Though subs here are not bad, this is not my favorite place. It can get rather crowded during lunch and can take a bit longer than Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's. There is outdoor seating which is nice, but they need more room. Every time I come here I feel cramped and I am not a claustrophobic person. Its not like any other sub sandwich shop I have been to. When you walk into this place there is a menu that you choose your category of sandwich type you want... Sounds crazy? It kinda is : ). Its fun though! On your paper bag there is all kinds of ingredients to choose from! You check the box of what you want on the sandwich. Everything from Pesto, Spicy Mayo, Hot Sauce, Bacon, Lettuce, or anything you really can think of! Once you customize your sandwich with a provided sharpie; you give it to the person at the register and pay. They place the bag on a zip line and send it down to the sandwich maker! "Superior Sandwiches" This franchised Dallas deli brainchild of ex Genghis Grill CEO boasts an orderly ordering system, clean modern design and a variety of basic to intriguing (all tasty) sandwiches-- a refreshing divergence from the run-of-the-mill sandwich shops that have been popping up since Subway rose to national success. The Which Wich? interior theme is semi-industrial with lots of yellow and stainless steel. Numbered paper bags stamped with option-bubbles for bread (long white or wheat french roll, always toasted), meat, cheese and condiments ("works") choices are marked with red pens and taken to the counter where they are clipped onto a zipline and passed to the expert sandwich cooks. All sandwiches are $4.75 (except the wicked, which has all the meats available and extra cheese). Extra cheese, extra meat and pickle spears cost more. There are also separate cards for milkshakes and branded paper bags of thick, ridged salt-and-pepper potato chips as well as neatly packaged rectangles of brownies and rice krispy treats. The drink machine has Mello Yello, which is an advantage in my opinion. Some of the more interesting sandwiches are the Gyro, Montecristo (not deep-fried, but with grape jelly in it), perfect-for-brunch Eggs +, Reuben, Saladwich, and Hummus veggie. I love this place. Best sandwiches in Cool Springs. Everyone can find something they love here. Even my super picky seven year old son. I adore all of the different turkey sandwiches. There are so many options and you get to write it all down on a cool paper bag. I love getting exactly what I want to eat. I haven't seen a bad looking sandwich. They have this great crushed ice at the soda fountain. Makes the coke taste better in my opinion. I've been going to Which Wich for a while now and I love it! They have messed up a couple of my orders but fix it right away. Joe is awesome, he refunded my money and wrote me down for a free sandwich when my order was messed up. If you're a vegetarian and want fast food, this place is paradise! Seriously, for just over $5, I get a black bean burger on toasted whole wheat with super sloppy toppings (the way I like it). Today I added hummus, caramelized onions, peppers, pickles, mustard, lite mayo, tzatziki sauce, oregano, and probably more that I can't remember. Yes, quite a mix but I was in heaven. It does get busy at lunch, but they're fast, and people eat fast too so not a problem for me. Oh and it doesn't hurt that my wich was free. They sent me a coupon for my birthday. We go regularly but unfortunately this time was a terrible experience. We always get one Italian and one whicked. Both of course have pepperoni- it was very "stringy". We had to pull apart and remove the outer coating. We also did not get half of our toppings. Needless to say it was poorly constructed and pepperoni definitely wasn't up to par. read more

We have been eating here pretty consistently for about two years. Our last experience was a huge disappointment. We ordered three sandwiches and none were as we ordered or as described. I had a cordon bleu sandwich that had no thousand island dressing as described. The condiments were very skimpy. We ordered two other sandwiches and none were as described. They were very light on all ingredients and all three sandwiches were incomplete in more than one ingredient.
