The options on the menu are out of this world. A lot of variations and flavors, we were craving a breakfast burrito so we kept it basic with a steak and egg burrito and bacon egg and cheese burrito. The condiment station was empty, so they were very dry and not mixed at all. Overall, this place would have been better if we had salsa or some kind of acidity or dipping sauce for the burrito. Very empty on a Sunday evening with no line and quick service, plenty of indoor seating and a very clean space. West Coast Taco Shop definitely had a variety of options on the menu. This is not authentic Mexican food nor tex-mex. I guess this is a form of cali-mexican food which I have never had. Tex-mex is the only benchmark I have to compare it to. The food was decent at the least. I will revisit this place as I was not happy with my selections. I love a goood burrito and I think I picked the wrong one. Probably should have went with the west coast burrito. I was missing the cheese, sour cream, and other condiments that make for a tasty burrito. The taco tasted plain and needed more to it, which is offered in the menu also. The consommé was 4/5 as it lacked a bit of flavor. I also ordered a cheese dip, which is hard to mess up, but it hit the spot.
