Had a late night craving for a chicken honey butter biscuit. (The advertisement worked) Unfortunately my craving was misguided. The biscuit was hard and crunchy on the bottom. in addition to that the chicken only covered half of my biscuit. Well I guess at least the honey butter taste good. I can usually depend on Whataburger to give me great fast food eats. I guess tonight was an off night. However I do have to give it to the staff there they were quite entertaining. I have to say this is one of the worst Whataburgers I've ever been to. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant and not a high end 5 star restaurant, but some common courtesy is not too much to ask for right? The first time I came into this Whataburger they had music playing so loud in the background that the employee taking my order couldn't hear me, and instead of turning the music down she kept yelling louder through the intercom. I had to repeat my order 3 times until she finally got it correctly When I drove up to the window the employee said, sorry music is too loud I couldn't hear what you were saying. (I can hear that the music is coming from the phone that is sitting next to the register). As I said, understand that it is a fast food restaurant. & I don't care if they want to listen to music while they work, makes work more bearable. However, if there is a customer and you are not able to hear them because of the music being so loud (since it's right next to the register...) maybe... turn the music down? This second time around, they took SO LONG to get my order ready. I'm not sure if they just cooked everything fresh, but all I ordered were chicken tenders and fries. Which usually don't take as long as is took. I'll give it one more chance before I decide to not come here ever again. Who knows, maybe the third time is a charm? read more

I just landed in Dallas from out of state where there are currently no Whataburgers and now I know why. This places service is slower than the DMV. I am currently typing this out while I am in the line and it has been at least 45 minutes. I feel bad for whoever has to wait in line and I hope you quickly leave before getting stuck in this line. By far the worst whataburger I've ever been to and I'm not even exaggerating. I've been to many whataburger locations and this one seems to take its time getting the food ready for all the customers. During all my experiences, I've had to wait 45 to a whole hour just to get my order through the drive thru. The employees there obviously can't handle their duties and responsibilities. They can't handle the pressure and they should start to look somewhere else. Management is just as bad for letting this happen. Get your shit together. Straight up. read more

Usually when I get my food from here it's after midnight so when I wait in the drive through forever I chalk it up to not having enough workers. But I came here today at 4:47 pm it's currently 5:27 pm and I'm still in line. if you come to this location expect to wait close to an hour to get your food if you're the 8-10th car in the drive-thru. It makes no sense how long it takes them. When I get my food. My food is usually hot and good but idk why it takes them this long. read more

The line was backed up and I sat in the line for 23 minutes to be exact until I got to the window to pay. Ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger combo and they gave me a regular whataburger combo.. then i ordered a peaches and cream shake and there is orange slime looking stuff on the top and when i took the lid off, it was slimey looking. Lastly, ordered a large sweet tea and was given a dr pepper. Went back through the drive thru and they sounded like i was a bother. I will never come to this whataburger again. read more

Order a simple meal, nothing fancy. Dine-In. First nobody wouldn't take my order even though I was the only one in line. The manager apologize over and over and I said " ok cool, no big deal." Then it's been almost 20 minutes, still no food. It's not busy or anything, plus 2 more people that came in after me received their order. Come to find my order was never made so I had to wait additionally minutes. Poor customer service from the co-workers. The manager is a sweetheart tho. read more

The manager was nice but the employees were old racist white ladies who over charged me and I had to dispute the charge with my bank. They argued the price when on the menu it says one thing but they charged me something higher. read more

This is the nastiest Whataburger in the metroplex. Rude, slow, incompetent staff, dirty dining room, and a staff that just doesn't care. Their food has been pretty good in the past, when they get it right. We walked up at 8 min until 11:00 on a Friday night and the rude lady told us "we's closed!" First of all what Whataburger is not open 24 hrs and it was not 11:00 pm yet. You could have at least said, I'm sorry but we are closing early because we could care less about our customers. FAIL!! Friendly staff, cashier heard I was from NY and dapped me up. Suggested different sauces and gave us tips on the menu. Very clean atmosphere, no line, and they bring your food right to your table! Walking into the restaurant and seeing that familiar menu brings back great memories of Texas. I ordered a #1 meal, single burger loaded with fries and a drink. It was served quickly and hot.
