I had an Ok experience. I was there to purchase my first motorcycle which I chose one of their Ninja 500. The overall process took way longer than expected. I was told that the financing manager was in lunch so I had to waste an hour of my time just for him to finish his lunch. Also regarding their pricings, you won't get a penny discount. I mean, does the sales person at Wheels in Motion or his so-called sales manager that he keeps speaking of have any actual intention in selling any of their Ducati's for any discount whatsoever? I first stopped by three months ago to peep their Scrambler collection. When I finally saw one I liked, the sales associate stated that he'll go run some rumblers for me. I asked if he was going to give me a good deal, to which he responded, "absolutely!" He then returned with a price that included tax and freight and set up and registration but not a single dollar off the sticker. I asked why he hadn't attempted to go down at all, to which he responded, "if you're serious, let's go sit with my sale manager." Not very convincing, JC. Two hours later, I bought a brand new Scrambler, a Sport Pro, for less than the 800cc model at Wheels in Motion. A week ago, I was interested in the Ducati Monster. The same sales associate, who stated as I walked in, "Oh, that bike you wanted sold five minutes after you left." Okay, JC. He pulled out the Monster for me so I could sit on it. It doesn't seem like anyone is allowed in their Ducati section. I sat on it and looked at it and began contemplating. Then I began looking at other bikes just to make sure the Monster was what I wanted. JC asked, "you want me to keep this Monster out for you?" to which I responded, "yes, please." I walked around d for a few minutes as JC and another associate were talking about speed. When I returned to the Monster 60 or so seconds later, it was back in their roped off Ducati section with the rope back up. I looked at JC dumbfounded. I walked out, went straight to the dealership where I bought my Sport Pro and bought a Monster there at a hell of a discount. What a waste of time going to Wheels in Motion. Bought my first motorcycle here. They have a huge selection of bikes and the prices are a lot better than other places in the area. I did a lot of research and looking at prices at places like Tri-County motor sports and CalCoast motor sports in Ventura, and several other places and this place routinely had the best prices. They also communicate well when you're looking at the selection of bikes. I really also appreciated that the salesman suggested something that was a smaller bike than what I was looking at (and also less expensive) after suggesting I should not go with a Harley as my first bike. The reason I gave 4 stars is once I bought a bike, it needed some work prior to being able to take it, and was originally told it would be ready by a certain date. And this date kept getting pushed back and pushed back. It got to the point where I was wondering if the bike would ever get done. It wasn't until I spoke with the GM and threatened to cancel my purchase and get my money back until they hurried up and then even delivered it to my house. All in all, I would be a little wary if I was going to buy here again. But they do have a great selection. read more

By far the worst motorcycle purchase experience I ever had. My salesman cam was cool, I know nothing was his fault or in his control so I can't blame him. Also the black salesman was very friendly and super helpful. Everytime I made a motorcycle purchase, I felt wanted I felt welcome. This time I didn't get any free gear, not even a pair of gloves, t-shirt, hat nothing lol. I had to get on YouTube to actually figure out everything about the Hayabusa I purchased. Management wasn't friendly and guy in finance always had an attitude. The older white gentleman. If the Hayabusa didn't have the exhausted, heated grips, and everything modified to my desire I would have absolutely not purchase from these guys. Drove 2 hours just to sign paperwork, didn't offer to deliver bike, overall terrible experience. I didn't get a full tank of gas I was left with 20 miles to E lol. Management terrible, stay far away from these guys. Go where you are appreciated and wanted. This place isn't it. read more

WARNING Wheels in Motion service department commits fraud A while back I took my 2007 Yamaha R1 into service for severe engine troubles. They said it was needing a valve job and new cam chain and tensioner, spark plugs and other misc parts. When the bike was ready it was running the same as before. It was still running rough like it's on 3 cylinders and won't idle at all. I was charged $860.00 and the only thing they did was change the spark plugs, as we found out later they were the wrong ones. I took the same crappy running 2007 Yamaha R1 to another shop with a honest mechanic and the problem was 2 shattered valves. It was part of a problem early 2007 5th generation R1's seemed to get due to a misaligned valve guide that causes valves to wear then shatter. And unfortunately my R1 was born on 01/07 and suffered this problem. I had to purchased a new top end from a 2008 R1 and replaced all necessary parts from the honest shop and mechanic. And now she runs like new. But Wheels in Motion ripped me off $860.00 and I'm not happy about that and want to warn other riders about how their ripping customers off. I'll start by saying I have never bought a motorcycle before. Or a car. This was my first time at this dealership after having it been recommended to me by someone I used to work with. I would pass by it everyday to work but never stopped by. I had been to a dealer near my and to Bert's mega mall (hated that place) so thought I'd try out Wheels in Motion since they weren't too far and had a wide selection. In March I spoke with Hugo about an MT03. At the time I was not ready to buy, but he answered all of my questions and his information allowed me to get better prepared to buy. So this month I was finally ready to do it and I contacted Hugo again and he got me right in the next day. Pulled out the bike for me to sit on but also pulled out the z400 to compare it to. I should preface that I went to another dealer near me (I live in Santa Clarita) and sat on the z400 there as well. But I found that the bike I had originally had my heart set on, wasn't the bike I needed. I felt way more comfortable on the z4 and it wound up being the better buy as well. I told Hugo I had gone to another dealer about the z4 and he gave me an out the door price. Told me to call them and if they could beat it, they earned my business. But he was so right that they wouldn't. I called the other dealer (which was indeed closer to me) about the same bike and they quoted me a price that was almost 1100 more. Hugo went above and beyond to work with me on getting the best price and interest rate I could get. And didn't rush me or try to even "make a sale". He wanted me to make sure I was comfortable and excited making the purchase and allowed me to take my time making my decision. He walked me through everything and gave me information I didn't know I needed. If I had gone anywhere else I may not have bought that bike that day. But by the end of the transaction it felt like I was buying a bike from a friend rather than a salesman. Hugo is beyond nice, friendly, and just a great guy in general. One thing that goes a long way with me is honesty about where my money is going and there were no games, gimmicks, or attempts to add on fees or any other things. Everyone there is nice, friendly, and willing to help and answer any questions you have. I can't say enough how glad I am that I decided to not only stop by, but to buy from them. I brought my ninja H2 here to get the valve adjustment work get done because they are one of the only Kawasaki dealerships around me. I was a bit concerned because not that many dealerships or people have worked on a ninja H2. But after talking with the MECHANIC BLAIR who was going to work on the motorcycle, he seemed extremely knowledgeable, and knew exactly what he was doing. You could tell that he really loves motorcycles and he was really passionate about working on them . I was more than confident to let them work on it. The Dealership even helped me get a recall from Kawasaki as they backed me up due to a recall from Kawasaki causing damage to some other parts.
