Would like to thank Nic and Tom for all their work at installing a pool at our house. Before we hardly used the backyard, now my family has been enjoying it on a daily basis. Absolutely love the results. We contracted with Pool Logic to build a pool for our house and we could not be happier with our selection. This was our 2nd pool construction, so we had a pretty good understanding of what we wanted. Nic came out and met with us, discussed what we wanted and he came back with a perfect solution that incorporated our wants and included some things we had not considered. Once we kicked off, the progress was very rapid and very well scheduled. Seemed like something was happening every day or 2. There were a few slow downs, as with any construction, but Tom (our project manager) did a great job of guiding us through the process. There was an existing retaining wall that was discovered to be lacking, and Tom and Pool Logic recommended the best way forward and they executed it quickly. As the pool neared completion, there were a couple of areas on our poured patio steps that didn't look right, and we pointed them out. Instead of resisting or arguing about it, Tom completely agreed and without any grief arranged for the steps to be redone. I have to say, Pool Logic stands behind their work and if there are quality concerns they will do what is needed to make it right, without grief. WestMod completely transformed our home -- and we couldn't be happier. From the moment we met Will, we knew we were in good hands. He and his crew were professional, communicative, and clearly took pride in their craft every step of the way. The scope of this project was massive, and they handled every phase with care and precision. On the front end, they poured brand new concrete, redesigned our entryway steps, and completely redid the driveway -- it looks sharp and modern right from the curb. The transformation alone was enough to impress our neighbors before we even got to the backyard. But the backyard? That's where WestMod really showed out.
