    Salted Pretzel and Jalapeño Cheese
    Kylie S.

This location is in a mall so it's always busy. The lines are always long and it's right next to the kids play area so it's always loud. The staff is usually very young and never friendly. They try to get through the line as quickly as possible. I don't mind though, the line goes fast and the pretzels come out quick. This time around I ordered two and the first one was pretty good. Not burnt and still warm and soft in the middle. The second one was just a mistake all around. It was over cooked and basically crumbled each time I snapped a piece off. I asked for both to be salted and the second pretzel had barely any. I always get the jalapeño cheese dipping sauce which is always nice and warm and cheesy with a little spice to it. The customer service isn't the best but I will always make my way over for a pretzel.

A worker plucking her brows OVER the food

DONT eat here unless you like plucked eye brows in your lemonade. YUCK! This worker was plucking her brows OVER the pretzels, and had her ENTIRE make up case out on the counter. This is truly disgusting.

Mariko just sold me this half empty bag of pretzels and when I asked her to fill it, she simply fluffed them.

This is located next to the little play place in the mall. They served us quick and got our order right; what more could you ask for??? Tasty food? Well, they have that too. I got the little bitz with salt and they were sooo yummy...better than what I expected. The outside was crispy and the inside was doughy soft...just right...and they slather it with butter which made them taste that much more better...even though butter and dough isn't good for you...but today, I wasn't really watching what I was eating. It was the perfect snack to have while I watched my little one play in the play area. My older son got the pretzel dog and the little one got a slushy drink and both received no complaints.

Fresh out of the oven...Pretzel Bites.

It doesn't matter which mall I go to, I always manage to find my way to this place. Its an addicting, buttery, soft with a slight crunch, salty bite of heaven. Yes, I'm talking about fresh made Pretzel Bites. Not the big pretzel, but the little morsel of goodness. It's a must munch and will satisfy a craving in a heartbeat. I usually pocket a handful of mustard to squeeze between each bite. Don't forget to wash it down with a beverage of your choice (no adult beverages here). The employees are always friendly because they know how much you will enjoy it.

This was actually the first time I visited the entire downtown Roseville area, and I was pleasantly surprised there was a parking garage since all the parking spots in front of the establishment were occupied. We arrived around 1:30PM and observed a fair amount of patrons on a Monday. We were immediately greeted and seated. Loved the decor. After a few minutes mulling over what to get, I ended up getting the French Dip with duck fat fries. I also tried their Divinity Stout. Wow. The food - Amazing! Really enjoyed the French Dip - well sized portion and ended up having leftovers that I was able to enjoy a few hours later ha! The Stout (Divinity) - I need to go back and buy some bottles to go. So good! I'll definitely be back. The one minor gripe was I observed was there weren't any TV's at the bar (from what I can see anyway). I would have loved to head over here as I am writing this review to watch the NBA finals. All good!

For the French dip I will say it was bursting with flavor, the bun was nice and crispy and soft on the inside and the meat tasty. My only issue was it was way over salted. The Reuben was also tender, tasty and the sauce was very good but again the fries and meat felt over salted. They were packed so our server was few and far between but she was really kind and you could tell there was just a lot going on. Overall the feeling of space was on brand for a cellar with low lighting and dark ambiance that made it feel a bit more classy.

You can imagine my happiness when I stumbled upon this bar/gaming room with the funny German sounding name when I realized it was a glorified pinball arcade room that also served beer. This place is straight amazing-50+ of the greatest pinball machines are available to play. They do use the "game-card" system to pay for these games, which can make playing these games way too easy-games tend to cost about $1 a game in game credits to play, which is far more than I paid when I was an 8 year old kid but then again, that was 45 years ago. They have a pretty solid beer selection-beers tend to go for anywhere between $7-$8 a beer-not too bad in my opinion.Though they do offer a pretty unique item called "Das Boot" which is a pretty large boot that cost $40 and comes with a fill up at time of purchase and 20% off on future fill ups-though not sure what the original cost of a fill up is exactly. One massive upgrade I've learned in the pinball world is nowadays you can download an app by Stern Inc,the majority manufacturer of most of the popular pinball machines and you can register your pinball play and it will keep tabs of everywhere u play and all the scores u achieved on the various pinball machines-I really enjoyed this feature-I only wish they had this when I was in my prime of pinball play when I was a youth. This place doesn't have the best hours but I'm sure there is a reason for these hours-M-F the hours are 5p-10p and on weekends they open at 12p... In closing-If you ever find yourself in the Rocklin area and you get a yearning to try out your pinball machine skills-I couldn't recommend this spot any higher as they are a very unique spot offering a truly awesome experience-a trip down memory lane for some and a whole new world for the younger generation-You should get out there and have some fun. PS-I failed to mention this place is very family friendly-on my particular visit the place was flooded with kids from elementary to high school age honing their pinball machine skills and enjoying every minute of it.

Games are very clean and in excellent playing condition. There's also Stern leaderboards visible along with their own leaderboards for solid state (older) games, which I've never seen anywhere else. The whole space is clean and welcoming. It's loud, but that's because it's a pinball spot. The staff are super friendly and provide great service. The mac n' cheese bites I had last week were freshly prepared (from scratch), cooked to order, piping hot, and totally delicious--and also under $10. The beers and ciders on tap are all mostly from small, local makers and under $10/pint. They also have plenty of NA drink options. If you're a pinball person, I dare you to find a more accommodating spot for playing and vibing out. If you're not a pinball person, this is a great place to fall in love with the game.

It a place I just love to go and it definitely didn't hit the mark!…read more My wife and I recently visited BJ's Restaurant and both ordered the Bacon Guacamole Cheeseburger with unlimited fries, served on a brioche bun with pepper jack cheese. Unfortunately, both burgers arrived missing the guacamole, red onions, and pepper jack cheese, and they were served on regular buns instead of brioche. When we brought it to the staff's attention, the chef reportedly said it was the same burger, just without the guacamole. The burger was eventually returned with a small cup of guacamole on the side. Later, a plate of red onions was also brought out. The waitress explained that she had misheard the order, which is understandable, but both my wife and I had ordered the exact same burger, making the mistake a little harder to understand. The fries were also disappointing. The first basket looked like the leftover bits from the bottom of the bag--some were overcooked, others weren't very appealing at all. A replacement basket was brought out and was hot, but many of the fries were still undercooked. To their credit, the manager came over, apologized for the incorrect order, and offered to comp the meal. I appreciated the gesture, but I didn't come for a free meal--I came to enjoy the meal I ordered, so I declined the offer. The waitress later reiterated that we didn't have to pay and could simply leave if we weren't ordering dessert. The service team did make an effort to correct the issues, and I appreciated the manager's professionalism. I even left a generous tip because I understand mistakes happen. However, the overall food quality and order accuracy missed the mark this visit. I'll give BJ's another chance in the future and hope the next experience is closer to what was ordered and expect
