had waited to try this place in rockwall and when i walked by the other day they had a picture of a reuben on a sign out front with a picture which drew me in. i grabbed their odd paperwork, filled it out, and told the guy i'll take the reuben that's on that sign out front. looked great. when they called my name i walked up to grab it and i kid you not this thing wasn't any bigger than 5 inches. very flat and visually laughable. i asked the lady if this was the child size as i just paid 8.50 for it and she tells me they only have one kind of bread for that sandwich and showed me the generic orowheat type bag. i felt bad for her because she knew it was a joke. anyway, it tasted ok but do not go here if you want your moneys worth or are hungry.. read more

Sunday lunch, Which Wich was full but not packed. If you don't know the concept, they have a wall of little brown paper bags with writing printed on them when you enter. You select your sandwich group's bad, then grab a red sharpie and mark off all the options you want on your 'wich. There's a separate little piece of paper to mark down cookies or milkshakes. Grab chips if you want 'em and head to the cashier. It was clear our cashier was new and perhaps still in training, as a more experienced employee stood nearby for the assist when necessary. It was maybe a little slow getting through the line but not too bad. They put the bag you marked up on a hook and slide it on down the line to be made. We sat outside and waited. When it seemed like it had been a little too long to make a sandwich, I went inside. They were calling my name as I walked up, but I had to wait another couple minutes to grab my boyfriend's sandwich. I ordered the egg salad, with lots of fixings, which was delicious. I got the large and was not able to finish it. I should have skipped the chips. I can't comment on his sandwich because I didn't try it, but I heard no complaints. We had ordered 2 peanut butter cookies but they heat them up and we wanted to pick them up after we finished our sandwiches. I went back to the cashier and let her know I wanted our cookies. I then asked if I was going to be put behind the 10 or so sandwiches up on the line. I was told no, but it took way too long to heat up my cookies. And then, they were pretty raw/doughy when I did get them. They were still delicious though. We'll be back once and a while when the mood strikes! read more

I had not eaten here in a while, and it seems like it has really gone downhill. The bread was good, but my tuna salad had zero flavor. I stop in on Sept 24 for a sandwich around 11:45. The guy who took my ticket was very sweet and look up my rewards account. That about the only good thing I can say. The service was awful. There was only one bag in front of mine when it was hung up. There was 4 preson was talking to a repair person. Which is good because it needs alot of repairs done. The cashier. And lady and one other guy. It took ten minutes before they even started working on the bags. She sent the other guy back to prep. Leaving herself alone which at that point there was 6 bags hanging up. It took over 20 mins to get my sandwich. I had no time to eat. Left. Ran into my office to grab stuff for a meeting. Most people only get 30 mins to a hour for lunch. I use to eat there alot last school year. I don't know what happen. read more

In the end, good flavor ( I got a corned beef), but I would order double meat so you could taste! Nothing says I could care less that people come to my establishment to eat food than dead roaches on the floor your lazy employees can't even clean up. And it would cost way less to buy a new soap dispenser in the bathroom than refill soap that constantly drips out. The bahn mi I ordered might as well have been made with cat food- so nasty. Worst experience on multiple times leading to this review. There is poor customer service. I asked for confirmation on my order and it was immediately taken as an insult for asking. When the cashier literally sais out loud "This is why I shouldn't be a cashier" in an angry tone towards her coworkers, it doesn't leave a good impression. Ordered Uber eats from here tonight and it was the worst sandwiches my wife and I have ever had. Bread was very undercooked. Ingredients were NOT fresh. We weren't even able to eat the sandwiches. I've only tried Which Wich once in Austin some years ago. Don't remember the sandwiches being very memorable but I thought I give it another try since I was in the area. I ordered a tuna and turkey/stuffing sandwiches for the BF and I. Though there was only 3 customers ahead of me, the food came out pretty slow. Very disappointed in the turkey/stuffing sandwich. There was no stuffing whatsoever and it was literally a salt bomb. I only ate half and had to throw the rest away. Though I request salt/pepper on my sandwich I didn't mean drown my sandwich in it. BF complained his tuna was pretty salty and he didn't request any salt/pepper like I did. Not worth the $20 with chips and a drink! read more

Great options for people with allergies! I have celiac's disease (allergic to gluten) and this location is so accommodating. The manager is very nice, and always offers to change her gloves, knives, and cutting board's every time I come in, so my food doesn't get cross contaminated. She also dug through the ingredients list of every sauce to help me find one that I can eat. My husband has no dietary restrictions, and his always has the same level of care. Most awful creepy experience.. Last night at 8:30 I went in to Which Wich to pick up my sandwich I had ordered online at 8:16, when I walked in the lights are off and there is a male customer who has his food and a male worker. I asked if they are open which on the door and website it says they are open til 9 and the worker responds "your in luck you ordered a minute before we closed" which would have been 8:17?? I said "The door and website says you are open til 9" the guy than says that his worker wanted to close early.. My sandwich is not made yet it has been 20 minutes and the other customer has left so it is just me and the worker makes the sandwich in the dark and midway through making the sandwich he goes and locks one of the doors and flips the sign to close and as a women i was freaking out a little bit when he finished i was on the phone with my brother incase something were to happen and i told the worker "next time you may want to keep the lights on because this looks really bad" and he freezes and says "are you on the phone with the police?" It was ridiculous I will never ever come back back to that place as long as that man is there. read more
