Beautiful baked Goods, all house made. Bakers are there 6 days a week baking their delicious goodies! And delicious everything is... the Lemon bars are very lemony... they could be a tad more tart, but they were delicious and not overly sweet. I will be back to try more

Absolutely the best buttercream frosting I have ever tasted. I have driven by this bakery for years and was always tempted to pop in. Today I did and boy am I glad. Great service and friendly staff. The buttercream is perfection, the cupcake itself was a little dry but has amazing flavor so I can imagine a freshly baked cake or cupcake is probably amazing. I will definitely be back.

The other day after a day long work retreat I took the day off. So we stopped at wheatberry which was practically right next door. They had a wide variety off options and the bonus was that they were reasonably priced. I ended up getting a vegan cupcake which was pretty good. The cupcake was flavorful but the inside was a bit dense imo. The two things that kept them away from 5-stars would definitely be the ambiance of the bakery itself and customer service. With this being my first time inside of the establishment I would have liked more engagement and support with finding something. When I asked questions they were met with short simple responses which wasn't all that helpful. I would still be willing to give them a second chance if I am looking for a sweat treat!

Amazing cupcakes! The right balance of rich and fluffy frosting. So many "must try" varieties! Definitely a gem in the village of Snyder.

    Can't wait til they open!

First update of 2021. I came here a few times during Covid. Happily they have been open the whole time and so remain employed. And supplying us with our bakery needs. Ive has a seasonal scone - Concord grape - a few times and encourage you to try it too. It'll be back next year. Meanwhile the soups they offer remain terrific and its perfect soup weather!

In the spirit of the Buffalo Bills, I decided to wake up earlier for Zubaz bread. A win, second person in line, supported local and walk away with 2 (1) lb loafs. Everyone was properly social distancing outside waiting for the bakery to open. Seeing the post online and the news; had to jump on the Bills band wagon.

Assorted cupcakes are just as good as they look.

I waited for what felt like an eternity till this bakery opened and when it did open I found a young hard working couple who owned and baked and ran the business. They have baked consistently delicious food from the day they opened. Added new items and haven't made any of the things you love , like the giant chocolate chip cookies ( the size of your face) any smaller! They make the most delicious and beautiful cut out cookies , which aren't usually anything that I have a craving for, in regular and vegan, both of which are amazing enough to cause cravings. And the same is true for the cupcakes. There are red velvet and carrot cake , funfetti and salted caramel ,oh and chocolate peanut butter to name only a few. Don't forget mini cakes and wedding cakes. There is fresh baked bread including challah and ciabatta and focaccia. There are so many kinds of cookies to pick from and cream puffs , chocolates snails and cinnamon rolls. It's so hard to pick that I generally come home with enough sweets for all the neighbors. But you can't go wrong, you're making you're neighbors happy you're making yourself happy and you're supporting a wonderful local hardworking couple.

You gotta stop here! Charming small bakery and locally owned. Vegan cupcakes- wow! Never heard of that but they have them. Daughter got an eggnog muffin. Delicious!! Good choice for the holiday season. Crumbly texture she said. I'm sure I'll order a special occasion cake from them when the time comes.

Straight up - I came here for the cream puff. I kept seeing it in my Yelp searches and it looked so massive and delicious, I had to find out for myself if it was as good as it looks. I'm here to tell you - it's all that and more. Chilled, filled to the brim with tasty cream, it comes pouring out the sides when you take your first bite. Beware: you will get messy. Especially if you are eating this in your car cause you can't wait the 7 minute drive home. The cookies are also bigger than my son's head and he really enjoyed his sugar cookie flavor. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm looking to treat myself!

Lots of beautiful baked goods. Great and friendly service. Great fresh bread. Fun to go here on a weekend morning and find some lovely treats. Grab a cup of coffee. Have some fresh bread for the rest of your week. How does such a small shop make so many baked goods!? We enjoyed the Apple cheddar croissant which was really nice warmed up a few seconds in the microwave. We also really liked the raisin and walnut bread toasted with some jelly and butter. They're happy to slice the bread in their machine for you. The peanut butter chocolate cupcake was good, I'm pretty sure ganache I should have been added though

Yup this bakery deserves 5 stars instead of 4! I just love the variety of different cupcakes they have in stock . Always so moist and not overly sweet. I tried a cannoli this past weekend and that was scrumptious too! Most reasonably priced bakery in town.

BOOZY CUPCAKES. Sounded interesting to me! Pop-up at the Broadway Market, box of 6 for $28. Iirc,…read morethey are $5/ each. They had six flavors: sangria - fruity, wine; honey whiskey - topped with a Biscoff; piña colada - not pictured because I skipped that one; mojito - lime and rum; black forest - chocolate cupcake with boozy cherry; peanut butter whiskey - also a chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting. Presentation and toppings were all really lovely and looked delicious. Super creative concept all around. Most of the cupcakes were yellow or white cake, the rum, whiskey, and wine were noticeable but not strong. So you knew they were there, but not overwhelmed. Some people might actually want them to be stronger! The flavors in general were subtle but clear. The frostings were all pretty light and pleasant, which is nice. I know there's a lot of people who really like dense buttercream and cream cheese frostings and for whom cupcakes are a frosting delivery vehicle. These are not those. Plenty of rich and delicious frosting for the cupcake but not too much. The cupcakes are not following the super sized trend; they're a nice cupcake sized cupcake. This makes it easy to rationalize eating two at a time because, um, you wanted to compare flavors. Yep, that's totally why. I liked all the flavors I tried, but was surprised that my favorite was the chocolate peanut butter and my second favorite was the mojito. Only comments would be there's some variability as to the moistness or dryness of the cake part, and the filled ones could use more filling. The people at the pop-up (I forgot to ask if they were the bakers/ owners) are really nice and happy to answer any questions or customize an order. As you can tell by my substituting an extra black forest for the piña colada. They'll be back at the Broadway Market for Dyngus Day!

Getting in/out is still tricky as it's on Niagara Falls Blvd., but you just need to be patient and you'll get where you want to go. Per usual, inside was bright, warm and clean. Taking advantage of their great rewards program, I had a buy one, get one free Bundlet offer and it lined up with a weekend I could take advantage. I ordered a Red Velvet Bundlet, a favorite of mine for years now. The other Bundlet being the February 2026 limited-time flavor, Banana Pudding Cake Made with NILLA Wafers - Banana cake baked with real banana puree, generously topped with Nothing Bundt Cake's signature cream cheese along with vanilla pudding (a nice burst of vanilla pudding stuffed inside the core as well!) and topped with a NILLA wafer. This was REALLY GOOD! The banana cake was excellent - Not too sweet and the banana flavor itself was balanced, not too strong. I loved the vanilla pudding on top and at the center, although I would've loved more pudding in the center, I was happy with what I saw. As usual, the bundt cake was incredibly moist and easy to dig into and the Bundlet is the perfect size for one. At the Amherst, NY bakery, as of 02/2026, Bundlets were priced at $6, but the limited-time flavor was $7, not a problem though, at least for me. I don't make it to Nothing Bundt Cakes often and have missed some great limited-time flavors, so I'm glad I made it out to get the Banana Pudding Cake made with NILLA Wafers! Friendly customer service and great treats, no matter which bakery I choose to go to throughout Buffalo!
