That said they were very nice when I took my car in and dropped it off. Asked how long it would take and they said two hours. I went home and then a friend and I went to lunch in Puyallup, went to a park, went to Starbucks and four hours later the car still wasn't done. That's a lot of difference in time. We also had a couple chips in the windshield of our Malibu that were repaired. I contacted this company via text (I should have just called) and it took a couple of days to officially get scheduled, after some back and forth messages. Once the tech arrived, he made quick work of replacing the windshield on the Ford. After 2 hours, we was finished with both vehicles and it only cost $1040. The tech was very professional,friendly and explained everything. Hopefully we won't need a windshield replacement/repair again but if we do, I know who to call!

They wound up with the wrong windshield, so they sealed off the vehicle for the night and came back with a new windshield a day later. They replaced it and it looks great! After I obtained the window, I let him know and set up an install time (between 1 & 4 PM) the following week. Later, I sent him my VIN # and asked for a copy of the work order. He did not provide a copy of the work order. Instead, he shows up and has the window installed in my driveway without letting me know that he arrived. When I asked him how much I owed, he said $200 plus tax. I then reminded him that he quoted $100 to $150, and he basically told me "whatever". I had bids from other installers, but I decided to use him because he installed another window for me in another vehicle which went as planned. I probably won't use him again, nor will I recommend his company because, while his work appears to be fine, his respect for his customers and his ethical standards appear to be questionable, at best.

This happened for about two weeks which sucked, but the gal at the front was upfront with me about it, I just wish they could've fixed it right away. I brought it in for the second time in hopes that they will for sure fix this problem or else I have to go to the dealership they said. Well after 4 hours, Andrew called me to inform me that I was all good and they were successful in getting my windshield fixed with the OEM! I was so happy. When I arrived, Andrew wasn't at the desk, but to my luck when I walked out to my car, he was right there, he apologized for it taking it so long but explained to me that he wanted to ensure they did it correctly so I wouldn't have to go anywhere. When I arrived, she was pleasant and helpful answering any questions I had, the music in the workshop was blaring and I loved it! They did a great job with the chip repair, I ended up just paying cash so I didn't have to go through insurance making it easier, cost me about 70 bucks using my insurance cash discount, but without making a claim. You almost can't even see the chip anymore! I really appreciate that since directly in front of my driver seat. Zero complaints I was in and out within 30 minutes!
