Consistently poor customer service. We buy wheel sets from Wheel Plus for our retail customers, but they refuse to provide even basic post-sale support. If you need a single replacement wheel, you're out of luck--they force you to buy an entire new set. They also don't carry replacement center caps. When you try to call them to sort out an issue, they give you grief and will literally hang up the phone on you. This has happened to us several times now. Buyer beware. read more

Just purchased a set of rims from Wheel Plus USA and I'm satisfied with the product and service I received. They posted the set on Offer Up and reached out to Diego. He replied a few moments later asking for information on the car to make sure they would fit. He agreed to doing a fit test when I got there. A worker by the name of Mauricio did the fit test, took extra care not to scratch anything during the process. Only thing they weren't able to do was swap the new rims on the existing (fairly new) tires that were on my current rims. Other than that this was an exceptional transaction. read more

The guys at Wheel Plus are great at what they do. They know all different styles of fitment for all different types of vehicles. If you ever have questions about a certain wheel fitting your vehicle, call them; they will help. My experience, specifically, was with Diego. I ordered my wheels and found out that they have a physical location right around the corner from my house. So I called and talked to Diego about being able to pick up my wheels instead waiting for shipping. He was cool with it. He also informed me that the wheel I wanted was on back order and that meant my wheels could be delayed up to 2 months. He offered to cancel my order and help get a similar wheel for me, but I chose to wait because I really wanted the wheels I chose. When they finally came in he offered tire packages with installation. He offered a wide range of tires that went from very cost effective to super performance. We initially decided on a certain size, which was a standard tire size for the wheel I got and it was too big. I test drove the car and the fenders rubbed on almost every single bump. Diego was really cool and we looked up different sizes that would decrease the sidewall and pull in the tread. He let me switch out for the smaller tires, no questions asked. 10/10 would go back for future wheel purchasing. These guys are cool, laid back but get the job done. Wheels plus, accurately named because you will get wheels plus some messed up stuff as well. Turns out they are ok with mounting wheels with excessive weight to make up for defective tires. And once they ship those wheels to you my my you guessed it those wheel weights have come off and damaged your new wheel faces. Do they care no they surely do not as hey suggest going to a shop to have it rebalanced, and once you do so and find out the tires themselves are messed up and the technicians there are wondering why and how they even mounted the tire in the first place, you get a good idea of the wheel plus quality and standards. Never before have I had a more unprofessional experience over email and on the phone. Diego Ortega or ortiz a manager mind you, speaks over you while your trying to explain a problem and how it can feasibly be fixed. While not listening he repeats himself like a broken record showing that he hasn't actually acknowledged or understood the issue at hand. And to be put kindly they are about as friendly and knowledgeable about wheel setup and tire combos as a box of rocks. After ranting on about how terrible it was to buy wheels and tires from this place I can sum up my experience by saying don't ever in your life consider them to even look at your wheels or tires. read more

I called in Late Feb. I was informed the rim was difficult to receive. In which I understood. Was informed to call back in a week so the order COULD be placed. Called back again then was informed manufacture had a hold up of 2 to 3 weeks. Called back yesterday still no news , in fact was informed it could be 3 to 6 months . This morning received a call was informed they will NEVER order these type of rims. None the less offered to sell me 4 rims for $500. Had I known this information sooner I might have bought rims off them. To SURPRISE my husband. Due to their lack of communication from the beginning.
