7/14/2025 Ordered the two jbc fries and a drink for $8 a good deal of if I say so myself asked for it all fresh got to the window took about 30 seconds for it to come out, what's the problem some might ask well being I worked fast food for a year I know tricks and all that good stuff manager immediately handed me the food said it was fresh opened it the burger that was so called fresh was obviously thrown into the hopper or well simple terms an industrial microwave, and the fries that were also fresh yea soggy and cold. very fresh lol , called and asked for a name in the book so i could get well a refund or food whatever works, so politely as I was also raised on respect and politeness and the manager immediately got mad and started to catch an attitude and being defensive right off the bat, I hung up because there is no need to argue over some food that obviously wasn't made fresh. Heads up my friends and family it takes about 5-10 mins for fresh food depending on what you get I even said I'd wait for it. Worst Wendy's ever. read more

Set there at the ordering speaker for about 4 minutes and never got acknowledged by any staff in the store at all. So I said through the speaker, anybody home? And the sky replied with some nasty remark about how he was busy doing something else and he was very rude.I place my order. Which was a son of a bacon Burger and I gave him my credit card.He completed the trand then barely held his hand out the window with my card and it respected me to reach it. I had to jump halfway out my window of my card to get my card back. And then he says to me. Did you just s***** that from my hand? What a rude son of a b****. I went to this Wendy's location around 11:20pm and online it says they close at 12am EVERYDAY! I notice there is at least three cars in the parking lot so I assumed they were open like they claim to be online. No one answered the drive thru so I went to the window. TASHA? Screamed through the window "we're closed" with this nasty look on her face. I said "it says you're closed at midnight" she screams again "we're closeddddd" and ran off in the back. I stayed at the window because I will not be spoken to like that. She came back and opened the window and said " i said we're closed" and slammed the window. I told her "i don't know why you're yelling at me like this and being so rude! online it says you're open till midnight. " I asked her what her name was and she screamed "byeeeee." I don't know why their website says they're open till midnight but their horrible employee Tasha? Was so anxious to get out of work and be so unbelievably rude to a costumer. I can't believe she even has a job there. She has no people skills and should NEVER work with costumers. I really hope this Wendy's owner sees this review and handles this situation. And if it is the case that they do in-fact close earlier than midnight, no customer should ever be spoken to like that. Point blank. I love Wendy's and now i never want to go back. read more

I came to this location to use a coupon I had because I donated money on a previous visit. Is that on the coupon thank you for your donation and at the bottom and small print had an expiration date. I had not seen the expiration date, so I went in with a coupon and the attendant just looked at the coupon and said it's expired, I said thank you and have a nice day then walked out. There was no question if they could help me with anything else, they were not polite, and I felt like I was a nuisance as a customer walking into their store. This is the worst Wendy's location that I have ever been in. read more

The food is okay, just like any other Wendy's in town , but one thing about this location drives me crazy. They hardly ever turn their sign on at night. If you weren't familiar with the restaurant you would not know they were open and end up across he street at the McDonalds. 9 o'clock at night is off. This happens roughly 60% of the time. Absolutely horrible. They had to ask us what our order was multiple times, and we ordered two items. They then gave us THE WRONG ITEM for our two item order. And when we went back to get it (jalapeño fries), they were ice cold, and they didnt even bother to TRY and melt the cheese. Horrible service, and even worse food. Never get your order right, it's like they don't listen when you order and you have to repeat yourself multiple times. I go to this location for convenience when at a nearby store but there seems to be a problem every time I order. Today, ordered a CAESAR Salad, got home and noticed I was given ranch dressing. How hard is it to put the correct dressing with the type of salad that had the name in its title? Asked for no ice in either of two drinks was given ice in both, when reminding them of the original request only drink was swapped out and the other ended up being a different drink that we did not request. read more

Tried to order a salad without tomatoes, and they refused! Was told by the cahier that all salads were as is, and this was backed up by the co-worker standing next to her. The only other fast food place I've ever known not to do special orders was Hot N' Now (R.I.P.), and that was part of how it kept its prices so low. The funny thing is we (use to, but not ever again) stop at this Wendy's at least once every two weeks (often once a week), and they've made me salads without tomatoes virtually everytime I've been there. It is an insane move to lose a regular customer over something so stupid and lazy. read more

You can clearly tell that the Children that work at this Wendy's on 54th street do not care firstly about their job. secondly about the customers that pay the checks they do not deserve. Every time i have gotten food from this Wendy's it is wrong or ill prepared. Baconator Fries and the bacon is just thrown in not crushed like its supposed to be and the cheese is in one corer or the other? The burgers are ALWAYS messed up slapped together poorly in the fashion of a child in a rush to get back to facebook or grab ass.
