I usually hit the drive-up. It's usually busy, but the line usually moves reasonably fast ... usually. Not so on my last visit. There were only two cars ahead of me, so I was pumped, until I got to the ordering screen, which was oddly dark. I waited for a greeting, a voice, a lit screen, but I got ... nothing. After a looonng silence, I said "Hello?" and finally, an annoyed-sounding female voice told me to wait. I finally got to place my order, but the food seemed to take longer than usual to come out. When I got home and ate it, the food (a classic double with cheese plus fries) tasted okay, but, I really could have done without the long strand of hair in my French fries. Perhaps that was the prize for this being my 200th review on Yelp.

Lots of dining room space with large screen tics all over!!

I love this Wendy's! It's very convenient in location near the malls, fast service too if you need the drive thru! We currently are inside, and was greeted with a smile! We ordered the 4 for4 which has a few choices! We choose the chicken blt, came with a 4piece nugget, French fries, and a drink!! I'm not in love with fast food, but if I do I prefer Wendy's! And this location!

This Wendy's has never been my favorite location to go to but it is conveniently located so at times it does the trick. The line is always real long but once you get your food its usually pretty good. The fries they gave me this time were mad small like little end pieces which shouldn't have been served as fries..but overall the cheeseburger was good and the prices are decent.

Where's the cheese? I mean come on.

It will be 9 miles from my home. Order: took only 8 min to fulfill at lunchtime Chicken Sandwich Four tenders, Cole slaw and two packs special sauce Three tenders and sauce Superior chicken tenders -- all white meat, battered & deep fried. But not greasy tasting or to touch. Moist and tender meat every time! Very Crispy bite and lightly batter. Outstanding. Coleslaw-- excellent! --veggie bits, savory with hint of vinegar, not pronounced mayo. Dipping Sauce is outstanding, a blend of mayo, sweet chili sauce and a touch of vinegar. I purchased a pink glitter stainless beverage item with a straw for my granddaughter. It is a current promotional item in collaboration with Meghan Mahoney. ($20.)

Cane's founder Todd Graves was a guest and his description of how he started the business and about his product was very impressive. One was built near where I live about a year and a half ago, but I never seemed to be hungry when I was driving by. Well today I was ready to eat, so I pulled in on the way home from an appointment in Boston. I should have done this a year ago! The chicken tenders were moist, tender, and had been cooked in an incredibly delicious well seasoned batter. That in itself would have satisfied me but I'd also ordered the Cane's dipping sauce. That turned my meal into a masterpiece! It blended so well with the seasoning of the chicken and batter. The two young women who served me at the counter were perfect examples of what customer service is supposed to be. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable about their products, and patiently helpful while I was trying to decide which of the two sauces I wanted. Thank you both! The dining and ordering areas were spotlessly clean and well lit. It would be the perfect place for a family to come and have a healthy meal as a treat on a weekend afternoon. I wish that Raising Cane's had been around when I was little. :-) One word of warning however, Raising Cane's only entree is chicken fingers so if you don't like chicken this might not be for you. That does however emphasize how good those chicken fingers are if they don't have to offer any other meal. :-)

I remember 5 - 10 years ago there weren't that many, so when you saw one you didn't mind that there was a 20 minute line to order. Now, they seem to be all over the place and the old school quality control just isn't there. At one time, I'd have put Shake Shack ahead of In n Out burger in terms of the actual taste. Perfectly caramelized, browned smash patties seasoned nicely giving them a crunchy but juicy salty pop. Now ... Maybe 1 out of every 4 burgers I get here is good. The rest are a greasy mess. All you can taste is the drippy grease which saturates the bottom bun and oozes from the patties. After 3 bites, your stomach starts to do somersaults and you feel full and gross. No more can you taste the seasoning or salty special burger sauce ... it's just nasty grease. Fries are consistently average here. It's hard to fuck up bagged crinkle fries ... but the fries are as much as most burgers elsewhere and pretty unremarkable. (In fairness, In n Out has this issue as well, despite being fresher.) The Shakes here are pretty rough compared to Chic Filet next door. It's a sugary milk shake which also makes your stomach do cartwheels. If the line wasn't so long at Chic Filet, I'd go there for their amazing milk shakes. For $7-$8 fucking bucks at Shake Shack, a milk shake is way overpriced and not great. Overall, it's no mystery why, even during peak times, this place has no line at all while Chic Filet's line stretches around the store. I can honestly say this is the worst Shake Shack I've been to from a quality control aspect. It's just never consistent and they have about a 25% track record at making a good burger. All other times, it's a greasy mess with no taste.

Unfortunately, this location seems to have mostly very young employees working without enough visible management or supervision, and it really impacts the customer experience. This is the second time we've waited an unreasonable amount of time for something simple that we already ordered and paid for, this time being a side of Shake Sauce. We stood at the front waiting because there was no employee anywhere to be seen, and the few employees who were around completely ignored us. There was also a pregnant woman standing there waiting 5 to 10 minutes just to be acknowledged because items from her order were missing as well. If no one is going to consistently stay at the front, the restaurant should at least have a bell, buzzer, or some system so customers are not left standing there wondering what to do. What's most frustrating is that these were issues that should have been handled correctly from the beginning, and when employees finally did help, the attitude and facial expressions were unprofessional and unwelcoming. The food is still good, which is why this is disappointing. This location seems like it would really benefit from stronger management presence, better customer service training, and experienced managers who can properly guide and support newer or younger employees.

No fries, no shake. Seasoned and cooked perfectly. I asked if they had any meat scraps from the flat top that I might be able to have for my dog. Once again, BAM! The line chef cooked my good boi a fresh burger in its totality. Thank you Five Guys! I also have to add that every customer in there, and picking up to-go orders were COOL PEEPS. I apologized for my dog barking outside, no one raised an eyebrow. This might not matter much to some, but this detail in the ladies room also scored. The toilet paper dispenser was an actual single roll, like you'd have at home, not those mammoth rolls that just tear into 100 tiny pieces. AND the to was coming from the top, the RIGHT way ;) Lastly, as I was leaving, I noticed an uplifting sight. There was a cork board that had a cheerful collection of drawn-on index cards. With all the difficulties of modern life, it made me happy & hopeful to witness positivity on various levels during my time at NOT just a burger joint. Katie Williams NP
