She was so worried that it was going to be expensive and she wouldn't be able to get it fixed right away. When I called I spoke with Larry and he was incredibly nice. He informed me that they do not charge for a tire patching service. I relayed this information to my mom crossing my fingers that when she arrived she wouldn't receive a different answer (like most places) and Larry took care of her for FREE just as he said. My mom said that Larry and Tyler were incredibly helpful and very polite and friendly. Larry GREATLY assisted my mom by notifying her about another tire that was very low tread and also FOR FREE moved the low tread tire to the back of her car "in case anything happens before she can replace it". They gave me a few choices of tires, but non of their choices were inferior tires. I told them that their competitors offered me another brand for cheaper. They told me that they had never heard of the brand, and that it was a cheap brand...etc. They put on quality tires, ran some tests, and did a very exact alignment. I got a printout of the results. We are so happy with the quality of our new times and the work they did. Remember, it is the truth that matters when your life depends on your tires.
