I had no idea what I was doing, and Kari, an absolute gem of an employee, helped me through the process. This place looked extremely promising when it first opened. I used to frequent the sandwich shop that previously resided in this spot. They made some delicious sandwiches, but they were extremely pricey for what they were. I'm ok with paying a little more for quality food, so I had hoped that Which Wich would mean an upgrade. On my first trip there everything looked good: good selection, reasonable prices, quick service. However, upon arriving home and beginning to eat my sandwich, I found the bread was moldy. I'm not sure how "fresh" bread turns moldy on a 5 minute car ride, but I was quite upset. I haven't been back there since. If they can't keep the bread fresh, who knows what kind of condition the rest of the ingredients are in. read more

My son and I were picking up some hardware while my daughter ordered sandwiches via phone from the house. When we got there they gave us two sandwiches as as we got to the door, realized the labels said 1 of 3, so back in line we got the 3rd sandwich averting a 20 minute round trip to retrieve what was already paid for. Having been level 7 at my previous place of employment (In n Out). I understand the definition of proper management. A few months ago I could have sworn this location was ran by an exceptional staff. Now they appear to be bitter and oppressed. Onto what lead to my three star Yelp review: I've always been genuinely observant; while I waited for my order to be called out, I noticed one of the employees (Female; short, glasses,ash blonde hair, colored eyes) was being extremely disrespectful to not only the employees but the customers. Instead of walking over to an employee to ask them a question she'd proceed to yelling abruptly.I understand it's busy and there's not enough time to run back an fourth in order to get "the message" to a fellow co-worker, but I found it extremely impolite and inappropriate. The employee showed no sign of common courtesy or moral. I myself would feel embarrassed. As for the food; I ordered bag 8. It was delicious! I believe everyone deserves a second chance. SO my co-worker and I finally get a chance to try this place, most due to the fact that we got free sandwich coupons, who doesn't love that! so we get up to the door, find out we have to fill out a bag.. which is fine with me because I dont have to shout out an order to someone, they can read right? right? so anyway.. as we wait.. we notice that over on the end of the counter, everyone is kinda standing there..waiting.. for.. well im not sure what they were waiting for, but about 10 sandwiches and about 20 mins later we finally get ours, we both say, this had better be the best sandwich of our lives, turns out, Subway is alot better. The wait isn't nearly as long, you can see whats going on with your sandwich. I assume, they were going in order which is fine but if I am not getting toasted bread, I dont understand why i have to wait just as long as someone waiting for their bread to come thru the oven. Seriously, that was the worst sandwich/lettuce wrap I've ever had. The entire thing fell apart, it was poorly constructed, a dry black bean patty, literally a teaspoon of avocado (which i paid an extra $1 for), and no olive oil as promised. I'd gotten great reviews from my coworkers, we're all writers (for a national website)...btw...but i was seriously disappointed and if I had the time I'd walk back and complain. The other locations, Orange for instance are much better. The staff never provides your free sandwich after handing them your card, they always say "sorry I already rang it up" and the quality of the sandwiches is poor and sometimes they don't even call you for the sandwich? Sad because this franchise is really good, I suggest choosing any other location other then this one. read more

This is where we go frequently to eat. Usually out sandwiches are made exactly how we like them. We had one instance where it wasn't but the manager was amazing and fixed it up for us! Which Wich is amazing! This is the first one I have tried. I had seen one in Irvine, and I was so excited when they opened this one in Tustin. It's right by my house and work so the location is super convenient. My boyfriend and I went there a little over a week ago. It had only been open for a few days. There were SO many choices on sandwiches which is really great, but since my boyfriend and I are so indecisive, it took us a while to choose. He ended up with the Wicked which features 5 meats and 3 cheeses. I got the Shrimp Po Boy, which was another great choice. We both got the 10" sandwich, which was more than enough for us. You get choices of so many dressings, cheeses, sauces, veggies, and more. Totally customizable. The ordering process is great too because you get to fill out the cute bag. The service was excellent as well. We have been back one time since our first time and we will continue going to try new sandwiches! read more
