I like whataburger. This location has trouble getting my orders right. Once again I didn't get cheese on my burger after asking for it.

I'm not from California OR Texas, I don't have a dog in this race. But this needs to be said: something being from Texas does not immediately make it good. Whataburger is a normal burger joint at best, and sub-par at worst as in the case of this location. Their ingredients are uninspiring and tend toward the refrigerated/canned/bleh side of things, and the patties are bland and occasionally gross. About the only thing here I haven't been offended by at one point or another is the damned ketchup. Not that I haven't gotten a good burger here: it happens. But since I moved to an area with more options (and In-N-Out and others are within reach) why risk wasting my money? read more

Good but, please stop premakimg french fries. It's easy to tell that they have been made then sitting under heat lamp. They become inedible when they do this here. This place is the most courteous service Whataburger I have ever been to. It is also the best in terms of quality. The Maillard reaction is spot on each visit. I've used the drive through and inside. Both are expedient. Whenever I compare another Whataburger, I use this one as the bar. Drive through order taker was always courteous on every visit. I try not to visit often for my belt's sake. Love their onion rings. A1 burger was excellent, albeit a bit salty. Prepare to drink lots while downing the meal. read more

They habitually forget to give you everything you paid for in the drive through. It happens most of the time. You shouldn't have to check your order to make sure they got it right but you need to. This morning it was $7 worth of cinnamon rolls they shorted me. I think I'm done with them. read more

I normally don't have good experiences at Whataburger but I had an excellent customer service experience. Victoria was my cashier and she answered any questions I had about the menu. She took the time to treat us like a full-service restaurant when we received our food. Making sure that our drinks were full and the food we received was in tip-top shape. The breakfast is the best part - we always find ourselves coming back to the Murphy location because the staff is so friendly. We love Dennis, the GM - he always makes sure we are taken care of. They spend 2 minutes talking about the "whataburger app" then they spend addition time trying to "upsell" you to get you to by additional things from the menu. I've been to this whataburger a couple times, the first time I went there was a while back. we ordered food, sat down, it took almost 40 minutes for the food to come, afterwards the clerk was just rude and boring, barely interacted with any customer. the manager was the same. a person came in, ordered something and got water as a drink, he then sat to the table next to us, he got a soda instead of the water, which is honestly not that big a deal, but the manager came out, scolded him in front of everyone and told him to pay for the soda, all the while screaming at him. this store is just harsh, their service isn't even average, food is good that's why I go there, but honestly for that price you could get better food at almost any other store. go to Chick-fil-A they are awesome. read more

My NEW pet peeve, restaurants that have the terminals for NFC transactions but block Apple Pay. So until Management corrects this failure, I cannot recommend them. I go here all the time! Every time I go, I order one more burger than the time before. I always eat all of it! If you like jalapeños and mustard, ask for the jalapeños and mustard! It's weird when you want something plain. You have to ask for it plain and dry. If you don't ask for it dry, you get sauce. Sauce is great though! Five stars! read more

I have been to this Whataburger several times and have had good experiences. That is until tonight. I went through the drive through and ordered a $7 meal and paid with a $20 bill. Shortly after leaving the drive through I realized I never received my change. I walked back in and told them my situation. They spent 15 minutes counting the drawer and said it came back normal. I ordered several items including a Whataburger plain and dry no cheese total order for 2 adults and 3 children came to $31. They failed to put the apple slices I ordered in the bag & corrected it after I called them on it. When we opened the food at home, the plain & dry Whataburger was a Whataburger with cheese. The reason we placed the order was because our grandson is allergic to dairy. If he hadn't caught it before biting into it, we would have been on our way to the emergency room!
