First time ever eating at a Whataburger after recently moving to Texas. We ordered two doubles with cheese, onion rings and fries. Both burgers were COLD, DRY and barely had any mustard. Fries were cold too. Onion rings were the best things we ordered. They weren't hot but the warmest thing we got and were still crunchy. We parked and ate in the car so it's not like we drove a distance to eat at home. We ate in the parking lot! From the drive through window to the parking stall the food was already cold! What is even more disappointing was that during this crazy COVID-19 time where you can only get drive thru, this place was not busy at 4:00pm. We can only imagine the burgers and fries were definitely pre-made and just sitting there. Why not make them fresh? We ended up bringing the burgers home to our dogs, heated them up and the dogs seemed to enjoy them. The order taker and window cashier were both nice. Sadly we probably won't ever return to this location. We might give the chain another chance in the future but not anytime soon. read more

I will definitely not be going back. After hrs of debating on what I wanted to eat I finally decided on Whataburger after many failed places. I placed my order and headed to the restaurant. I made it, entered my curbside spot number, and started my wait. My estimated bring out passed and I started to wonder why I hadn't received my food when many employees were just standing around. My food was finally delivered and the only thing I notice is the fries. The person says my burger is at the bottom of the bag and I was honestly horrified! I paid $8.50 for a medium Double Meat Whataburger Jr. meal. I've ordered it before (when the older building was there) and it's been fine but this time no. Finally got order and we pulled up, ours was not ready and tried to give us cold coffee that had been sitting there. Asked why took so long...said people were getting food redone. Instead of asking to pull over and take food to them when ready and let us go thru, we had sit there and by then line had formed behind us. Then when opened food it was not right. Horrible - worst Whataburger we've ever been to. Stopped on a Wednesday morning at 645am. It took 15 minutes to get our food, and we were the only car in the drive thru. Pulled into a spot to eat, and there was no fork for biscuits and gravy. Had to get out and go inside. The gravy just had a sausage patty stuck on top of the gravy, wasn't cut up or mixed in. They were out of picante sauce. The taquito tortilla was so hard and cold, not edible. The eggs, potato and cheese were cold inside as well and tasted terrible. Very busy location. Good customer service. Food is good too. I'm giving it 2 stars because as a busy whataburger, there are only 1 men's and 1 women's restroom. It's packed and there is usually a line to use the restroom. Not cool when traveling with 3 kids who need to use the restroom. Cold food and such, But I have been super impressed with the service at this location lately! I've never given up on coming here, because they're double meat double cheese Whataburger's are fantastic typically. Even better are their seasonal fall hatch green chili burgers!! Every hatch green chili burger I've gotten there has been a phenomenal melt in your mouth experience! It just came back on the menu this year, and I got a junior hatch green chili burger, and I always add grilled onions, and keep the mayonnaise on it, and it was the best, juiciest, hot, delightful burger!!! This is my fourth time recently to order curbside by ordering online, and it's the best way to go if you want Your food hot and you don't have to deal with the typical long wait lines through the drive-through! read more

This might be the worst Whataburger I've ever been to. The only reason I'm giving it three stars instead of one or two is because it is Whataburger, which is an awesome, amazing, wonderful place. would love to say something good about this location but from the last few times I have not felt so. But it's the closes and only one in Bellmead Tx.I have been Patience and understanding after a number of mistakes over the last year but today was the last chance. Went in with the hopes of a great experience but feel short once again. I arrived at the counter not greeted with a smile or hello, but a frown. I asked for the pancakes and sausage with extra sausage and was mistaken for the meal, so I repeated my order and the cashier I believe to be part of management seem to have attitude instead of saying not problem sir, after going to my table to wait on my order I looked over my receipt and noticed an extra item had been added with out me requesting it, I proceeded to the counter and instead of the cashier saying no problem again she insisted it was my fault that I ordered the item even though I can not eat his item due to allergies and never requested it. I was given a refund for the over charged item, so I asked for a receipt because she had taken the original I handed here and she replied I have to put it in my drawer so I never got a receipt or even a sorry for the mix up, really feel that this location has fallen short on a number of times would have called the manager but was just ready to get out of there because of my experience and never return. I hope in the future they train the employees and management better in customer service since they are working in a customers service environment. But in all I am sorry to see the standards this location has adopted towards its customers over the years read more

This Whataburger used to be one of the best ones. Always consistent and always tasty. The last time I went, though... That was not the case. The drive-through person took our order wrong three times. So we pulled up to give it to them in person. They then asked us to write down our order, because they could not remember it (it was just two of us). Whataburger is my favorite fast food joint, but this location is awful. When. I walked in I was hit in the face with the smell of sewage. I'd been driving for 3 hours and it is late so I continued in. The service staff was rude. They have tons of chicken and fries under the heat lamp and seriously I mean an alarming amount of already cooked chicken. I chose a burger instead. It took 18 minutes for my food to arrive, and it wasn't good. I got some of the heat lamp fries. Sigh, another Whataburger location that has gone to the crapper. I have ordered a double cheeseburger. With meat and cheese. I ordered before a whole host of people, a legion of people. I don't understand what is so difficult about a double cheese burger. Even with 69 people back in the kitchen they still cannot make me my food. I saw 3 workers leave the building while there were at least 10 people without their food. This franchise is a disgrace to fast food. I have been sitting down for 45 minutes receiving zero particles of food. Even when I do get my food I will not be enjoying it. I have been waiting too long. The manager needs to control his restaurant and get his food together. There are many unhappy people, and because of human nature we will riot soon. There are workers around me acting like the restaurant is closing. I have not received my food. At the time of me writing this very sentence another worker has left the building.
