times and each time you get treated bad or the food is bad, or the parking sucks or whatever, THEN you can give them a 1 star review. I don't eat a lot of fast food, but I would choose this over the other ff places in the area. I think the place is great. read more
