This was a really bad experience waiting in the drive-thru as long as I did. I was 3 cars behind the speaker you order at... the manager comes out to direct vehicles into both lanes to allow for space for other vehicles... I watched 9 different vehicles drive ahead of me to order!!! There is no coordination for the drive thru at this location whatsoever! It's disappointing to feel forgotten about when you spend so much money on good quality food but receive such horrible service. I order a grilled chicken. She types in "grilled cheese". I say "no, a grilled chicken". I wind up with a chicken melt. As I sit outside the drive-thru trying to get her attention, she looks at me and looks away, won't open the window, even after I knock. What the heck. The whole thing got me so distracted I forgot to use my app right away, and by the time I did ask, I was told it was too late. I wish there was another location close by so I could stop going to this one on Main. I have picked this restaurant chain as my #1 choice despite all of the other local and national competition. Ana Perez, alleged store manager at the above address, was beyond rude, condescending and impersonal with her service. If she would have invested more energy in listening to my order than her attitude, the order might have been right and not returned. I have been here over five times and have ordered the 3 pc chick strips mean with gravy. After the first 2 times I received cold gravy. So the last 3 times I have asked the person that takes my order and then again when I get to the window for warm gravy. All 3 times both have said yes we will get you warm gravy and all 3 times it came with cold gravy. Why is it so hard to give someone warm gravy when that's the way it's supposed to come. All I wanted was perfect breakfast taquitos at 3 a.m...what i got was eggs wrapped in a tortilla. The line wasn't bad at all so I was pretty excited. I ordered a potato taquito and a bacon one. FIRST OFF the bacon one literally just had one strip of bacon laid out inside of it and it was so chewy and gross. SECOND OFF the potato one had about two pieces of hash browns in it that was it. No amount of picante sauce or alcohol could have made this late night meal taste any better. read more

I don't normally like to complain about food service like this, but this location is the worst. Don't go here. Tonight I waited probably 25 minutes in the drive thru and all I wanted was a milkshake. I didn't wear any shoes and I had my dog with me, which is my own fault, hence why I was waiting in the drive-thru in the first place. It takes forever to place my order, and I'm informed that they don't have any milkshakes at the moment. Great. Maybe put up a sign or something? Milkshakes are a pretty big thing there. I just order a drink and a cinnamon roll instead. At the pick-up window, I have to tell FOUR different employees what my order was. Two items. It took another 10-15 minutes for them to get me my TWO items. Everyone was just walking around looking stupid and laughing and talking with each other. If you can't handle running a restaurant for 24 hours, then don't make it a 24 hour restaurant. Stay open normal hours and actually provide a good service to people. This place pissed me off tonight. I liked going because it was close to my house but I won't give them another cent after this. read more

Cashier kept my debit card. I didn't realize it until I pulled into grocery store parking lot much later in evening. I called this location around 10pm. The ghetto man who answered the phone asked me for my name and told me he would check on my card. I was not put on hold and could hear the kitchen staff BSing for about 3 minutes so I got into my vehicle and made the 5 minute drive to Whataburger, all the while listening to a ghetto conversation. I finally pulled into the parking lot, parked and walked in with my phone on speaker. I told ghetto fabulous that I have been on hold for around 10 minutes and I needed my debit card. He lied to me and told me he was busy then reluctantly walked into an office and returned without my debit card. I can't believe something as important as personal finances meant nothing to this ghetto manager. I left pissed and immediately canceled my debit card. Horrible customer service. It should be called WhataBADburger- we had a large order and when we got there, we found out they hadn't made our order at all because they thought it was a prank just because a teenager was the one on the phone ordering. They also messed up one of the orders and didn't give us any salad dressing at all, even though it was written on the receipt and we told to them in person what dressing we wanted when they asked. The management was rude and after all this we got no compensation for all their mistakes. read more
