Just flew back to my hometown of Pearland from California. Decided to take my wife to Whatabureger. Went through the drive thru, saw them drop a large drink on the door of the car in front of me. Then after waiting in the drive thru line. The gave us our bag. It was missing our order of onion rings. The fries were cold, my whataburger with bacon I ordered was cold as well. The cheese was not even melted on the burger. Complete disappointment. The staff looked in complete disarray. I'll take in-n-out any time of Whataburger and that's not easy to say growing up on Whataburger. read more

Would be much better if when ordering, you get what you ask for. Simply ordered a large drink. Costly at $2.50. Asked for extra ice, told them to fill the cup all the way with ice then add the drink. The ice needs to last me all day. Got the drink to my final destination 5 minutes later and it had less than half a cup of ice. Sounds like a small problem and it is, but that isn't what I ordered and its not the first time its happened, which is why I told them specifically what I wanted. Just listen to the folks ordering and maybe your customers would be happier. I won't be back- costs too much not to get what I ordered. read more

Love this Whataburger mainly because it is down the street from me. They do make mistakes more than usual however are very prompt to fix the mistake no questions asked. Very nice management (forgot her name) but staff looks worn out most of the time, smiles are not a norm here from them. So early in the wee morning I ordered my Sweet AND Spicy Bacon burger it was fantastic, of course I whatasized and fries were old and onion rings were over cocked. Dr. Pepper of course was on point. I just went and did not receive one of my fries when I was clearly charged for the whole meal. I ordered three meals and asked for ketchup when I got home I realized they had only given me 2 packs of ketchup for 3 meals. They had us pull over and gave the people in front of us our food and then handed it to us without us knowing if the people in front of us had touched our food. Very disappointed! read more

One of my favorite locations to visit. Service is always friendly and lines move fairly quick depending on what time of day you come. I've never been inside, so I don't know about how clean the inside or the restrooms are. But the food is always hot and freshly made. read more

This particular Whataburger has been the best location in the entire Houston area for the several years that we've lived about a half mile from it. The place used to be a lot cleaner, seems the newer staff is lax and spends more time chatting (often loudly and inappropriately) than keeping up with wiping down the tables and sweeping after the lunch/dinner rush. Some days, we can't find more than one or two clean tabletops. The patty melt is my family's favorite, though the kids order without the onions. The avocado can be added but it's pretty hit or miss as far as quality. Sometimes it's big firm slices, sometimes it's barely there mush so I skip the extra expense. This location is smaller than others I've been to, but is still loved by many locals. Summertime Tuesday lunch at 1:30pm was an ordeal, as the dining room was packed and there was hardly room for new diners to sit. Late-night munchies at 11pm, and you'll be stuck at the drive-thru line for a while, as the line moves incredibly slow (maybe the rush of people wanting the breakfast foods served 11pm-11am?). 8 out of 10 times this place is brutal! If you see that the line reaches the street consider going elsewhere...by the time they take your order at the street and you wait 20+ mins. to get your food that's been sitting and waiting, I guarantee that your food will be cold and soggy...their fries aren't great but they totally suck cold. Love the VIP treatment, lol as if you havent waited long enough you get to pull forward and hope to god you get your order correct...you're never even given a receipt either to justify your order when its incorrect. This place needs to figure it out and do better...during my stay in line I counted 7 employees inside at the front counter alone, I cant imagine they are under staffed but who knows. This is becoming a main place to go at the end of a long night out. We have gone here a few times now. They made a fairly large mistake on our order, but the night manager more than made it right when we returned. This is the only Whataburger location that I have ever been to, so I cannot compare it to much. I wish the drive through employees were a little more friendly. I Love Whataburger. This location is perhaps the weakest i have had. Buns always pushed flat. Like they are deliberately pressing them flat. No they dont know me! Burgers just not up to whataburger par! Tried me kids burger when he wouldnt eat it. Salty as hell with a thick layer of mustard. Driving out of town to San Antonio a few weekends ago and eating at a small town Whataburger made me realize just how good they can be and why people love them.
