After eating part of my burger, I noticed an overpowering smell of toilet/ urinal cleaning chemicals, a mouthful of hair, and dirt. Immediately, my mouth began dissolving, and I became sick. I got a refund employee's were laughing at me & I called the police, subsequent investigation revealed that an employee used my food to clean the drain in the back kitchen in the floor sink and then returned to serve it. Video footage confirmed these unsanitary actions. Despite this, Five Guys and their insurance team have refused to take responsibility and have withheld full footage, sharing only incomplete, edited clips.
