We called in to give this place a try because 1) it had good yelp reviews 2) it's close to the house. If they want people to become loyal customers they need to realize first impressions are critical. First-- how are you out of large pizza dough on a Sunday night...? Second-- since you are out of pizza dough maybe offer something else-- seeing I can't use the coupon you mailed to my house. Telling me well we don't have large pizza dough doesn't help me with ordering. Third-- I don't know your menu. You're a new business. Telling me your a pizza place and have pizza toppings isn't helpful. I'm pretty sure I knew you were a pizza place when I called in. When I ask what you would recommend and you say we don't make recommendations. When I try to further find out what specialty pizzas or original pizzas you offer that is different than other pizza places and you proceed to tell me the mediums are the special.. Doesn't help. Then when you say to ask the people you are ordering for what they want with an impatient tone... Still not scoring you brownie points. I finally said fine I will just make decisions and placed a random order because after all that we are going to try the pizza to see if the reviews were right. So twenty minutes later we show up to pick up our pizza and as we are checking out-- the guys makes an off the wall comment about making someone upset over the phone. Yes, that would be me. EVERYTHING here is so delicious. Their pizza is some of the best I have ever had. And the boneless wings are my favorite go to to keep my cals low. And since I'm pretty much always on a stupid diet, they even measured out how many wings = how many calories which I thought was SO cool. (Which btw the 10 piece boneless wings with buffalo sauce is about 475 calories!) They work fast, customer service is a 10 always, and I just love supporting this place. Called in for a pick up order and a gentleman with a nice voice took my order and answered all my questions regarding their menu and specials. He suggested I try the cheesey bread, which was a perfect suggestion since my family loved it! When I picked it up, brad (at least I think that's what he said his name was, also the guy I talked to on the phone), helped me out with my order and was very friendly and helpful. I've been here a couple times and the guys here are always charming and helpful, and quite funny! Amazing food and great customer service makes for one great pizza place that me and my family loves. What alot of pizza not really great pizza but a value for the $$. I remember when this chain first came out and it was the rave for a while, so many topping for such a cheap price, but the quality is not there but what can one expect for the price? I would buy a pizza from there if i wanted to cure my pizza fix for cheap but i would opt to buy pizza elsewhere if i could. Good pizza for the price. we fed 4 people (1 large, 1 medium, 1 big soda, 1 cinnamon sugar thing) for like $21. Our only complaint was the guy who took our order over the phone apparently did not understand the idea of calling ahead. we ordered the pizzas, then ordered the cinnamon sugar pizza thing and soda, he said "no just order that stuff when you get here". we thought wow that is odd whatever and went 15 min later to pick up our pizza, but when we asked for the Cinnamon thing.....that we tried to order on the phone........when we called ahead so it would be ready........"Ok sure that takes 8-10 minutes to cook, ill let you know when its ready".........Ugh. turned out to be a semi disappointing anyways, so next time we go back we will just get pizza. read more

So we ordered from this place tonight and we're promised that our two pizzas would be delivered at 6:10 at 6:25 the pizzas were delivered and we discovered after the pizza delivery person left that the one pizza that was supposed to have chicken on it had no chicken or meat at all so I called and the girl answered and I asked for the manager she told me there was no manager on duty she was in charge then she proceeded to tell me that she made my pizza herself and was positive that she put chicken on it. there was no chicken on the pizza I asked for a refund and I would like them to deliver The correct pizza to me or get a discount or anything she told me there was no discount I could not touch the pizza they delivered I had to hand it back to the delivery boy whenever they got around to making the other pizza now we're in about an hour she promised she call me back I got no call back when I called Back I asked for the manager's name she said she could not give it to me I asked for her name she would not give it to me. My husband was furious so he went down there brought the pizza himself she still would not give us a discount or refund Now remember I tipped him and we had to pay for a delivery charge but we drove our own car down there to make the order right.they hadn't even started making the pizza yet my husband stood there while she apologized because she realized she had in fact not put any chicken on our pizza as she stated and accuse me of being a liar. We finally got our pizza two hours later with no discount I would not recommend this place at all I am very upset by their lack of customer service skills it was so unprofessional And I still think I should get that pizza refunded and I would've liked to have talked to a manager. read more

Each time I order from Whata Lotta Pizza I always ask myself "Why don't I always order from here?" #seriously Anyway, I've never been overly difficult to please when it comes to pizza. I can enjoy pretty much any type of pizza, sort of. I grew up eating pizza. So you can say that I'm pretty much a pizza expert. I even worked at Pizza Hut during high school, so that solidifies my expertise on the matter. As such, take what I say with a grain of salt. THIS PLACE is Superb. The pizza is cheesy. The pepperoni is spicy but not enough to deter the most of mild-mannered people. The ingredients are fresh, very fresh. Mushrooms, onions, and those PINEAPPLES. YUM. So place the order already and have it delivered, or get off the couch and pick it up yourself. Don't focus too much on the appearance of the place...the pizza is what matters. Was not in the mood to get some of the regular chain pizza today so decided to find something cheap but decent quality. Found this online and was not expecting much but the pizza was actually good. Did not taste bland and had some good flavor for the quality. The hot wings weren't very good, tasted like they were frozen or microwaved but still sufficed my taste. Giving it three stars because the customer service was not extraordinary and it was not bad either. Since it is a small place I expected a more personal vibe but at least they were not rude to me. This place is a hidden gem, it's worth the review. I only give reviews to places that are realllly good, or horrible. It's tucked away and never really noticed it. Gave them a try since the prices were very good and man, this is some darn good pizza. Much better tasting then the large chain pizza places. Okay so this was AWESOME!! We are travelers and spent full day at the beach. We wanted something easy for dinner so we ordered pizza from here. So glad we did!! The ingredients are super fresh, the cheese is really good quality and seriously for the price, you CAN NOT get anything better anywhere else! The garlic cheesy sticks are awesome and I love that we were able to order a salad with our pizza and have it be as good as it was.
