The service: Not a ton of interaction since it's more grab & go style, but the cashier was friendly, and the guy making the sandwiches called my name & order very promptly. You can also see your order moving down the line if you watch your bag which is cool. The food: Hit the spot for a quick work-break lunch, but nothing extraordinary. The toasted bread is great, and the buffalo sauce had a little zing to it, but the actual chicken seemed pretty soft as if it had been bulk re-heated after being frozen. The verdict: Overall I'd give the experience a 4/5. Salami, pepperoni, and capicola with mozzarella cheese, avocado, black olives, tomatoes, and pepper. The sandwich is so YUM. I can't describe it you have to taste the burst of deliciousness in every bite for yourself. The bread at this shop was toasted a little more than the others I have been to and it was AMAZING. My Super Which was not made correctly ( jalapeño hummus with addition jalapeños & no quinoa) and I asked for it to be remade (no jalapeño, nor jalapeño hummus. Replaced with their classic hummus and add black olives. They were out of quinoa). It seemed like they felt I was at fault for their mistake. I get it, mistakes happen, just be polite & fix it. I love their system. You grab a paper bag with the type of sandwich you want (preprinted on bag) and check off all of the ingredients you want. Hand it to the cashier and then it gets pinned on a line for the sandwich makers to read. Brilliant! What I like about this is that the brown bag makes it abundantly clear exactly what you would like to add (or not). Given that I always have special orders messed up at other places, this is a hole-in-one for me. Another great aspect of this location is that they are staffed and ready for lunch hour. The assembly line moves swiftly and circulates the customers in a timely manner. The sandwiches are delicious; the ingredients are fresh and very flavorful.
