Over priced sandwiches. First time here in up in line and the cashier tells me to fill out the bag info and then a kid and father comes up and she helps them and now I have to wait behind them? Which the kid was having issues ordering. Now I'm waiting even longer? What the heck? She could've helped me as well or told them to fill out the bag like she did me. Simply stupid. Customer service, the cashier, had no common sense. Also when cleaning a table and spraying it it, it's good practice to not spray the table towards customers while they're eating. Even if it's water. That's right up there with landscapers leaf blowing leaves and dust at ones car. Again common sense. Chicken salad sandwich flavor is OK but amount of meat was skimpy. First 2 bites had no meat. Is it that hard make a sandwich have meat every time you bite into it? I'm paying $6.75 for the sandwich. $1.50 for a 1.5oz bag of chips. $1.95 for a small drink. Not recommending this locations or any other if their employees have no common sense. read more

My family and I tried Which Which for the first time this past weekend. Overall, not bad. Although I thought the concept was great, it isn't enough to ignore the fact that you can get the same quality at much better prices. In fact, if it wasn't for their prices, I would probably come back more often. For those whom have never been to a Which Which, you essentially design your own sandwich by selecting the type of sandwich and toppings you want before you pay. They have 10 different types of sandwiches: Turkey, Ham + Pork, Beef, Chicken, Seafood, Vegetarian, Italian, Philly Cheesesteak, Classics, and Breakfast. Depending on the type of sandwich you choose, there are various options for ingredients. Next, you choose white or wheat bread, size of the sub (7", 10.5", or 14"), and option to have it "hot" or "cold". The real customization is in your selection of ingredients and seasonings. There are even add on options like bacon, double meat, sliced egg, avocado, double cheese that may be added for an additional cost. It's a nice concept because your not having to wait in line while the person or people before you order. It does psychologically makes you happier, but at the end of the day, you still have to wait for your sub to be made. I liked the experience and enjoyed my sandwich but not enough to pay a premium price for it. That's just me. :) read more

I've been a longtime fan of Which Wich. I stopped going for awhile, but then they opened up this location, which is way closer to me (in the Tustin Marketplace next to the Dairy Queen). They have an easy ordering method and the sandwiches are made pretty quickly. Once you go in the store, you grab a paper bag based on the type of sandwich you're ordering and then you can customize it any way you like. Pretty much everything is included in the sandwich price except double cheese and avocado, which costs extra. Everything is very fresh and they somehow manage to pack every ingredient you mark on the bag. It's a pretty hefty sandwich although I have no trouble eating one by myself lol. Most sandwiches are $6.95, but on Wednesdays, you can get their famous Wicked sandwich for $5 (it's normally $8 or so). I typically get the chicken pesto sandwich. I've tried the Wicked before, but found it too salty for my taste since it's includes like 5 different deli meats. I will definitely continue coming back, especially since they often have BOGO coupons in the Marketplace coupon book! Parking gets busy. Used to grab Which Wich from the USC location and wasn't too impressed. It was small, always packed with students and was dirty 90% of the time. This location is sooo much more pleasant! There's always ample parking at the Marketplace, and in addition to the seating inside, there are tons of tables on the patio for al fresco dining. As for the food, I really like their sandwiches. They're closer to Jimmy Johns style than Subway, but their ingredients are fresher and tastier than both of those chains by far IMO. The ordering process is simple: grab the bag with your main protein choice and fill out the rest. It's like filling the bubbles for a pop quiz, but certainly more fun and rewarding. They have a HUGE amount of proteins, sauces, veggies, toppings, and spices to customize your sandwich any way you like. Literally thousands of combinations! My favorites are the Italian grinder and the Turkeywich with 1000 island and coleslaw. The bread is the best part, but if you're one of those anti-gluten or no carb weirdos then they have salad bowls as well. The staff here is really kind and usually quick. I've never had to wait for more than 10 minutes for an order, but if you're in a rush, don't forget you can order and pay online. read more

It's not very sanitary since it was not bagged and the hole was not covered. I am very indecisive and the pressure to decide what I want at subway (especially when there is a long line) drives me crazy. Found some old gift cards for this place so I figured I would give this location a try. Used to love the location in the Target at the District, but that one shut down a few years ago. I wish the gift cards remained lost in my drawer after trying the location at the Tustin Market place today. Placed an order online with no problems. Arrived at the location and silly me I went to the sign that said "pick up". Stood there for about 2 to 3 minutes with no acknowledgment from either of the two employees. I finally asked if my order was ready and one of them employees mumbled something that sounded like it wasn't ready yet. Stood in the same spot at the sign that said pickup for another 5 minutes and still didn't hear our order called. I asked again how are order was coming along and one of the employees says "your order has been ready and it's by the register". These employees saw me standing at the same spot and neither of them wanted to tell me my order was ready?!?! Store was not very busy. I think I saw two other sandwiches come out while I was there. My food wasn't even very good. Tuna was lacking mayo and club wasn't put together very well either. Won't be spending my money on this locations over priced food anytime soon. read more
