Instead of trying to sell me on some nicer rims for my Honda he mentioned they may have factory rims available from a previous customer they could install for a much cheaper rate. But before doing that he looked it up on pick a part for me and showed me what my options were. This is one of the few tire shops around that are genuinely there to help their customers. The tire pressure sensor had been going off on and on for our van during the cold weather, when we took it to get an oil change they said to think noting of it on account of the difference contracting/expanding air from the external temp. However, before long we finally noticed one of the tires was actually starting to get low. Put air in the tires, because that's what you do anyway...fast forward, we had to do that a few times and noticed the air got really low in 1 tire. Located a screw in the tread which was likely the culprit causing a slow leak when the air pressure wasn't exact and the guys at Wheel Warehouse fit us in on a moments notice, let us know that half our tire sensors had actually gone bad, replaced them and got us back out on the road super fast. Stumbled upon this place while thinking about swapping the wheels out on my new project car. I wanted Vader, yes thats his name to be different than his few select buddies that currently roam the streets here in Cali. Which is probally about 50. Huge selection here in all different sizes and prices. Some of the rims were over $1000 a piece, but well worth it. Most were much more affordable. I know, your thinking why would one spend $4000 on rims not including tires...But when you buy the car you want and you want to make it even better that extra $4000 is not going to matter. Still haven't picked out my new wheels. I need to play around with photoshop a little bit to find him the right look. Service was helpful. Area is comfortable. They have little work areas and have vending machines to help the wait. Located on Katella and Batavia in Orange. Highly recommended. Service was amazing. I ordered a set of upgrade rims for my new truck I had on order from the factory from Wheel Warehouse through eBay. I chose them due to the fact they had the style I wanted and were close to home for pick up. I coordinated the pick up through Mike. I showed up and quickly saw this was a class outfit. They have a modern, well-lit and methodically laid out show room. The waiting area and restrooms are clean, well maintained and comfortable. The staff was very professional and had my order pulled quickly. They brought the rims out to my truck and helped me load them up. It would still be several weeks until my new truck would be delivered. I told them once I took delivery of the new truck, I would return for installation and an appraisal for them to buy my existing OEM rims. Once I took delivery of my new truck, I contacted Mike for an appointment for installation and appraisal. He said there was no need for an appointment and to just come down and they would take care of me. He also got Chris on board who gave me a decent trade price for my OEM rims. I showed up around 10:30am and was done by just a little after noon. They took my truck right into the shop and got to work as went to grab some lunch. I spoke at length with Mike, and he was very gracious for my business. I also have to remark that he has an outstanding sense of humor. I like that! No coddling just great conversation with impeccable business sense. Some people are just so dry today and suck the fun out of everything, but not Mike. If you're reading this Mike, thank you! It was pleasure doing business with you. They quickly settled my bill with me when all was done and wrote me a separate check for my trade in rims. I came here with a flat and they looked at the tire for me, discovered the screw and told me to check with the place where I bought the tires, because the tire looked relatively new. They said that if I'd purchased a "Road Hazard Warranty" that the tire might be cheaper through the place where I originally purchased it. I went home, figuring I'd still need to come back, having not purchased the warranty. The next day, I called my old tire dealership and sure enough, my tire was still covered under a service plan I'd forgotten I'd purchased! Wheel Warehouse could've just sold me a new tire and I wouldn't have ever bothered to verify that I had this warranty, but because they maintain a business of integrity, they totally earn 5 stars in book.
