I haven't been to Whataburger in 8 years. I used to eat there a lot, and really loved it, but went back and wasn't impressed at all. I never review fast food places but I felt a need to tonight. I used to drunkenly get whataburger once a week when I was younger and I always got a honey bbq chicken strip toaster sandwich. Tonight my girlfriend and I were hungry and it was late (past 1am) so I insisted on whataburger. My sandwich came on a hamburger bun instead of Texas toast. I decided to call to see what was up. Not only did the employee answer at 1:31 am, she checked and saw that my order was rung up under "bun" instead of "toast" and offered to give me a free sandwich. Food came out slow. Food was cold, too much mustard, burger tasted bad. Go to mooyah close by instead.

We visited this whataburger twice, and both times the staff were very generous and the food fresh and delicious! Would recommend!

One of my all time favorite fast food joints, this one is just as Texan as my number one location (Beaumont). It's tricky to get to the place, since all that exists is a small sign about three feet high. It's your standard Whataburger fare, with my recommendation being the junior BBQ Cheddar Burger with jalapeños. Always fresh and clean! read more

Went there for lunch and ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger, 2 bacon cheeseburgers, and a whataburger. First, we recieved the wrong change after he didn't count out the money. Which was fine because it wasn't a very big deal, but then, we had the wrong stickers for the burgers causing a lot of confusion. The sticker said bacon, but inside held a sweet and spicy burger. The same was for the bacon cheeseburger, it had the sweet and spicy sticker on the wrapper. Once that was sorted out, we began indulging in our meals. There was another problem. Even though we had asked for no mustard on all of the burgers and no onions on one of them, none of these requests were followed. We were highly disappointed. Don't be expecting speedy service; unless you have over half an hour to spare, don't go here. But damn do I love their burgers and fries, so I keep coming back. And everyone knows the best part of a trip to whataburger is the delicious fancy ketchup. The food is amazing if you get it fresh but just ok any time after that. If I could give this location zero stars I would. After siting for 25 minutes in line to put in an order in the drive through (4th car in line). The person taking the order keeps mixing up the order (#15 with a shake and #2 with a root beer) then gives me a total of $8something (obviously not right) so I said that's not right and repeat the order to the guy. He still apparently cant understand and quotes me the price for 1 meal. I tell him no its wrong and he tells me to pull up to the window. 15 minutes later im at the window and the woman at the window tells me the price (its the same price as before) and when i tell her its not right she tells me that you cant add to the order at the window but I'd come inside and put the order in there or go through the line again. I drove away at that point. With the amount of times that they have been messing up my orders over the last 2 months, I wont be going back. and if they do mess up your order and you go in to get it fixed expect to get a really bad attitude for your troubles. Since its obviously your fault that they cant even give you what is on the receipt. Something changed with this place 2 months ago and it is no longer worth the wait to go there anymore. read more

Hmm, whataburger is tough to describe. It's good, kinda. But then again, it kinda isn't. Honestly, I wouldn't normally recommend whataburger. I don't like fast food in general. But as far as burgers go, it beats out mcdonald's, burger king, etc... but that isn't saying very much at all. While a fast food burger will never win against a real meat patty, - you know the kind I mean, at least a half inch thick - whataburger is pretty good for what it is. The best part is the toasted bun, but it goes downhill from there. You can't actually taste the meat patty, and thats with no cheese. I never get a fast food burger with cheese, cause you won't taste it. But yeah thats about it. The fries are really really sub par. Like some of the worst fast food fries I've ever had. Also, the burgers are expensive, even for fast food. But now and then, its worth it. Whataburger is decent, but will never be a major part of my life. Still, I'd be a little sad if they shut down from sucking as bad as they do. Clean up your act, whataburger, and you may go far. read more

This is probably my least favorite burger place in Louisiana.Their burgers are some of the worst in the whole country.They don't give you any mustard or mayo and the burgers be dry as hell.And then to top it all off there facilities be way too dirty it's as if no one ever mops. read more
