We used to come to this location often but stopped when the service would be iffy. Since we were nearby and needed a quick bite while running, errands, we decided to give it a try once again. Will say ordering gave me pause at first since the gentleman that took our order did so with the gloves he had on to make the food. He didn't change or remove his gloves while handling cash, which is kinda gross. However when I saw he wasn't going to be making our sandwiches, I relaxed a bit. I had a very disappointing experience at Which Wich. The meat tasted like it had been sitting too long and wasn't fresh. The cheese had a waxy texture and no flavor. The lettuce and tomatoes were limp and tasted off, almost spoiled. The salad dressing had a sour, unpleasant bite that made the whole sandwich worse instead of better. The bread was stale and dry, and overall the sandwich had no real taste or freshness. Because the veggies and meat tasted so off, I couldn't even finish the sandwich and had to spit some bites out. Two sandwiches were ordered and both had the same bad consistency. On top of that, I reached out to the store and never received a response back, which shows poor customer service. This spot was one of the very few places that are open during this crazy cold weather here in Frisco! I ordered the wicked sandwich! What you had to do is pick up a paper bag and marked all the choices that you want! First you pick the style of bread, the cheeses, sauces, type of onions, type of peppers, veggies, Mayo, mustards, dressings, and finally spices. Then you hand the paper bag marked with all your choices to the cashier and your order will be made. It was pretty quick and the sandwich came out warm! I got a ham and provolone with lettuce, tomato, jalapeños, mustard, mayo, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. I was impressed with how good it tasted. I didn't know it would be warm, but it was. Sandwich is a little smaller than Subway, and Jimmy John's, and thinner than Jersey Mike's but it is still a good portion. Everything was very fresh- bread, veggies, ham- all tasty. I was surprised how flavorful the ham was. Some deli ham just doesn't have a lot of flavor, but this did. Pricy overall for a meal- over $12, but it was good and I now have another sandwich place to eat at. 5 stars for the taste, 3 for the price, 4 stars overall. Nice. read more

Finally was able to try this place out. I got the Clubwich. The bread was perfectly light and toasty, the 1000 dressing was delicious (I would have never thought to make a wich like this). Oh my god... I can't believe it took me so long to go to a WhichWich. They have so many more options than normal sandwich places, their ingredients are way fresher, and I love that their website allows you to customize your sandwich and then they tell you the nutritional information of YOUR sandwich. It's so much fun to come in and fill out a brown bag with one of their permanent markers with everything you want, and for those of us who are indecisive you can take as long as you like without being under the pressure of deciding while in line.
