I start calling to get an appointment.first the dealership I bought my car. Three weeks. Second , i won't mention but the guy in on the phone, and I quote, " you're a funny guy"!! Really? That's how you treat your customers? Guess who the funny guy is? And I'll never recommend your place, ever!! The third wielands on transit near Clinton. The voice on the phone was extremely pleasant and said the best she could do was Monday at 12:30 I said ok. She said if you can come in early sometimes we can get you right away. Monday came. I did as she said. Was welcomed by a very pleasant man. Told where to pull my car. I got out and soon , like 5 mins my car was getting inspected. The mechanics were pleasant and didn't try to upsale anything and just did the inspect . It passed and I was out before my 12:30 time. I paid and I would be recommending their business. So if you want to be treated like a moron, go anyplace but Wielands. Because here you're gonna be treated with respect and know that you vehicle is going to be treated with utmost care. Thank you Wielands for helping me in a tight spot when others just laughed at me!!

They have even fixed minor problems, and refused any sort of payment multiple times. My car battery tested unusually low during my inspection, I was asked to come back to double check as it was extremely cold that day. I stopped by a couple weeks later. They are too booked to do, it. Isabella tells me to bring it back Thursday morning. Bring the car back Thursday morning. Patrick clearly annoyed with the fact I was in the shop. Not sure if I wasn't put on the schedule appropriately, or just having a personal bad day. Car battery gets checked. Patrick has battery tested "it's at 56% you're good to go." I inquire if that is normal for a battery I believed to only be a year old? "Yeah new batteries can test as low as 80% in this weather, so 56-80% is acceptable." This was said in front of a full waiting room. I inquire with friends more mechanically inclined than me. I am informed yes l, weather will affect the test but, that's testing at a 2 year old charge. Patrick couldn't be bothered to look up as to when the battery was replaced for me to confirm the date. Didn't discuss how the warranty would be determined. A 24% margin of error seems pretty high for a determining factor on a warranty. Didn't tell me what determines an under performing battery, and what would qualify for replacement. Nor tell me when the warranty expires, to potentially bring it back in warmer weather to test again, before the warranty is null. Very disappointed, this is not reflective of brand and service I have become accustomed to, glad they have a second location. I will be avoiding the Transit location.

I first went to them when one of the car dealerships said that the computer on my car needed to be replaced.. NOw any other place you would go would say oh yea you need that.. 2 hours after I dropped my car off I received a call from Scruggs telling my car was ready.. Said that I only needed an inspection and a new battery... nothing wrong w/ the car.. then i took my newer car to Scruggs on transit for an oil change.. i get a call back that i needed a lot of work done.. head gasket etc.. something you would think that the dealership would've taken care of...once i received the cost i was ready to cry.. they offered me a 3rd party lender.. YAYYYY!! that was awesome.. the people there are the greatest..Henry, Patrick, Carmine (he did the work on my car), Isabella.. I was treated like one of the family.. i will be going there anytime i need to have something done on the car.. you should go too.... THEY ARE THE BEST!! SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE REST!!

I never did get an email verification. They took me right away though! Oil change and NYS inspection. I was out of there in less than an hour even though their lot was full with cars. I even expected to hear that I would need brakes, but I passed the inspection with no issues. Good to hear since I'm driving to Rochester tomorrow. They were friendly and professional as well as efficient! I will be back!

I came to One stop today after having gone to another auto repair shop for a repair and had been…read moretreated very badly by the staff there. I had to leave that repair shop. I went to the One stop on Brighton after this happened and they didnt have time to do the work I needed.The guy at Brighton called the One stop on Niagara Falls boulevard to ask if they could take my car today. One stop on the Boulvevard said yes, so I drove over .The guy was very helpful to me. I was in for an alignment after replacing a bad ball joint a few days earlier. My steering was way off because of the ball joint issue. One stop on the Boulevard was able to do my alignment within about 10 minutes of my arriving and I was out the door 45 mis later. I saw the guy who did the work take the car for a test drive after, made me feel better .. My steering being off was a concern to me Very good service , nice people.. Good end to a bad situation that happened somewhere else

My strategy for finding any new third party is to read the reviews and try and synthesize the truth, speak to a decision maker and assess and finally ask for some quotes for the parts and labor. I spoke to four shops and of course everyone needs to see the job before finally committing and that scope can obviously change. Sam freely and patiently gave me some quotes for both (others couldn't get past - we need to see it), the quotes and the final pricing were both very fair and competitive. Mo communicated freely during the fix and heres the kicker and why we'll trust these guys moving forward. They easily could have turned the minor job into a relatively major fix and they didn't, the problem and solution was less in every sense than what I assumed it would be including their cost - great job the both of you!
