A while back I contacted Jeff's Mobile glass to seal the windows on my Motor home , I set an appointment they came did the job and was satisfied with their work .Some time latter I had a leak on the front windshield , I called but he had retired and had given all his customers to West Coast Auto Glass. I called them spoke with Cheryl explained the situation " no problem " , I'll send Joe out there to inspect . He came and stated that he could take care of the leak and said that he would report to Cheryl and have her call with an estimate. $1507.53 and that it would take two men all day. They came spent 4.5 hours . I was satisfied with their work , very professional. I was told by Cheryl that an invoice would be sent however after the job I was asked to pay on the spot. I did use my Card . I later called Cheryl to express my appreciation of the crew and also mentioned that they made a great profit. She immediately got very agitated and said that "if I had known that they were going to use drills or other equipment I should have charged you twice the amount and also said that I was rude to one of the Techs , which was untrue , there was minimal contact with Him. She continued to scream and became vulgar, at which point I hung up. read more

Tom came out to do a mobile replacement of the windshield on my 2015 Subaru Forester. My Forester has Eyesight which is a collision avoidance system that consists of two cameras connected to the rearview mirror. Before installing the windshield he had to run some tests on the eyesight system to make sure it was working properly, however it was throwing out error codes so he was reluctant to install the windshield because of that. I called on Saturday afternoon and Joe was out on Monday at 10am to fix my windshield. It was a pleasure dealing with Joe and Crystal- both were friendly and 100% professional. Joe finished the install in under 45 min, and the windshield was the same price as what Crystal quoted on the phone- no "surprise" charges. I would recommend these folks 100%. They came out to my home and repaired my Honda. They could of easily told me i needed a new motor to get more money, but they didn't. My window was off track and the technician fixed it.
