We regularly get the Viet-syle or the Kai when we're up for the caffeine. The matcha and ube lattes are also excellent, but they have lots of things we haven't tried yet, too. It's always fun to visit. We recommend the freshly-made cookies and cakes, which never disappoint. Ube cookies, red velvet cookies, s'mores cookies are all so good. They're soft and a bit luxurious. Nobody else offers creative cookies like this. The cakes are wonderful (lately, the pistachio cakes have been our favorites). They do some great things out of this little coffee stand and they try new things all the time. The family who makes up Skai Coffee is amazing. They're hardworking and very kind. The owner, Roger, kindly offered to add spinach into the shake at no extra cost. He also gave me a sample of a new soft serve dessert and conversed with me for a bit. The shake was well balanced, not gritty from the protein, and a great thickness. The shop has a parking lot, and there are about 4 seats inside if you would like to hang there.
