I've come to WW on two occasions now and they've been great from beginning to start with the whole process. First time I worked back with Devin and was impressed by his knowledge of all different fitment combinations that would work. This last time I worked with Brett who took very good care of me as well as what fitment would and would not work. He had years of experience and clearly knew what he was doing. He was very informative and not pushy at all throughout the whole process and I was very appreciative of the experience I was provided in my visit. If you're looking for tires or new wheels, I definitely recommend paying them a visit.

This is a great team at Wheel Warehouse. The prices are good and they take great care of your vehicle. I'm a fairly new customer with them, two vehicles so far and more to come. It's nice to have a tire shop you can trust with vehicles you care about!

I've been coming here for years to buy wheels and tires for my mustangs and now currently my Jeep JK! They know what to put on your ride and will make it look even better than before. They offer alignments and a loaner rental, I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

Ordered a set of OEM wheels for a Lexus SC400 from them a week or so ago and they arrived yesterday. They looked even better in person than they did in the pictures - and their overall condition matched the written description perfectly. The packaging was super secure. And the price for the wheels was very fair. Would definitely recommend them to anyone - as well as use them again for another set of wheels! read more

Placed an order after speaking with William, was told they have the best prices on the wheels I was looking at. They have someone there that does nothing but shop other vendors. When I spent all of 2 minutes looking at another site by chance the following day. The same exact wheels I bought are $200 cheaper and no tax, literally a $350 savings. When I called and spoke to William about it. He pretty much said sorry, don't know what to say. Wasn't too happy. Originally this was a negative review. William did follow up with me, not sure if it was because of my review as he never mentioned it. Either way he did adjust the price to the lower price I found online. Thanks William, based off his follow up I would recommend Wheel Warehouse. I do still recommend shopping around and make sure you find the best price. Don't take someone's word for it... read more

It is a little known fact that Wheel Warehouse does buy certain "Take off" OEM wheels. Given that I had recently upgraded the wheels on my Infiniti, I decided to sell my stock wheels because they are considerably smaller than my new wheels and I can't think of a feasible reason to keep them. Gene and Mike helped me out and these two are just fantastic. Although my buy quote was perceptively low at the time it was given, Mike gave me a little while to try to sell the wheels on my own. Well, as it turns out, nobody wanted my wheels. And I mean nobody. My sell adds had over 500 views a piece and not one person even offered on the wheels. And so, I visited Mike and Gene on a Tuesday afternoon to sell my OEM wheels. The process was quick and simple. They inspected my wheels, ensured none were damaged, wrote me a check for the agreed upon amount and I was on my way! Thanks guys for being awesome. The next time I'm in the market for wheels or tires you can bet I'll be giving these guys a call. read more

I was getting my windows tinted on my 2016 Ford Explorer Sport at Audio Toys in Ladera Ranch. While I was checking out, I mentioned to the guy that new rims and tires were up next. He referred me over to Wheel Warehouse. I already narrowed down what I wanted and received a prior quote. Decided to give them a call and get a second bid. Spoke to a William who was attentive towards what I wanted going a size larger + matched up the price I was previously quoted. They bought my stock OEM rims at a good price, $50 less than what I was wanting, which I was cool with. Update 11/28/2020: After reading your reply to my review I've decided to change my rating back to 5 stars. These are challenging times we're in and I can definitely understand the need to protect your business. I've gone to your shop for years and I've always had a good experience there. I appreciate your response. The owner "helped" (?) me and told me he was getting sued by someone. Then treated me like I was the one suing him. It was a pretty unwelcoming experience. I did not have a good experience at all. While I was talking to the sales person he took about 3 calls and each lasted at least 5 minutes or more. I found it disrespectful as my time is very precious. What made it even more disappointing is that the other sales people were not on the phone at the time. Also what I saw in the back was very interesting. A lady in a van found the prices high and one of the technicians just kept pushing her into getting the service done. Typical case of women being taken advantage of? I will not be back and highly recommend other options read more

While driving, got a notice that my tire pressure was low. Pulled over to find that my stem valve broke. Found them on Google Maps and brought my car in fully expecting a wait or to be charged something. Not only did they take me right away, but didn't charge me anything! I walked into this place looking to buy new wheels and tires for my Camaro SS. I walked around for ten (10) minutes. There were 3 guys at computers and one guy behind a counter and desk. The guys at the computers were on the phone and the guy behind the desk was doing paperwork. NOT ONE OF THESE GUYS LOOKED AT ME TO LET ME KNOW THEY'D HELP ME WHEN THEY GOT OFF THE PHONE. THE GUY BEHIND THE DESK COULD NOT CARE LESS. I was ready to drop 4-5K for performance tires and new rims. I may go to America's Tires, I may have to wait but at least they greet you right away and say they'll be right with you. read more

HORRIBLE customer service!! FIRSTLY I was there a whole day waiting for custom wheels that were 2 weeks late. Then after they finally decided to pull my car in the back, it was ANOTHER 3 HOURS before they were done. ON TOP of losing my custom caps for the valve stems for air. Secondly I complained about a couple of issues and instead of LOOKING at the car on a lift, I was told "I think" or "I feel". This is NOT service. You guys are lazy and I hope your business closes. Oh my goodness I've been putting this review off for a long time I have a 2014 Dodge ram four-wheel-drive that I took in to have a leveling kit installed I'm driving home with my trailer The next week my brakes go out it was a very long drive home to say the least I took the truck in to cooks tire store on Lincoln and one of the brake lines was cut from installing the spacers and the leveling kit YET THEY SAID NOTHING!I went ahead and had cooks fix the brake line and here I am. We've all been down that road where do we take it back and trust them to fix I appreciate your kind response and I do believe that you would've tried to make this right but honestly after 30 years of doing business with mechanics it's just not worth the headache of the possible waste of time. The fact is this shouldn't have happened at all it was a huge setback for me driving back from Pizmo beach with my family. But again thank you for reaching out read more

Meet the Business Owner: Mike Y.

Mike is co-owner and GM. He is usually on premises and loves meeting all of our visitors. Chris is a former GM and now co-owner. He is usually found in the Service/Install department and oversees the takeoff business. Yes, that means we buy your existing products and always keep a good variety of the best nearly-new take-offs for sale in the shop. Rick, Brett, Devin, William, and Daniel have a combined 7+ decades in our sales department. Max and Ralph have been running Service for so long we can't remember operating without them. Christian and Jon are expert installation techs. Gene is our marketing guru and runs special projects including show cars. So you see? Disappointing results, poor communication, and a failed warranty…read more I want to start by saying I don't expect perfection. However, I do expect a repair to be comparable to other curb rash repairs I've had in the past. Because my wheel only had a mild case of rash, I decided to try a mobile service this time instead of my usual dedicated wheel shop. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. Communication was poor; our first appointment fell through entirely, despite me confirming the time and providing the location via Yelp. When he finally did show up, he tried to charge me more than the agreed-upon price and I had to show him our message history just to verify it. While he managed to get the job done, the actual repair work speaks for itself (see photos). As you can see in the "before" picture, the damage was minimal. In the "after" picture, the original rash was replaced with a rough patch that actually extended to the inner edge; an area that wasn't even damaged initially. Further down the rim, there was a visible dust nib and a glob of paint on a previously perfect section. When I immediately pointed out these flaws, the technician was very dismissive. However, he eventually scheduled me for a touch-up/repaint to address my complaints, but then completely ghosted me. To top it all off, the repair lacked any real durability; despite being promised a one-year warranty against chipping and bubbling, the paint chipped on its own just a few weeks later. I am unsatisfied with this service to say the least. If you want quality results that last, I highly recommend bypassing this mobile service and taking your business to a dedicated wheel repair shop.

Unfortunately, I curbed the wheels to my car. My car has chrome wheels, which are tough to fix. I contacted other shops and they either gave me really expensive quotes or they said that they don't have the expertise to fix them at all. Elevance is my savior because they were able to fix it for a reasonable price and did an excellent job. Alongside that, my husband also curbed the rims of his car a few times and they were also able to fix those as well! I'm hoping we don't curb anymore rims, but if we do, I definitely know I can rely on Elevance to fix them.

After being told the second wheel was shipped and asking for a tracking number several times, no wheel was shipped. I asked for a refund from them on March 23rd and was told a check would be mailed to me by Joanne via private message with eBay. The check never arrived and I called and spoke to Jasmine who stated they would Zelle me the money. I sent the Zelle info over and still have not received any refund.

I purchased a set of custom US Mag wheels from Gene Tjin at Wheel Warehouse. These wheels are custom made for each customer. There are several factors that are crucial to any and every wheel build, probably the most important one being offset and backspacing. These figures must be known to ensure that the wheels fit correctly. I'm learning this after the fact unfortunately. When I ordered the wheels I told Gene exactly what I was looking for and I sent him pictures. I explained that the wheels MUST tuck inside the fender as my truck is lowered and the body would rub/cut into tires if they stick out past the fender well. For this to happen, you must know what backspacing and offset you need. Gene however failed to even mention this so I'm not sure how the wheels were even made. Obviously it was just guessed at. There is no standard number, every vehicle and application is different.Unfortunately I didn't know this at the time I ordered my wheels. That is Genes job. He is the professional. He is suppose to ensure that all aspects of the build are gone over, just like a recipe there is a certain way to make the wheels fit like I requested. Since it was never discussed, of course two months later the wheels arrive at my door and guess what? The wheels stick out past the fender. This will not work on my truck so I just spent $4250 on wheels that I can't use!!!! After informing Gene that the wheels are wrong, he then tells me basically sorry bout your luck Jackie. He refuses to make the wheels right because it will cost him money. So basically because he failed to do his job I'm just stuck with a set of $4250 useless wheels. After much convincing he agrees to refund my money but not until I ship them back to him and he receives them. I'm just supposed to trust that he will pay. Even though he wouldn't trust that I would send them and go ahead and refund me. So he gets the wheels back and there are minor dings and scratches, all from normal use. Simply having them on the truck for a very short period of time. He also claims that 3 out of 4 are bent......, Yes bent! Because of this he now tells me that he can't refund my money. The bottom line here is none of this would have happened if he had done his job correctly to begin with. As it stands he has the wheels and my money. I'm beside myself that this is even a discussion but it speaks volumes about his character and the company's way of operating. Oh I forgot to mention that when I first spoke with Gene to order the tires he upcharged me over $1000 more than what the wheels were advertised for. They were too low he said.Unbelievable. please help me,this is wrong. Surely there is something that can be done. They need to make the wheels right or refund my money. That's the right thing to do. my experience for upgrading my 2013 camaro ss is as follows. I got there close to 7:30 am, Saturday. And already 5 customers were already walking around drinking coffee in the parking lot. WW opened up early just to hand out coffee, but not to 'officially open'. ( opened at 8am). Since i drove from the IE to OC, it was nice to go to the bathroom, and get something warm in me. I had been working with Rick Teeter earlier in the week, and had decided on the Vossen CF5 in graphite grey, and staggered offset combo. I picked Nitto NT05's at 275x30x20 in the front, and 315x30x20 in the rear. Once they finished, they parked the car, and we all took pictures! The camaro is dark blue, so it looks like a predator or something... I have to rate the entire staff an "A+". Not only for my car, but workers were constantly walking thru and updating various customers on the progress of their cars. At one time, there were 4 women there, 2 with small children. I was Impressed. My car looks and runs great. I am very happy, and I give a big Thumbs Up to the Camaro5.com forum for steering me in that direction...well worth the time, and drive down there. I gotta be truthful....I rate these guys an A+. :) read more

The Wheel Warehouse is the place to go to get your new rims and tires! William was great! I gave him a call to order some rims I saw online and other options for my Palisade. He was able to answer my questions and always got back to me in a timely manner. He was definitely an expert and knew what I was looking for. We finally found a set of wheels I liked. I was looking for new 22''s, he was patient with me and made me feel important. He ordered them and they arrived in 4 days. I spoke to him on a Friday and, to my surprise, we were set up to place the new wheels on my car a couple of hours later. I loved how this showed he respected my time. Once at the store, he showed me the wheels to make sure it was what I wanted. He was very helpful. He also wanted to try a couple of tires to make sure they fit. I was happy to have this test. We found the larger tire didn't quite fit as it rubbed the back guard a little bit. Because of this, we went a size smaller. The car came out great! Thank you William and Wheel Warehouse! Fantastic! And that's a hard comment to earn from me, I am a wheel/tire place's worst nightmare because I expect them to be as careful and meticulous as I am. I would rather go to the dentist to have cavities filled than experience the anxiety associated with someone monkeying my wheels on a mounting machine. Anyway, I found their set of take-off wheels/tires via the internet. Wheel Warehouse humbly described them as "gently used". I called and talked to them, and we came to an agreement on just the wheels knowing the tires would have to be dismounted. I hesitantly sent them a paypal payment for the wheels, cautiously trusting their description. That was late wednesday night, they arrived at my house saturday morning. They were packaged in really beefy, really cool boxes that were sure to protect them from the FedEx rumpus. When I opened the boxes, I beheld some like-new wheels. Beautiful! After spending a lot of time tying to find a wheel and tire combination for my 03 Corvette Z06 with out having any positive results, I contacted Wheel Warehouse and spoke with William. After discussing what i would like he advised me of the current inventory situation with Cray Wheels. He checked on product availability through out a wide arrangement of sizes and gave choices so i could find something that would work for me. His expert product knowledge was a huge help and I made a choice based on his recommendation. I must admit I wasn't too sure but since I had 11 year old tires on the car and was looking to "update" the look, I ordered on his suggestion. The result was a PERFECT choice. The tire and wheel combination made this 18 year old Vette with stock suspension feel like a new car. The wheel balance is perfect and no I dont drive it slow. I spoke with Michael and ordered 4 rims and a set of lock lugs on the Monday BEFORE Thanksgiving. I was told the rims would ship out in 3 days. 2 weeks later, no rims and no tracking information, but my credit card was charged. I call on December 12, to find out my rims were NOT even in stock in the warehouse, and NOT shipped. I asked and emailed for a full refund. On December 13, I get a call from Michael, with an apology, but the rims are now in stock and will ship out the next day, with estimated delivery December 19th. It's now December 23, NO rims or lock lugs. Tracking has showed "Pending" since 4am on December 19. No movement, and no estimated delivery date. Since a signature is required for delivery, IF they ever show up, I will be denying shipment and having the order returned in Wheel Warehouse. I ordered a full 30 days before Christmas for the rims to be delivered. I will now need to make alternative plans for my sons Christmas present, on Christmas Eve. read more

There is no organization better than Wheel Warehouse for tires, anything to do with wheels and alignment! I had a quote from a car dealership for an issue with my wheels (all four) plus a very minor hood adjustment for $3,125 and they would need the car for the entire day! Wheel Warehouse, Mike Yablanka took a look at what needed to be done, talked with his mechanic and came back with a much lower estimate and only needed to have the car for 4 hours to do the repairs and they would use Lexus parts. Well, lo and behold, the actual cost saved me over $1,800 and the work was done in 4 hours! NO ONE could ask for better, quicker or well-done service as Wheel Warehouse provides to anyone in the OC. They need a negative star rating. Soooo this guy Devin is the LAZIEST least knowledgeable person working in this industry that I've ever encountered. (I'm not a young man either so I've been to my fair share of wheel shops) So lurch, I mean Devin proceeds to tell me the camber in the rear affected my steering a diagnosis made with his EYES not putting it on the lift or even inspecting the issue. I have never been told something so IDIOTIC. Upon taking it to Salinas Tires in La Habra I was told I needed an alignment and guess what... they were right on the money. Dont buy a stick of gum from these ppl let alone wheels or have them service your car. Itll be a waste of time money and tou will be disappointed. read more

Two things. On June 11, 2016 Brett Peters was a tremendous help with my purchase of a set of TSW Nurburgrings on my CTS Coupe. That experience went perfectly, and Brett's suggestions for sizes and widths was just right. All was perfect for a little over two weeks when a family member had a little run in with a curb and ruined the left rear wheel. Brett wasn't in when I went back to have it replaced but Rick picked up the ball for me and bent over backward to not only replace the wheel to my satisfaction, but he worked with the owner of WW and even put in a call to TSW to lessen the pain of having to replace a brand new wheel. The team was professional, fast, and really took care of the car -- they even went the extra mile to remove an old, unsafe spare tire from my trunk. I don't ever write reviews - but these guys truly are honest, great people. I just had the front end of my 2013 GMC 2500 re-done, and a lift kit and new tires installed. My truck drives now better than new. This is the 5th truck they have done a for me and the prices are super fair and the work is first class. Wheel Warehouse tires prices are as good as Tire Rack or Americas Tire, but with Wheel Warehouse you get real, experienced expert advice, set up and suspension knowledge. On 2/13/25, I went to the Porsche dealership in Newport Beach. My tire on my new Cayenne had a nail in it. Porsche will not repair tires and only will replace them. I was recommended to Wheel Warehouse. I met with Brian. He immediately assisted me. In no time, the tire was fixed. Brian was incredibly professional. I went to this store to buy new rims/tires for one of my cars. One of the sales reps told me a price for a set of rims/tires I wanted. I went to get the money from the bank and when I came back another sales rep trying to charge me more than what the other sales rep that told me. They try to take advantage of people. Once I asked to talk to the manager, they said he wasn't available and nobody could give me a straight answer why they were changing the price on me. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone that needs wheels or tires. Called around and the prices here were better than every other shop. Got a flat tire a month after I bought 4 new tires (freak accident on the freeway) and Adam was able to help me out with replacing it within the same hour it popped.
