If I could give it zero stars, I would! Worst excuse for a cheeseburger that I have ever had. Heard so many great things about this place. I'm from Los Angeles so when we came here for a baseball tournament, I took the family here. Worst mistake ever. Burgers where nasty and looked old. The buns that the burgers came in where old. They were actually cracking as we picked them up to eat (pics will show)and the meat looked old and had absolutely no flavor. The fries weren't freshly cooked and onion rings were soggy. How do you mess up onion rings!? The employees weren't friendly AT ALL! My kids were extremely disappointed with their food. We ordered 3 triple burgers, 2 single burgers and they all tasted the same, old and disgusting. What a waste of money. The little woman who came to ask if I wanted ketchup seemed unhappy to be there, and I believe she was the manager. She asks' as if she was annoyed for asking "you want ketchup?" I asked her for alot since we had a big order of fries and onion rings. When I got back to my hotel, there were 3. Freakin 3!!! Stay away from this place. We didn't even finish our food. It was that disgusting. We all took about 3 bites and trashed it. Had to go out and get a pizza. Thanks for disappointing my family whataburger. Never again. read more

Whataburger is always made fresh when you order it. It's a lot bigger burger than the other burger. Joints and I really think it is fresher

Just ordered a chicken sandwich and it had mold and was super old I'm not sure why they don't check there food quality, had to report it to corporate. workers going on break to get "high" and working high is very unprofessional and unsanitary. read more

Sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes!! ...watched several cars behind me leave because of the lengthly wait time. I could see how incredibly slow each employee was walking around once i get up to the drive through window. Took another 3 minutes just for them to take my payment. After i got the order and drove to the parking lot i double checked the order and naturally they screwed that up. So parked...went inside and the gal behind the counter threw the entire order away and started it all over...so i waited another at least 5 minutes for THAT order to be ready! On top of it all i could think of was the homeless people and starving children who could have had that food she threw away Worst whataburger i have ever been to! read more

My friends and I drove here from San Diego, CA for a concert, and two of them had never had Whataburger before and we wanted them to try it. Everyone ordered, before me, I ordered last. I asked the person at the register if they offered a military or veteran discount and he said yes we do. He then called over someone else who I assume was the manager, who punched in a code for a discount. We sat down and ate, everything was great, but afterwards I realized that I was still hungry so I decided to order another burger to go. This time, a different person came to the counter to take my order. Once I finished ordering I showed my military ID and once again requested the military discount. The woman looked at me with a disgusted face and said "we don't do military discount." I immediately showed her my previous receipt and said "I just ordered a few minutes ago, and that guy *pointing him out* gave me a discount." She then said "psssht, well then he messed up, we don't do discounts here." I then said "are you serious? It's right here on my receipt." She then said "oh well.......no discount!" I said "then cancel my order." She was very rude to me, and even if there was some sort of mixup, she handled it very poorly IMO. I've loved Whataburger for years, but I will make sure to NEVER go to this location ever again. I always love going to whataburger but now that I moved over here about 2 years ago this is the closest one to me. I don't know if there super short staffed or what but they always have 30 minute wait times I get that but then it becomes no different than going to McDonald's lmao. Service is horrible there's always something wrong here. I just ordered through DoorDash and only received drinks. long story short my doordasher took my food. DoorDash reordered for me and Whataburger would not remake my order because he came and picked it up. it's been 2hours and I still did not receive that order. regardless if DoorDash paid for it the second time they will still not remake the order. Don't come here if u have an hr lunch. You'll spend 30 mins just waiting in drive thru to get your food. Go else where. I alway try and give it another chance but never fails...always so backed up. So... Green Chili burger means only 0.25 oz of green chilies on half of the burger? This is the first time I get such a sad looking burger from this location. Fries were cold and the bread was at room temperature. I looked for my receipt to see the price of the burger but I never got a receipt. I will give this location one more try sometime in the next week or so but if the quality of the food is still this poor, most likely I would stop going there. Customer service was great. read more

This place is one of the cleanest Whataburger's I have been into in the valley. The food is always fresh and made to order as you would expect. Not a great neighborhood so lock your car but otherwise I recommend this joint whole heartedly. read more

The staff was very friendly and approachable at this location. We decided to eat inside and they brought over our order to our table when it was ready. Great service! The original Whataburger and Patty Melt are my favorite. When I treat myself, I order the strawberry shake. I'd recommend the shake over the malt because the latter is a lot sweeter. You can add Jalepenos for 50 cents to Whataburger which is the same as their #4 (Jalepeno and Cheese Whataburger) without the cheese. This is my usual order because it's slightly cheaper and healthier (as healthy as fast food can be) without cheese. read more

So, I was willing to try it again. I ordered online for curbside service. I waited for over a half hour and finally got out of my car and was going to go in and get the order. No such luck. The doors were locked and no one was interested in helping me. There was a line of cars in the drive-thru about 15 long. I got frustrated by such an unreasonable wait and called the help line and lodged a complaint, canceled my order and requested a refund. On the plus side, the help line was actually helpful. I went down the road to a Jack in The Box. Better burgers there anyway. Whataburger is highly overrated and certainly isn't worth a half hour wait. I will not go there again. read more

Shoutout to Eric S! His customer service is suitable for more than a fast-food joint but a fine-dining establishment. I had to try this before leaving AZ since it's considered the In n Out or the south. We ordered a patty melt and sweet chili bacon burger. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, only to receive cold fries, and a burger that was cold soggy in some places and rock hard on others. I've never had a bad experience with whataburger before. The guy in the drive thru was super friendly (Cameron) and the food was good. The only negative thing was they forgot my friend's fries.

Bitchy cashier . She mistakenly gave us the wrong drink and we told her we were fine with it and her response was " I need that coke back" but it wasn't in an apology form not once did she even apologize for giving us the wrong order but when we tried to accommodate her mistake we were given attitude in response. She didn't smile and made us feel very rushed and in my opinion did not provided the customer service expected when in the drive thru. Our experience was not worth waiting 15 min in the drive thru for. Her name was unique and hard to spell so I don't have it, and it wasn't on the receipt. I work for Doordash and I understand that drive thru and front counter orders are their priority but I had been waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for 1 burger and it seemed like they hadn't started working on it until I asked about it the second time. I've worked in the fast food industry before and I understand how slammed it gets but when there's about 2 cars in the drive thru and I'm the only person with an order in the lobby, it shows a lack of care of anything but their own personal preference. If you're looking to order from Whataburger, I strongly recommend another location, hence the 2.5 star rating. read more

I'm realizing that this may be a waste of time and not worth it but someone needs to know. They forgot my spicy chicken and chicken taco and drove home to find out. I'm a mile away so I drove back, which ended up being a waste of time because they knew they forgot it when I walked back in. They gave me what they forgot and the spicy chicken was so dry I actually coughed when trying to swallow. The lady said they made it fresh which was laughable and the chicken taco's chicken was chewy and undercooked. They didn't even at least fill me up on our order of $31 because the food was so bad. read more

Stopped here on our way home. As we walked in, I noted the dining here to have quite a few patrons enjoying their food. The cashier was waiting to get her cash drawer, but she made the mistake of not acknowledging the customer standing in front of her. The manager brought the drawer and he also failed to acknowledge us standing there- he could have said something like "I appreciate your patience- sorry to keep you waiting" or "we'll be right with you, thank you for waiting". Something but nothing was said. My turn to order and I notice the cashier looking toward the drive through every 20 seconds- we ordered a double meat whataburger meal- plain with only pickles & cheese, 1- regular whataburger no mustard- sub mayo and no tomatoes, & a whataburger Jr. Meal with only bacon, grilled onions, green chile and easy mayo, both buns triple toasted and a side of chicken gravy. The wait for the food was minimum, our food was hot and prepared as ordered with the exception of the triple toasted buns- they only did the top bun and not the bottom. Since I have a hard time swallowing soft bread, it matters. Putting that aside, my jr. Burger was delicious, great amount of bacon and the green chile was spicy. The chicken gravy was a bit watery and not as flavorful as I've had before. The inside dining area was clean and not too cold. The bathroom was small but clean. The outside parking lot was clean. Overall good experience- they were polite, not a long wait for food and for the most part, my order was almost perfect; they just need to work on some customer service skills. read more

While the burger I had (Whataburger Jr.) was just OK, I enjoyed the onion rings and malt here. The onion rings were made with whole slices of onion, rather than that nasty onion paste that other fast food places like Burger King use now. I had a chocolate malt, which tasted a bit like a Whopper candy. The burger was a little smashed when it came to me, and was lukewarm. The meat tasted meh, and the bun was a little soggy on the bottom. There was a thin, wilted piece of lettuce in it. But hey, it's fast food, and I only paid $3 for it, what do I expect? Service was fast and friendly. Our food and drinks were served in no time. I'll give Whataburger another shot, but for now, their burgers play second fiddle to their sides and drinks. read more

I am originally for Texas, so having some "home cooked" food every now and then is always nice! What surprises me is that in the time I have been in the Valley, Whataburger never seems to be packed that can be a pro and con I suppose. Anyways, stopped by this location to grab breakfast for the family. I placed my order, but had to repeat almost everything because of the speaker going in out. When I pull up and pay I realize that part of my order was missing from the receipt but the lady who had taken my order had already walked away. After waiving someone down, I inform them my order wasn't correct and had my card to pay for the missing items. The lady said they would correct it at no charge which I found kind. I ordered the breakfast on a bun sandwich and pancakes. The sandwiches were ok, but I was more more thankfully for the large pancakes which made my 2 year old happy! It's fast food but their price on the small malt makes me come back. When you don't want or need something huge and too calorie laden, the small malt fills the bill at $2.39. The employees are always very nice, too. I've had the Chicken tenders and the burger, both were okay but not wonderful, to-die-for, can't-wait to-come-back good. Just okay.
