If you want a yummy deluxe pizza then this is the spot! The deluxe comes with pepperoni, ham, crumbled sausage, red onion, bell pepper, jalapeños, mushrooms, olives and pineapple. I'm not a fan of pineapple on my pizza so I just pick it off but it is delicious!! It's extra loaded and has a nice kick with jalapeños. A slice of this pizza with a side of antipasto salad is just right. The salad is always fresh and served with dressing of choice. Delivery can take a bit, usually all pizza places do, but you can pay the delivery person with credit at the door. Calling in a carry out order is usually ready in 15 minutes. Ordered online at 6: 30 pm, which stated the pizza would be ready by 6:50 pm. Arrived at the pizza place at 7 pm, a bit crowded, there were 3 other customers before us. Got out around 7:10 pm. Pizza was still warm enough. I prefer thin crust, however we ordered original and it wasn't too thick at all. I'd say it's just about right. The pizza was not salty like other pizza chains and did not leave me with a greasy, icky feeling. I would prefer to eat Whata Lotta Pizza than Domino's, Pizza Hut or Little Caesar's. However, the flavor is close and can be compared to Costco pizza, where you can also get a lot more for your money. A Whata Lotta large pizza would be $10.99, if paid in cash. With credit, it is $12. It is on the smaller size compared to Costco's, but I'd say the crust is a lot better with Whata Lotta. I have not tried any of their sides. I use to love whatalotta the old mangement was amazing. The prices were a bit cheaper and the pizzas were bigger, I also love the rewards programs but that gone too. It a disappointment. Today I order a medium pizza for my bday to share with the bestie and the pizza I recieved was so much smaller than what I use to recieve and it was .70 more expensive which not bad. Ordered an extra large 1/2 cheese and 1/2 with some meat and veggies and antipasto lg salad. Should've taken a photo. Only 1/3 of pizza had anything on it but cheese. Never had it like that before at this place...or anywhere. Antipasto salad in the plastic container was not the usual full of salad. It's always something with this place... I don't know why I continue to disappoint myself. I get the same 1 large pizza and wings from here every couple of months because of the convenience factor and each experience is the same... horrible. 1) Pizza is always late, we pick up every time. We order online every time, it gives us an estimated wait time of about 30 minutes. We intentionally go about 15 minutes past the estimated wait time. When we walk in they are barely getting to our order. I'm scared to order delivery here. 2) As if the young men behind the counter lack the customer service skills to make a customer feel satisfied. Or the owner doesn't allow them to make up for the error/issue. I had one young man say to me one time "Yes, I can give you a salad since it was our error, but i will have to pay it out of my pocket because we aren't allow to give out free stuff". Wow, really? 3) Quality of the food seems to be going down. These pizzas were delicious at one point. Ingredients tasted fresh. Pizza didn't have oil running off of it. Now, I can't say the pizzas are the same. They got oily... and by the time I get home to feed my family, the pizza is soggy. Wings have become gummy and chewy, maybe they just don't leave it in long enough? I live behind them...pizza shouldn't be gross by the time I get home. I have experienced better, and it was at this location a few years ago. My husband and I live out of the way, and have close proximity to many other pizza shops, but this was the one we loved. This was our go-to food on the way home from the airport. This was what I wanted immediately after giving birth to my son. But I won't go here again, I don't care how good the pizza is. The service has been going downhill (missing toppings, late pizzas), and the fish rots at the head. When we order a pizza online, it is expected that the pizza will be ready when we arrive. Not only had it not even been made (the owner / manager was the only one in the damn shop and had 40 minutes to make it), it took me having to go into the store after my husband came out (to say it hadn't even been made) to get an apology, and there was no offer to refund or comp us on the next visit. You could have saved it, but nope. Yep, you guessed it Mr. Manager, I am the pissed off wife who came into your store a few days ago. We liked you a lot. We appreciated how you always asked about our child. But if you weren't sure about our order (I don't know how complicated it is to make a pizza based on the toppings we selected from your web site), you had my phone number. We ended up having to change our son's nappy in the backseat due to the wait. When we got home, we expected a beautiful pizza, but what we got was something burned that we think was a pizza. $15 down the toilet when I could have used my 50% Papa John's promo code a block away from our house. Close by, that's about all this place has to offer. When they first open it was fantastic. The food and service was great. It must of had gone through a huge influx of turnovers. Cause now its just complete garbage. Given covid, small businesses should be stepping up their game not go the opposite direction. I was giving this place the benefit that they are just going through tough time. This will be my last time supporting this specific establishment. They obviously dont know the meaning when a customer ask for "well done". The wings were soggy and the pizza was no better that what I can DiGiorno my own frozen pizza at home. We used to LOVE this pizza place and ordered it almost every week for the past couple of years, but we've noticed it's gone downhill this year. It doesn't taste as well as it used to, the pizza is often times burned on the bottom and on the crust, and same with the garlic sticks. They also changed the ranch probably around the beginning of the year and the new one is pretty gross. I ordered a large double pepperoni pizza and a large deluxe pizza along with 10 piece traditional bone in hot wings. As I went to pick up my orders they messed up on my hot wings instead bone in it was boneless. Here is the break down for my review. Large Double Pepperoni 2/5 I ordered double pepperoni and the picture I took doesn't justify it being double pepperoni. Large Deluxe 2/5 talking about using low quality ingredients it was horrible Boneless chicken hot wings 2/5 how can you mess up on something so simple it has an weird taste to it. I took one bite and threw it away. Service 2/5 I think the staff should get a random drug test. Had patients come in today that had traveled far and we wanted to feed them. I am unfamiliar with pizza restaurants in the area and that is what they wanted. I read the yelp reviews, I saw "cheap" and "good" before I realized they are so close I could possibly walk there. The young man that answered the phone was very helpful with my order (I just went online to see menu, so I was prepared to order). He was very hospitable, I would give him 5 stars, I did have some questions and he answered easily. When I picked up pizza, I realized that the young man whom answered was alone and that he had also cooked my pizza. Well, he gets 5 stars for the pizza because it was really really good and not just for the price. We had the pastrami pizza, deluxe pizza and pepperoni pizza with a large antipasta salad. For the price 7.99, it was good. They are not chintzy with the dressing either. I will definitely be returning to this joint. If only there were places to sit and beers to drink lol. But that's no reason to lose a star in my opinion. read more
